I transitioned to burn after years of CrossFit and self guided workouts. My wife started burn a year before and after seeing her gains I decided to try it out. The workouts are as intense as you want to make them if you are in great shape or they can be modified as much as needed if you are just starting out.
The community is the other aspect of burn. Once past college with full time jobs and kids it is not as easy to make new friends. Burn has provided a community to meet other like minded individuals. Our kids have made friends with other burn kids. As I write this we are on our way to a spartan race with ~15 friends made from burn. If you are considering trying it out I fully recommend!

Game changer for sure. I started with the 2 weeks of $29 promo and fell in love. I love the workouts and the environment. I have never been into group fitness but this is amazing. Burn Boot Camp Herriman is amazing! I worked out on my own running and weight training until I was introduced to Burn two and a half years ago. I was in need of a push and the Burn trainers provided it. The trainers and the staff are so welcoming and encourage me to do my best. A great gym! I joined in Feb 2024 and it has been fantastic. The workouts are challenging but unlike other gyms this isn’t just fit people walking around doing exercises that you can’t, this is inclusive and accommodating to all shapes, bodies, fitness levels and injuries. I have back injuries and there has never been any issues or questions on why I can’t or feelings that I’m the problem. This is a safe environment full of strength, positivity and motivation that pushes you to a healthy limit with CERTIFIED personal trainers in a group setting. Also don’t be scared that it is a group setting. Your neighbor could lift and insane weight but your wins are still huge wins and will be celebrated I have met amazing people here that love to see my success and push me to be my best physically, mentally and emotionally. The class times are also very accommodating if you work in downtown and live in the south valley with early morning and evening options.

I found Burn Boot Camp two years ago as a full-time nursing student, wife and mom of two. Finding time for myself felt nearly impossible— until I stepped foot onto that floating floor.
My stress levels were high and my energy was low. Between studying, taking care of my family and staying afloat emotionally I found I was putting myself last. I knew something had to change.
The trainers, the community, the high-fives really kept me going. It was the 45-minutes that I carved out for myself that set the tone for my day. The trainers that offered encouragement over perfection, understanding that life gets busy and knowing each individual by their name the moment you check-in to clear across the room.
Self-care is not selfish, it is necessary. I am a better wife, mom, nurse and friend because of it! So grateful I found Burn and my Burn community!

If you’re thinking about the price, I completely understand. I’m in college and things are expensive however, I really like Burn Boot Camp because one it’s really friendly too. I have a hard time working out by myself, especially knowing if I’m doing things right and they are so friendly and so kind and they also work pretty well with Our different levels of fitness and they help us get to where we want to be. I am currently training for Spartan beast race and when I was training by myself last year, it was so hard but right now with them I am doing super well and I’m able to do what I need to do to get myself to the point where I feel confident about my race

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I started burn a year postpartum. I was struggling to find a way to feel good in my skin again after having a baby and was desperately needing to find my community. Day 1 I knew I had found both. I have never been so excited to go work out. Everyone is so nice and supportive and I can’t say enough good things about the trainers. They somehow make you feel like you are getting a 1 on 1 session even in a class full of people. I’m 7 months pregnant with my second and still going strong. I can’t say enough good things about Burn! I started going to Burn right after I finished nursing school, we just moved, just started a new job, and felt extremely down about my mental and physical health. When I started at Burn, one of the things that drew me in was the high energy and zero mirrors! It felt so good to be somewhere that I could just show up, be told exactly what to do, work hard, sweat, and feel hyped by strong women and men around me!
Fast forward 2.5 years later, I’m down 55 pounds, energy is so much higher, I go almost everyday, and actually miss it when I’m not able to go.

I love Burn Boot Camp South Jordan (SoJo) SO much that it makes me cry, literally (or is that sweat), lol!! Over a year ago I went looking for a new boot camp (BC) fitness program and saw this floating floor thing and my joints literally screamed "Girl you must go there." So I did! Seriously, I couldn't be more happier. Love all the trainers, love all the workouts, love all my workout peeps, and love the flexibility Burn BC has for my schedule. If I can't make it in the morning, there's always an afternoon session to hit. They also have great active wear and high-quality nutrient products. I'm liking the Collagen, Replenish, and an occasional protein bar! I'm giving a high 5 to all at Burn BC!!

no words more to describe burn sojo the trainers, the staff have become family to me in the last almost year being here! Absolutely love this place and will NEVER leave if you are looking to kick start your weight loss journey or just a fitness journey this is THE PLACE! They accept you as you are and cheer you on every DAY they celebrate your wins big or small 🩵 not only have I gained muscle and lost quite a bit of weight since joining burn sojo but my mental health has improved DRASTICALLY like I truly have never been happier.. crazy to think a gym can do that right? Well its done it for me! I didn’t join Burn with the goal to lose weight, I joined Burn because I want to do more pull-ups than my sons when they’re in high school. Right now, they’re toddling around my knees. So I think the odds are in my favor 😂
I love the intense classes and the camaraderie, and the one-on-one Focus meetings with the trainers to check in on how I’m progressing to my individual goals. How many pull ups so far you ask? After a couple of weeks, I can do six with the pull-up bar band 😤

I’m not the guy who writes a lot of review but this place deserves one ! Me and my wife started little over two months ago . I have known my wife for 15 years and trust me I have never seen her so motivated to workout like she is motivated to go to burn. We just hit our 50 classes goal and looking forward to many more . This gym is about family , community- never been to any gym like this before. Not just the coaches but the people around you will make you come every day and have a killer workout. Such a great place! After one session, they greeted you by name, which made me feel really welcomed. Trainers are amazing and super friendly; I appreciate one of the first things they ask you is if "you have any injuries they should be aware about" to help give you modifications for each exercise, they definitely push and encourage you and the group during the entire workout, and I really appreciate that they focus on making you better rather than making you try to keep up with the entire group. I’ve been working out at burn for a year. I love the variety of workouts, it’s always different and I love that all muscle groups are going to get worked throughout the week. The trainers are motivating, kind, tough and are just as excited as I am when I get stronger and make progress. The kids care is great, my kids have made the sweetest friends in there, the women who work in there are always kind and friendly. I love that there is a big window so at any time I can see my kids and they can see me. Because of burn I’m stronger physically and happier mentally. Being my first time visiting, I loved the energy and genuine excitement that all staff members had. It is very fast paced environment, so if your new to boot camp or even working out, like I am, it can be a bit overwhelming. The staff does what they can to help you and will modify routines for you if they see you are truly struggling. The staff members are nice and never made me feel like I was a burden. The members are also great! I was lucky that one of the members took me under her wing and was with me step by step. She showed me the routines at a slower pace, which I definitely needed and appreciated.
I'd say if your intrigued, definately give this place a try. It's clean, the staff is great and the members are a good mix of all ages and sizes.

I’ve been looking forward to Burn Boot Camp opening a location near me for over a year! BBC is everything I’ve ever wanted in a gym. The facility is clean, nice and has an excellent child care area with a large glass window for kids to watch their parents workout and for parents to check in on their little ones.
The workouts are never the same, which I love! They challenge me every time and are over in just 45 min. They are the perfect mix of weight training and cardio.
The trainers are amazing, the staff is friendly and the camp atmosphere is always fun and welcoming! Can’t say enough positive things about this gym!

First of all- they offer a 7 day free trial so you can try it before you buy it. It includes everything you would get once you’re a member! So that’s cool.
You get so much when you go here! The trainers are great and they push you to work really hard. I love that it’s a class -excuse me, camp- because I get overwhelmed when I go to the gym and this makes it way better. You make friends they second you start and it becomes a community and everyone is cheering everyone on and it makes you want to come back. Which is different from going to the gym where you feel like a fool and everyone is watching you.

Going there everyday has become highlight of my week. Good music, great workouts, and an amazing community. You don't have to think and plan your workouts. You just show up, do, and leave absolutely drenched and happy 45 minutes later. The coaches are absolutely phenomenal. They encourage you, listen to you, know you and your goals, and help you along the way. They will customize any workout to meet you where your’re at and there is absolutely no judgement! I’ve had many different experiences with excercise in the past and this has been the most challenging and rewarding! I am a lifer!

I’m obsessed with Burn. It’s this crazy magical place where it doesn’t matter if you want to lose 200lbs or you’re an ex-Marine. We all workout together and we all cheer each other on. The only gym I’ve ever been to in Utah without gross gym vibes. The trainers are the best and the workouts go by so quickly. I felt like for years I just didn’t know how to workout to see results. I could lose weight by changing my diet but never got any stronger. Burn was my answer to that. It just doesn’t get any better.

I have worked out at Vasa, done High Fitness classes, and even a variety of home workouts in my adult life. But NOTHING compares to the workout I get at Burn. First of all, I love that I’m not just a number there. I love that everyone knows my name and I feel like I’m working out with all my friends. The trainers are amazing and push me to be better each day. Love the focus meetings to get some extra help on my goals and nutrition and the trampoline floor… need I say more.

My wife and I started attending Burn Boot Camp a couple of months ago and love it. Every trainer is amazing and so positive and we love the floating floor. If you’re looking for a gym in south Jordan, you have to check this place out.

I love this place. Burn has pushed me to do things I never thought I would be able to do! It’s HARD, but I truly believe it is for EVERYONE. The environment is so encouraging and uplifting. The trainers will push you further than you like (in the moment) but they know what your body is capable of. I’ve loved learning how to push myself rather than letting my brain hold me back. I never realized how much mental strength was needed to work on my physical strength. 10/5 stars. Will come again.

Love this gym! The trainers are so great-- they don't judge your fitness level at all and still push you to do your best. The other members are wonderful, and you really feel like it's a community. Plus, the 45 minute workouts are fun, go by quick, and you are challenged and get stronger. Seriously the best gym around!

I wanted to find a gym that was something different, and I’m SO glad that I found Burn Bootcamp. The workouts are challenging for all fitness levels and the trainers really motivate me and give me 1:1 attention during camp. My favorite thing has been the people! The staff are so nice and know everyone by name. And the other members are friendly and welcoming—I really feel like I’m a part of a community here. This has been the best experience I’ve had with any gym!

I’ve craved structure and community since finishing college sports and Burn is that for me! I love the positivity and friendship that is found on the floating floor and off! Love going to Burn Boot Camp South Jordan!! The trainers and all the staff are so kind, motivating and welcoming! There are many camp times throughout the day to choose from which is really nice, and they also offer childcare and focus meetings to work on your goals. I’ve done a fair share of exercise in my life. I feel like I’ve tried just about everything. However I have yet to find something that has kept me as consistent as Burn Boot Camp. I love this place. The workouts are difficult but difficult for me. The trainers are incredible at making a workout catered to my fitness level. It’s always challenging but never something I can’t handle. The community feels like a home away from home. I’m not scared of being myself and being accepted as such. From when I walk right into the door up until I leave, I feel completely welcomed and comfortable. I truly love this place and I’ll never stop recommending my friends and family to go!

This place is my little heaven on earth! I love the atmosphere, the people, and those killer workouts. The trainers are very passionate about what they do. During the workout they’re not going to be your friend haha, but afterwords I’m always grateful for pushing me to do my best! You might feel like dying at the end of each class but it is addicting at how amazing you feel afterwords!
