I am a beginner yogi, this is the studio I started with and will definitely stay with! The entire staff is so welcoming, kind, and willing to answer any question that comes their way. I have tried out multiple teachers and they are all fantastic! Each one of them is skilled in their art and cater to all levels, so as a beginner they give me variations and watch each pose, correcting the smallest muscle movement so that I do it correctly, while at the same time giving the intermediate and advanced students variations for the levels they are at. I am so amazed at what my fellow students can do! It's pretty awesome to see improvement in myself each and every time I go.

This place was truly amazing. The managers and teacher embraced what yoga was truly about. They cued you perfectly into the right poses so you could get the full benefit yet still encouraged you to make them your own. They knew yoga was about mind, body and soul. Not just the body. Ever class was opened and with special thought. It is sad the owners did not see what a gem they had and lost it all.
