This place is awesome. All of the instructors encourage you to do your best every class. Left to my own devices, I would read a novel on the elliptical. These guys push me to give it my all every time.

I love BURN! It is seriously the hardest workouts of my life but I feel good, strong and so proud when I'm done. The whole BURN team makes getting your butt kicked fun.

My wife and I started doing Pilates here a couple weeks ago and we love it. The instructors are all really nice and friendly and more than willing to help or offer alternatives when the exercises are a bit too tough for a beginner. We're already feeling stronger.
From what I understand, the classes here are more of a cardio workout than traditional Pilates.
**EDIT**
It's been over two years now and we still go three times a week and still love it. We're stronger than we've ever been, sleep better, and I don't have the back pain from my desk job.

I have been attending Burn Classes for the past 3 years, and it is the only place that I will go for Pilates/TRX classes. I want my classes to be challenging, and I always leave feeling that my money was well spent. The instructors always push me to challenge myself and I am so much stronger as a result. The instructors are professional, knowledgeable, personable, and the best fitness instructors.

BURN is absolutely right, and I mean in a good way!! I love this studio! They offer a wide variety of classes and none of them disappoint. I always leave feeling like I got a complete workout and definitely feel the aftermath the following day or two. The instructors definitely know their stuff and are awesome at helping you achieve your goal no matter your level of fitness. I'm addicted to Stephanie's reformer Pilates class, It's a must try if you haven't already! I've tried numerous other fitness studios around SLC and none compare, I drive 25 minutes just to come workout there and believe me the drive is well worth it!

BURN is the best fitness place I have ever been to in SLC! I always get a great workout and one-on-one instruction to help modify and correct my form. The instructors are knowledgeable and dedicated in their training. The hours are flexible and include evenings which works with my schedule. I highly recommend BURN!

I just HAD to write a review for Burn. Its my hands-down favorite fitness studio and I'll now only go here for my workouts. LOVE their pilates classes. Kinda a love/hate relationship with Stephanie (the owner) because she is such a great person and so fun and an amazing instructor, but she really makes you work hard and isn't the least bit scared to make you do burpies til you barf (no- she knows your limit- but she is tough!)
The studio itself is new and clean and I feel like every time I am there there is a great energy. 5 stars.

I am not a big gym person, but I absolutely love the classes at BURN. The circuit and TRX classes are my favorite. Every class kicks my butt in a good way and I know that I'm going to get a full hour's worth of exercises. Love all of the instructors that I've had so far and I really enjoy that the classes are small. If you're burned out on typical gyms or are looking for intense classes, definitely check out BURN.

I have been going to Pilates Reformer classes at BURN for 9 months, and I love it! Carly and Stephanie are great instructors, and you definitely get your money's worth. This is definitely the best workout I have tried for toning and sculpting my body--with significant results! Thank you, BURN!!

BURN combines all the things I love in a group exercise class, great instructors, a welcoming and non-threatening environment, and a really killer workout. The instructors really push you to your max, but also always remind you to know your limits and give modifications regularly. The studio is small but really nice and centrally located. I would definitely recommend BURN to those who want to really challenge themselves and step up their workouts to the next level.

I love Burn! It is a great place to go and get your sweat on. The instructors are very knowledgeable and teach amazing classes. You get a really personal touch here and it makes such a huge difference in helping you to achieve your fitness goals. The classes are great at Burn, they are challenging and rewarding but also fun! I recommend Burn to anyone who is interested in achieving better fitness and health in a very friendly, personal and family environment.

Burn is the best fitness studio in SLC for a serious butt kicking workout. I've tried classes at various gyms in town and Stephanie and the staff here are the best. The trainers actually care and know your name at this place.Classes at BURN are at good times for my schedule and they offer a variety of classes to keep it interesting. Each class is never the same. Every time I leave this place, I feel like I have been pushed to the max and I have gotten great results. The people at the studio are nice, the instructors are well trained and knowledgeable and help with all my questions. It is not the cheapest place to work out but you get what you pay for. Classes are small and max out at 10 for some of the circuit classes. They also offer special free classes sometimes and give discount codes to help with the price. The people here push you to reach your maximum fitness potential and are supportive of you getting stronger everyday! It is an awesome place to work out and the small classes make it a really fun setting. The music isn't too loud and the facility is clean too. I love BURN and the new intro special for classes is worth checking out if you haven't!

I have a bad back which means I have to be very careful in how I exercise. Pilates at Burn is the best way for me to keep my core strong to support my back. I do not injure myself here because the instructors help me tailor the exercises to protect my back. This is an awesome place to go as you age (I'm 54!) to stay in shape. Been doing it for almost 3 years and I owe my size 4/6 pants to Burn! Love Steph and all the great instructors. They are well-trained and know their stuff! This place has a great non-judgmental and positive vibe. I always feel better about myself after attending a class.

I started coming to BURN because I knew Stephanie was an amazing instructor. Every class at BURN pushes you and makes you learn to love the importance of working out. All classes are 1 hour, not 50 minutes like most places, and they all leave you with the feeling you worked out, not just a social hour. Pilates has helped improve my strength and tone as well as provided one of the best rehabs for my knee. This group of trainers knows how to get people in good shape and how to be healthy for life!

All the trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and committed to helping you reach your fitness goals! They push you to work harder and encourage you to keep on going when you want to give up.
BURN is also a great social atmosphere. I've met so many great people working out there, which makes the classes just that much more fun. It's always better to get your sweat on with some buddies!
