Josh was fantastic, only at Draper site now. Casey was good too but stopped working there and never got back to us. Josh helped. Josh transferred us to Brooke who was fine but a bad fit. Some negative feelings about that but overall the place was great, prices were good, and honestly Josh is the best guy (Draper).

I am a competitive equestrian and when I realized I wasn’t as strong as a I wanted to be, I searched for a personal trainer who could provide focused training for my specific sport. After talking with Kenny, I began training with Casey and haven’t looked back! Working out is not my favorite thing but Casey makes it fun and productive. With my busy schedule, I can only work with him once a week, but he has given me workouts to do at home that have kept me disciplined. Since starting with Casey, I have been building up my strength and stamina which has paid off with wins in the saddle. I am so glad I decided to train with Casey at KG Strength Training!!

I cannot say enough good things about the team at KG Strength! Long-time client of both Kenny and Valeria. I started going to KG because I honestly had no idea what I was doing at the gym and hated going to the classic gym classes where I couldn't get 1-1 attention for making sure I was actually doing the exercises correctly. They've kept me motivated for several years now and take a genuine interest in my health and goals. The exercises have increased in complexity/intensity as I get stronger and more capable, so I'm definitely never bored! Absolutely a hidden gem.

I've been training with Kenny for over 3 years now. He and his staff are awesome! He and Val are genuinely interested in improving people's lives through consistent exercise. He's always trying to figure out what else he can do to improve the health of his clients, whether that's helping us out with a massage gun, or a PEMF session on his machines. If you are looking for improved health or ways to challenge yourself, this is a great place to go!

I absolutely love these guys and am so grateful to them. As someone who came to them obese and nervous, I was welcomed into a non intimidating environment. They go above and beyond and truly care. When I was struggling Kenny would let me text him my food journals daily, Adam would put in extra sessions with me, and Cody helped me create extra workout plans to do on my own. They truly care and want to see you succeed. They come from an approach of encouragement. So far these guys have helped me lose 80 lbs and gain a lot of strength. I can't wait to hit the 100lb marker with them. I would encourage anyone who is struggling and needs the extra motivation or support to reach out to them!

I have had the opportunity to train exclusivly with Kenny for almost 4 years now. I have worked with several trainers in the past but none of them can measure up to the level of professionalism and knowledge that Kenny brings to the table. I am an avid off road motorcycle racer and as such, I have had several injuries. Kenny has effectively rehabilitated those injuries (something that doctors were not able to fix) while continuing to strengthen key muscle groups without causing further damage. I have experienced significant weight loss (40lbs) with Kenny and increased my strength by as much as 250% in some areas. I would highly recommend Kenny to anyone who is serious about strength training, conditioning or weight loss.

Let me start off with in the past I have tried working out with a few different personal trainers (all of which were great human beings but I didn’t quite mesh with them in the gym). I felt their goals and mine never lined up and I struggled with wanting to meet up with them which ultimately left me dissatisfied and with an aversion to any type of interaction with a personal trainer.
Now fast forward to the end of last year when I met Kenny at KG Strength & Recovery. He makes training so much more enjoyable because he’s not there to force, guilt trip, or scold anyone. He’s there to help you achieve the goals YOU want. Sessions are tailored to you and your time spent there is utilized in the most optimal way for you. Usually after my workouts I like to use the PEMF machine which helps me A TON! It relaxes my muscles and actually has greatly improved the quality of my sleep and muscle soreness! With all that said, I’d say the icing on the cake is how you can feel how much Kenny and all the others who are there genuinely care and want you to feel and do YOUR best, not anybody else’s best but yours! Do yourself a favor and check them out, your muscles and well being deserve the best and if you ask me KG Strength & Recovery is THE BEST.

KG strength is the best! My husband and I have been training with Kenny 2x/week for almost 2 years and it has been so fun. He is great at designing workout to help you achieve your goals, whatever they are, and adjusting if your goals change. He definitely pushes us harder than we’d work out on our own, and has an uncanny ability to identify the exact moment you are strong enough to increase weight or reps. So it never gets easier, but you do get stronger! I’m now 8 months pregnant and have continued to go as usual, and Kenny always has modifications of exercises for me and ways I can still safely get in a good work out. He’s the best!

Kenny is great! Getting into shape with a personal trainer can seem intimidating, but he’s extremely supportive and knowledgeable. I was able to gain 20 pounds of muscle within 5 months using Kenny’s training—and I’ve always had trouble putting on weight and gaining strength. Its a treat when you get one on one attention with no distractions..... You will find that here. The trainers are nice and they have fun extra activities to motivate you like boot camp Saturdays ect... Clean, Motivating and Friendly atmosphere that is set up nicely. The PEMF is a perk and highly recommended. My favorite thing I secretly like is that they take my whining and abusive, sometimes offensive language and turn it into a positive somehow when I find its hard to push myself and fighting through the pain. I Have seen my body build a lot of strength and doing things I never thought I could do or even had a hard time doing at first. I love that they push me to do things I never found my self doing. I am so motivated to keep going .....Thanks Kenny!!

Kenny is the best trainer I have ever worked with, and it's not even close. He understands that each individual has different workout needs and tailors your regimen to what you need most. I have a very demanding job physically but have noticed an increase in energy throughout the day since I started working out with Kenny. He is very reasonably priced! In addition, they have started specializing in recovery with PEMF therapy to help muscle recovery and blood flow. You will not find a better gym. MUCH BETTER THAN GOING TO A COMMERCIAL GYM! I've never had a personal trainer before and today was my first day of a three week full-body routine targeting different areas each workout. I had so much fun with Cody I forgot that working out is supposed to suck but I left feeling like every muscle was really worked. Kenny is extremely nice and his gym is clean and organized. I felt really welcomed and not intimidated in the slightest even though I'm new and don't know a lot about fitness.
I'm really looking forward to my next workout! I definitely recommend for anyone!

I have been working with Kenny since November, and I have progressed so much in my training. Not only am I much more toned (have gone down about 2 dress sizes), I feel much stronger. When I first started, I couldn’t even do one legitimate push-up. Now I can do 12 reps without any problems. That might not seem like a lot to some people, but as a girl who came in last in gym class, that means a lot. I am incrementally increasing how much I can squat, press, row, and deadlift. Kenny really pushes me in each of my sessions. I might grumble and whine about how hard it is, but I always leave trainings feeling incredible.

I primarily work with Kenny, but I have also worked with Adam, who is also awesome. I can not recommend KG Strength Training enough.

Kenny is a rockstar and an amazing trainer. I've been in and out of 'the gym' my whole life but never felt super satisfied after my personal workouts and I could never really get myself to be sore. That's not the case with Kenny. I'm sore for a few days after every workout. And not the soreness that makes you miserable and not able to move, but the soreness that makes you feel you got in a really good workout and your muscles are building strength and endurance for the next time. Kenny is extremely knowledgable about your body and knows where he can push you. He's also very aware of the nutritional aspects of a healthy lifestyle and the recovery aspects.

KG Strength Training is great. The Gym is small and is setup for one on one training with Kenny. He can do groups but it's probably worth it to just do the private session. I've been working with him for over a year and it has been great. In my time working out there I have been impressed with the quality of the training, especially for the price!

Kenny is committed to working with people at all levels of strength and health. If you're training for a specific sport or activity (especially football), Kenny will adjust his workouts to help you get ready. I Ski and Kenny got my legs ready for the season!

He is great at working with all ages, from young kids to older professionals. He is working with some high school aged football players and they are doing very well.

If you're looking for a great place to workout with a supportive and dedicated trainer, then this is the place! =)

I would recommend KG Strength Training to anyone.
A friend and I went and trained with Kenny and we both had a great experience. We have very different levels of skill regarding fitness but Kenny was able to develop a personalized workout for each of us and our skill levels. He shows experience and a well-rounded knowledge of fitness. I talked with him about the steps necessary to achieve my fitness goals and he gave great advice.
The gym itself was great as well. It was smaller, but I think that it helped give a better environment to work out in with an instructor there for every step. If you're looking for training with anything from strength workouts to just getting back in shape, the prices and the skill of the instructor can't be beat. I'm definitely going back and recommend for anyone of any skill level to try it out!
