Me and my friends met Chris while we were at Eos struggling on our squat form, he help guide us through it for free and then offered us very affordable coaching sessions with him which was a miracle for me and my friends as we are tight budget college kids. He has help us improve in the gym drastically and can explain everything down to the exact muscle and ligament. Would recommend him to anyone especially beginners and advanced gym folk!

Christopher has been an amazing trainer and coach, especially when I was first getting into powerlifting. I came in new to the sport and a little unsure of my technique, and he helped me build solid form on all my lifts. He’s great at breaking things down clearly and giving small, practical cues that make a big difference. Every session he’s been patient, supportive, and genuinely kind, which made it easy to stay consistent and keep learning. What I appreciate most is that he’s also helpful outside of training sessions. Whenever I message him with a question, he responds with thoughtful tips or recommendations. I’ve made real progress working with him and feel way more confident under the bar. Highly recommend!

Chris has been an amazing teacher. He’s very patient with me as someone who has had very little experience in gyms and exercise in general. He explains what muscles we’re working and keeps me informed. It’s refreshing to meet someone who’s willing to take the time to really educate their clients. Chris is great at what he does! I've been lifting weights for about 5 years and training with Chris for about 6 months. He's helped me lock in my form and work on some imbalances. Been working out with Chris for a couple months now. I decided to commit to changing my body and make myself more healthy and he’s been good to deal with so far. I have been honest with him about my ultimate health goals and been straightforward with how I’d like to look and feel and he seemed to get it. My experience with Chris has been genuinely great so far. I've learned more about weightlifting in my first 2 sessions than I had in years of my own attempts to train myself. He was able to quickly diagnose the root cause of several muscle imbalances and asymmetries that I've been struggling with for ages, all while teaching me proper form on each lift (tailoring it based on my body type). He's engaged throughout every session and gives great queues to help improve/maintain technique. His gym is super clean and has really high quality equipment too. I'd highly recommend Chris to anyone who's looking to improve their fitness!

Highly recommend Will as a personal fitness trainer! I recently started getting back into shape and wanted to do it right, instead of just basic at home workouts. The 1-on-1 coaching keeps me focused on exactly what I want/need which is functional fitness and muscle gains.
Could have easily wasted months with a bad routine or incorrect habits.
Very happy with the choice to use Will as a personal trainer!

Both Will and Chris are very friendly and know what they're doing. I train with Will once a week and have seen a lot of improvement in the little time we've been working. I came across Chris at a time where I knew I needed help and accountability to my fitness journey as I was starting from what felt ground zero. I am so glad I stumbled upon him after trying out two other trainers because it was evident from our first session he knew exactly what he was doing and exactly where I needed help. If you’re looking for a no nonsense trainer who can get you results AND educate you along the way he’s your guy. I also appreciated his crazy attention to detail and true 1:1 guidance in every session (like you will not get away with poor form ever). While our sessions were always far from easy, you get what you need out of them. I would highly reccomend Chris to anyone and want to emphasize this to women. There is no need to feel intimidated or nervous at all. I can say he’s the best trainer I’ve had.

Chris is an absolutely fantastic personal trainer. I have worked with a few different trainers and he is by far the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and all of his work outs are not only effective, but done correctly and safely. I have had various injuries and surgeries throughout my life, including knee and shoulder joint issues, and Chris has done a great job adjusting our work outs to not only strengthen the injured muscles, but also to do it in a safe manner without the chance of reinjure. Chris is also excellent at time management and always begins work outs on time and ends them promptly on the hour so that he can begin with his next client. During training, he is always focused on me and my goals and is never distracted with his phone, other clients, or any other distractions. Chris is top-notch and anyone looking for a skilled and well-instructed personal trainer should hire him.
