I make it my priority and responsible in applying fundamental exercise science and fitness program design for the achievement of your health and fitness goals. I implement and promote the use of safe and effective exercise programs through appropriate client screening, consultation, and evaluation. I use motivation, education, proper exercise movement, appropriate nutrition habits, in an effort to improve levels of fitness and maintain an enhanced health and well-being.

Chris is the best i highly recommended chris and his approach to training. With much failed attempt on my own i was looking for a trainer was not easy to find tell i meet with chris. He was very attentive to my goals and abilities and what I was looking for. His workout are challenging but not to challenging that I can't handle. The way he trains ive learned a lot about working out what to eat and how to train in the gym. in the 7 years training with chris.

Chris Is the best, the best support you will have. He keeps me challenged and my routines varied, keeping me motivated while having fun at the same time. With a seemingly knowledge of health and fitness Chris keeps progressing advanced workouts.

Since working with chris My confidence has soared. I am not afraid of try new things. Since training with Chris over 7 years now I have lost nearly 75 pounds regained shape like I had before having 3 children. I dropped from a size 16 to a size 10. I have definition for the first time since my early 20 and before i had kids. I look and feel toned. I have energy now I love going in to workout. The sessions are a lot of fun, always challenging. the results have been great. Chris is an amazing training. My wife and I first meet Chris buying one of his Groupon packages. We both love Chris training style, and his approach to working. He is very dependable and flexible with our busy schedule. Since we baught his Groupon we have been training with him for 3 years now. we have made fitness and eating correctly our lifestyle.

We train with Chris for 3 times a week. If we have to travel for work he creates workouts that we can do in small hotel gym or little routines inside of your hotel if there is not much to work with.

We like that Chris keeps pushing and guides us in the gym. I like that he dose not sit around a talk like you see most trainers do. He actually there to train you and push you to achieve your goals.

What sets Chris apart from the others is that he generally cares about my progress keeps me motivated throught the process.

If your looking for a trainer, who is knowledgeable, and will push you support you to see you exceed , then We highly recommend chris with his deep with an understanding to train you with your abilities , while using the things that challenges you to push you build you up. a plan just for you he gose through every exercise with you and make sure your doing it correctly that you won't hurt yourself. If your willing to work he will definitely guide you in the direction that you want to go.

Chris has helped me get in the best shape of my life. He's very knowledgeable in his profession and I love having him as a personal trainer. I appreciate that he is quiet as I'm there to workout and not talk about my life story. He provided me with a meal plan to follow, exercises to do at home and I was able to lose a lot of weight and gain muscle following his recommendations.

I consider myself an objective person and I hope that my pros and cons will help others make their decision when considering “Chris’s Total Fitness Personal Training.” I began the 2022 near year with a goal to get in shape. My wife purchased me 4 month subscription for personal training through Groupon. What was advertised was 2-3 sessions per week for 4 months (16 weeks). By simple math that would be 32 to 48 sessions. I knew that I would be on vacation for at least 1 of those weeks and specifically asked about a make up week. Chris told me that we could make up the week on the end. Here are some “pros and cons” of my experience:

Pros:
Flexible scheduling. I was able to split my work outs between morning and evenings.

Well equipped facilities. Chris pays for access at the “Swell Personal Training” which maintains all of the equipment.

Chris was patient with me as I recovered from a knee injury.

Cons:
Chris is a poor communicator. He is very quiet and provided very little verbal feedback. Usually the most he ever said was “2 more.” Chris would demonstrate the exercise, but would not explain what muscle groups I should focus on or provide pointers on proper technique.

Chris is not dependable. Of the expected 32-48 sessions, he cancelled on 14 separate occasions. I had to cancel on 6 occasions. I was on vacation for 3 of those, and had work or family commitments for the others. Chris told me we could make up my vacation week at the end.

Chris is dishonest. At 16 weeks from my start date Chris said that my 4 months were over and that I needed to purchase more sessions if I wanted to continue. When I confronted him about the 14 cancelled sessions and the planned make up week from when I was on vacation, he denied having cancelled except on a few Thursdays and again reiterated that my time was up.

Of the planned 48 sessions, I got to participate in 28 of them. Chris verbally and in text messages confirmed that the missed week, while I was on vacation, could be made up at the end. I verbally asked about the other cancelled days and was given a similar response. I should have asked for this in writing as it appears that the days of men keeping their word is long gone.

In short, if you are looking for a personal trainer that will not talk to you, frequently cancel on you, and then short change you at the end, then Chris is your guy. Don’t believe the other reviews. Buyer beware!

Chris really knows his stuff, he makes you feel comfort and aware of your body. Chris's workouts are always enjoyable mainly because there is so much variety, that it never gets boring. I have lose 17 pounds and 5 inches off my waist. I feel great and am enjoying the complements I get from my body. Try Chris out for a month you will not be disappointed.
