Welcome to Canyon Cove Pilates, a Traditional Pilates Studio. We want our clients who come with high expectations to complete a class feeling that they had an amazing workout, feeling relaxed and energized at the same time and, therefore, feeling motivated and happy in their every day life.

There are many reasons why I’ve done Pilates at Canyon Cove Pilates for the past 14 years! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and caring, and the studio is super clean. I’ve recruited friends who were doing Pilates at different studios, and they’ve stayed with Canyon Cove Pilates because they’ve seen a transformation of their bodies which they haven’t seen before!!

Canyon Cove is a great Pilates studio with friendly and knowledgeable instructors. They not only teach standard reformer and mat classes but are flexible enough to put together effective workouts for clients with limited abilities. I started there about two and a half years ago and have seen a big improvement in upper body strength, core strength, balance and overall better health. I would recommend them to anyone regardless of age or ability.

I really love the atmosphere and the instructors are always really excited to work with you to make the best of your workout! The equipment is cleaned frequently and follows safety precautions. I was able to take the zoom classes at home and the instructors really helped me to stay active when everything was shut down in 2020. Would highly recommend!

I love how welcoming Canyon Cove is. I’ve never once felt judged or felt any type of attitude here that sometimes happens at other studies. It really is like a supportive little Family. Moving and getting stronger together! They can help you with whatever fitness needs you want, whether it be to improve strength, flexibility, balance, increase breath awareness, heal from an injury, and much more. I would definitely recommend this studio!

Canyon Cove is awesome. I had never done pilates before so I was a little nervous and intimidated, but they made me feel totally welcome. I had no idea what I was doing but the instructor was so helpful and encouraging! It definitely made for a great first time pilates experience.

Fantastic instructors! The experience at Canyon Cove is so welcoming and adaptable. The instructors are knowledgeable and give a great workout both for beginners and those who have more experience with pilates. I have never been a very flexible person, but after just a few sessions I noticed I big improvement in my flexibility. At one point I had some pain my shoulder from work and they took special care to insure that I didn't hurt myself during class, and even gave me extra exercises and stretches to do at home that could help strengthen my shoulder to prevent pain in the future.
