This gym rules! For years I've wanted to add more strength training into my life but always felt overwhelmed in the weight room of a big gym surrounded by a bunch of machines I didn't know how to use. This gym's simple formula really works for me. Everyday there is a group workout written out on the board that you can complete in ~45-60 mins, generally a combination of lifting weights targeted at different muscle groups and some full body cardio. There is a coach there every hour to help you do the correct form. Brad, the gym owner, is extremely knowledgeable and an all around great guy. The other patrons of the gym are so friendly and overall there is a real sense of community there. I can't recommend this gym highly enough!

I've been attending CVSC for nearing four years and it's been amazing. Brad and Liz are excellent owners and coaches and work really hard to facilitate a welcoming environment. The gym is always clean and the workouts are well written and all the coaches are personable and willing to make changes to the workouts to fit each person's individualized needs. Come try out this gym, you won't regret it!

Cache Valley Strength & Conditioning is an amazing gym. Probably the best I have ever been a member of and I’ve been a member, in one way or another, for over 40 years (ouch! well into my 50’s now). Many of the people here have become like family to me and everyone makes you feel welcome every time I arrive, even in the early morning (when we can sometimes feel kind of grumpy for a minute or two). One thing I know for sure… I always feel great when I leave.

Brad and his trainers are amazing, as a coaches and people. They always seem to strike the right balance of encouragement and positive reinforcement. They will help you push yourself to your limits but never push you to a place where you shouldn’t go. Their knowledge, skills and techniques are superior. Sometimes I want to say… yeah guys, I know how to do this movement already (lol)… but in the end, the instruction makes me much better in my technique, skills and my strength has increased dramatically. My favorite thing to hear is that “Good job guys!” when they give you the recognition for your effort and when you know you’ve earned.

I’m writing this review mainly to encourage others to give our gym a try. I think we all do so much better together and grow stronger, both mentally and physical, as we extend our gym family and find strength in numbers. This review is completely unsolicited and simply comes from the affection for the amazing people who run our gym and for the friends I sweat with, struggle with, and thrive with through the week. If you’re looking for that little extra edge in life, we hope to meet you soon and welcome to our family.

This is my favorite gym!! I've never been to a gym with such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere - with some healthy competition, of course! The coaches are attentive and were very patient teaching me lifts I had never done before. A great gym whether you're experienced or just starting out. Cannot recommend enough!

I love Cache Valley Strength and Conditioning. I started attending in 2013 during the summers when I wasn’t teaching and have been working out there full time since retiring last year. The workouts are well-planned and Brad and his trainers always make sure members are using proper form. Even group workouts feel like you have a personal trainer every day. There is a strong sense of community and a feeling of respect. It doesn’t matter what fitness level you are at - Brad makes it work for everyone. Highly recommend!

A smaller gym, but a friendly crowd, and in tune trainers. Whether you are an athlete or simply way out of shape as I am, the trainers work with you and don't make you feel ashamed for it. The price is a little steeper, but there is no yearly contract as it is pay to month basis. So if after a month you don't like it, you can leave and are not stuck in a years contract. So if you are looking for something new, then this is a recommended location.

I have never been a big believer in Cross Fit or High Interval Training. Till now. Brad has developed his programs to be a safe yet challenging in every aspect! I highly recommend one of his instructors, Jamie, she is knowledgeable and will push you to your limits in every class!

Two things make CVSC great, Brad, Jamie and Tara, and the down to earth supportive community of folks that are regulars. After three years of my wife trying to get me to join, I finally did, with my only regret being I didn’t do it sooner! Just a great place filled with good people that make it fun to have your butt kicked as a group! My advice after now going for four months, don’t wait like I did!

Dropped in while in town on business and met the owner, Brad, who was very welcoming and took the time to talk with me and give me some information about the gym. Once the workout started Brad explained things very well so everyone understood and while we trained he moved throughout the room to encourage athletes and give cues on form. I’m a trainer myself and was impressed with his demeanor and ability to make others feel comfortable! It was a great workout and well programmed for both new and seasoned athletes. I would highly recommend training at Cache Valley Strength and Conditioning!

I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to CVSC. I’ve been member of many gyms and tried many programs. Brad, Jamie, and the other trainers are casual and welcoming. It’s like working with people who also run a gym, not some unrealistic gym rats who don’t do normal things. If I don’t show up on a usual day, they ask where I’ve been. They modify exercises for injuries and beginners. I’ve been there two years and still get tips on technique.

This is the best gym I’ve ever gone to! The trainers make sure to know everyone’s limitations and are willing to help you adjust your workout accordingly. They are also super approachable and easy to talk to. Everyone is so nice! I started because I wanted to be stronger, and it worked!! I have been going to CVSC for 5 years now. Started at age 58. This is the first program I have been able to stick with after trying several other approaches. Brad takes all clients needs into account and adjusts workouts according. I truly feel like I have dodged one of life bullets strengthening my body and getting nutrition in check. There isn’t a gym in the valley that has coaching with more in-depth knowledge on fitness and programming. If you are looking for wall to wall mirrors and purple leg extension machines this might not be your style, but if you want a place where everyone knows your name and your well-being is the first priority, in the words of ol’ Brigham, “This is the place.”

Brad is a nice guy but the personal training is a huge waste of money. I didn't learn much in 12 sessions and he is always preoccupied on everyone else when he should be focused on the one person. Very disappointing.
