Preston is equal parts cool dude, music connoisseur, motivational coach, comedian, and slightly terrifying drill sergeant—but in a good way. If you want results, laughter, and occasional existential dread in the best possible combination, look no further.
Jokes aside. Preston is a great trainer and person. His training methods are based on knowledge and experience. He has an answer to each “why” you could possibly ask him about any given cue or exercise, which is also how you avoid injury. You won’t see him on his phone ever during a session except to video your max efforts, because he actually cares about your safety and progress.

Ive been a part of the powerlifting community for a long time and been through quite a few trainers and preston is by far the best trainer ive ever met. All of his programs are tailored to the person with the most detail possible, and his attention to detail with his in person clients is second to none. He is great at explaining movements in creative ways that make sense to his clients to help find ways around sticking points. Not to mention, nobody celebrates harder than preston when someone hits a PR, he genuinely loves helping people reach their full potential. I would highly recommend preston for training and programming.

Preston is very knowledgeable. If I need help with something he is the guy to turn too. He’s very supportive and motivating, when you break a PR or a Plateau he is excited for you and congratulatory. Preston is a great coach and trainer.

I started learning Muay Thai with Preston a couple of months ago, and I already feel like I've made a ton of progress. He gives clear instructions and clearly knows what he's talking about. If there's a question he can't answer, he's willing to put in the time to research it. He knows when to push just a little harder without overdoing it. I feel safe training with him because he obviously cares about my safety and progress.

Preston is a good dude and a great trainer. He cares about his clients and will be the first to brag about their accomplishments. Ive worked out with other trainers before but have stayed with Preston for over a year due to his knowledge and personality. I have yet to have a session i did not enjoy, even leg days.
If you are looking for a trainer, do yourself a favor and reach out to him. You won't regret it.

I started training with Preston for Muay Thai after watching him coach and thinking he and his client were genuinely having fun! I was just looking for a change of pace. A few months in, l asked him to take over my strength programming too-and that's when things really leveled up.
Before working with him, I kept my gym sessions short because I just wasn't feeling super confident. Now? I lift four days a week, hit Muay Thai once a week, and actually look forward to training! I've leaned out, built muscle, and feel stronger than ever-physically and mentally.
Preston is incredibly knowledgeable, but what makes him stand out is how much he cares. His relationships with all his clients are genuine and it shows. He pushes you (even when you don't think you've got more in the tank), and he's always right. He creates a space where you feel challenged, supported, and like you actually belong there.

I’ve been training with Preston for a few months now, and the progress has been incredible. When I started, I could barely lift just the bench bar—but with his guidance, encouragement, and smart programming, I’ve built up to confidently benching 135 lbs. He pushes you while making sure your form is solid, and his knowledge of both strength training and Muay Thai really sets him apart. I couldn’t recommend him more!

Preston is amazing! I was honestly terrified to start working with a trainer—I was out of shape, had no muscle, and zero lifting experience. But Preston’s chill, friendly vibe immediately put me at ease. There was no judgment, just a genuine desire to help me reach my goals.
He’s given me the tools and support I need to lose weight and build muscle safely, all in an environment that’s uplifting and inclusive. Not into powerlifting? No problem—Preston also offers Muay Thai and a bunch of other training options.

I’ve been working with him almost a year and i did 2 powerlifting meet with him ! I got state record and it was great meet for me because he thought me so much stuff and never let me give up !! He is the best coach!
His knowledge helps me a lot . He always listen to clients need and be there for best training! If you need help for any fitness level i strongly recommend him !!

If you are looking for a judgment free, educational, and safe place to lift, experienced or not, I strongly recommend Preston!!
Preston has been an absolutely amazing trainer. Not only does he have an impressive knowledge of lifting and training but he's genuinely interested in your personal progress and safety.
In the year plus I've been training with him, we've seen huge growth in my lifts and improvement on my body image. If ever something has ever felt off or wrong we haven't "pushed through it" but we adjust or switch to something else to make sure no injury occurs. With Preston's help, I am now training for my very first strong man competition.

I personally started my fitness journey about three years ago. I came to Preston at a "corporate" gym chain not knowing squat about lifting, very overweight, and afraid of gym bros and people making me feel uncomfortable at the gym. Preston has never once in the 3 years I have stayed with him made me feel uncomfortable, ashamed, dumb, or like I do not belong.
He is like a friend; he makes you feel at home and shows you how to lift, but never puts you at risk; he teaches you proper technique, how to do things right, and always watches and ensures you are safe, never once risking your safety, as he is always spotting when needed but also showing you how capable you are as a human. This is coming from someone who is clumsy and would walk straight into a parked car and act surprised, but Preston has shown me that I can train and become coordinated, that I can do hard things but also lift heavy and improve my self-confidence and mental health, making me feel capable of doing hard things, and that if I push myself a little more than before, I can do so much.
Preston is not just a fitness trainer; he is an awesome human, and I would totally recommend him to anyone who is a beginner, intermediate, or pro. He is always learning and gaining knowledge, so if something new comes out, he is willing to research and try for himself. He is not a bro science lifter, but someone who has years of experience and consistency but is always improving.
I would recommend Preston 100%, and this is coming from someone who is not a gym bro at all and did not want to go to a gym because of gym bro culture, but Preston is one of the few trainers I trust with my life and know I will leave better than I came in.

I made an impulse decision a couple years ago to hire a trainer, and super lucked out to find Preston. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about powerlifting, and has helped me set goals and surpass them. I recommend him to anyone who wants to start lifting, or improve on what they’ve already learned.

My friend had been seeing preston for about a year when I got jealous of the progress he was making. I started working with preston after and haven't looked back. A very professional person who couldn't be more knowledgeable. The progress he's helped me make would have be unattainable on my own. He makes you comfortable in the gym and makes what some may think of as a business transaction into a productive and professional weight lifting session 💪

I met Preston about 2 years ago. He gives amazing fitness training and knows how to motivate you to want to keep going. He helped me absolutely smash my goals and then keep going. I can't possibly recommend him enough.
