This is a great place to get targeted workout instruction. I don't fear lifting weights here because there's always someone here to make sure I'm doing the proper form and creating a balanced workout.

My wife has been going to Chase Movement for several years. With her encouragement I started to go occasionally. Then one day I asked myself why I don't do this more often because it is a great place with good people who are friendly and supportive. Jon is an amazing coach with lots of knowledge and wisdom. I encourage everyone to give it a try.

Chase Movement gym is an incredible place to workout and train. So many different workouts and equipment options to accommodate everyone’s workout style. Jon Chase is so knowledgeable and is always there to answer questions and give you the positive motivation you need to better yourself. This is the least intimidating gym I’ve ever been to!
