I have been going to Nate for two + years.
Not only has he been the best personal trainer that someone could ask for, he’s actually a good guy with a big heart and cares about his clients. On top of that he knows what he’s doing.
I’m 5 foot seven and I weighed 232 pounds when I started. Grossly overweight. In the last two years, doing it the correct way BUT the hard way, I have lost 40+ pounds. My body fat went from the mid 30s down into the high teens.
I still work out five days a week. I feel fantastic and I have referred a ton of people over to Nate. He’s probably one of the best in the business. I would give him more than five stars if I could. Yes, he’s that good. Try him for a session I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I’m training with Allie and she’s great! She challenges me each week in the gym and then with workouts to do at home.
It’s great to workout in a private space so there’s never any wait time for equipment.

Bulletproof Fitness is absolutely incredible! I started going in recently with Nate as my trainer and have been progressing toward my goals faster than I thought possible.

As someone who has always had very limited training knowledge, working out has always felt really intimidating to me. My apprehension completely disappeared within five minutes of working with Bulletproof Fitness. Nate is incredibly knowledgeable in all things fitness and nutrition and his professionalism and positive attitude are unmatched! I started training with Nate 5 months ago and it was the best decision I've ever made for my health. I've lost 35 pounds so far, and Bulletproof Fitness is the only gym I've been to that hasn't made me dread working out. It's a PRIVATE gym so it's only me and my husband there working out with Nate at one time, and he customizes our workouts to what WE need. Also, having Nate as an accountability partner has helped me incorporate healthier habits that I want to maintain for the rest of my life!

I've been training with Josh since April and it's been a great experience. I've been lifting for a few years, but I really fell off during the pandemic. Josh has helped me out so much in the last few months by introducing me to new exercises, helping me correct my form, improving my balance, and just educating me on more optimal ways to approach strength training and body building. Josh also did some body measurements on me so I could track my progress, and so far ive lost a couple percentages in body fat % and my lifts have gone up! Highly recommend KG strength and Josh! They are great!

Kenny is the best personal trainer that I have had the pleasure to work with (I have worked with 5 personal trainers). He has an extremely impressive background and he knows his stuff. I have raced off road motorcycles for 20 years and have several injuries as a result. Kenny has help me to rehabilitate those injuries allowing me to achieve my fitness goals. I had a goal to lose 50 pounds, increase strength and improve my mental health. II have lost 40 pounds and my strength has increased 100% in some areas! I work a desk job and have a family so finding time was hard but Kenny works late so he can make sure you get your workout in! Kenny has changed my life in so many ways and he understands the balance between an intense workout and a sustainable program that you can stick with. If you want to achieve your goals, Kenny is your guy!

Kenny runs a great gym. He’s professional, very knowledgeable, and you can tell he has a passion for helping others work out and obtain their goals. The gym was very clean and well taken care of. I felt comfortable as kenny pushed me out of my comfort zone for a tough workout. Would recommend KG strength training to anyone looking for a gym or a trainer.
