I recently decided to pick golf back up. After playing a few times I decided I need a lot of help! Hayden was recommended by a number of people, and I'm glad he was! When I made the appointment, I received multiple texts to remind me of our appointment time and date. It's hard to convey in words just how incredible Hayden is at his craft. You have to experience it. He understands and sees the golf swing at a level I've never seen, but he doesn't just start tweaking yours. He takes a methodical approach to ensure you're building off of a rock solid foundation, as you then systematically master the next thing you need to work on. And he does it all in a way that gets you seeing progress quickly. And, does it with a huge smile and contagious excitement! He's an excellent coach for adults.
AND, Hayden has a true gift for teaching Juniors. I've never seen such genuine passion for teaching juniors anywhere else. My two sons (9 and 12 years old) have quickly become obsessed with the game of golf, feel so much confidence that they're going to be great (even though they still have so much to learn), and have genuinely improved VERY quickly. And that's all 100% Hayden. He's so much more than a swing instructor. He's committed to being right beside these juniors every step of the way as they progress in the game. Frankly, it's unreal. I'll often get a message from him mid-week asking for a video of the boys' swings as they practice from home, and then get fantastic feedback and reminders for them. He's invested. He cares. When I moved to the area, I thought it would be fun to learn golf. My oldest seem to be a fan of the sport, as well as a couple nephews. I was at a point to start looking for instructors, but instead of finding someone to try out, I found someone I will likely never try out. I’ve never personally met them, but their car now has intimate knowledge of my car’s rear end. My car was violated by their car as they tailed me on the on ramp of the freeway. The erratic, reckless driving didn’t end with the violation of just Ethel (y’all name your cars, too, right?). I witnessed multiple other cars being violated as they tailed others (a car length, or less, on the freeway), and swerved in and out of cars. If they drive a club like they drive a car, my life would be at stake with lessons.

I started taking lessons from Hayden about 3 months ago having never golfed in my life. I also have hyper mobility issues and spent a year in a wheelchair a couple years ago and learned to walk on feet that had multiple reconstructive surgeries on them - so he had his work cut out for him. Instead of trying to teach me how to 'move and swing like golfer' - he and helped me work with the way my body moves to create a golfer and my own swing. I did not realize just how valuable his coaching was until this last weekend when I actually sat back and watched a bunch of beginner golfers at the range. Hayden changed my game!! In a few short sessions he got me to understand where my issues were and how to overcome them. I have been a 7-9 handicap for several years. Dead serious- in less than a month I have dropped to 5.5 and trending down. I am rarely missing fairways or greens. Thank you and continue looking forward to working on my improvement. I have been working with Hayden for 3 months. I have been so impressed with his ability to simplify for me. Finding a teacher who can personalize swing changes fit to me have been great. Never to much information. I have loved the fact that I can play weekly and make changes that does not complicate my rounds. Hayden has been so patient and understanding. I highly recommend his teaching methods and his short game techniques, so helpful.

Hayden is beyond the best at what he does. When I came to him three months ago I could barely swing a club. With a few sessions and practice I’m shooting in the 80’s. I couldn’t recommend him higher!

I started taking golf lessons from Christianson Golf academy about six months ago. Hayden has helped me improve my golf game a lot. He is a very good instructor. I have never had an instructor break down the swing and translate it to me so I could make improvements like he does. You won’t go wrong by having him and his team help you.

Hayden is an awesome instructor! He knows so much about golf and was extremely patient working with me. With his coaching and guidance I was able to get my drive off the tee from around 210 average to about 280 pushing 300 and it feels absolutely insane hitting it that far.
