I started Club Pilates at the beginning of the year. I’m now in eight months, and I’m happy to say that my strength and confidence has grown so much from the first days. The instructors at Club Pilates are very knowledgeable, and caring. They give instruction in a way that doesn’t make you feel less, encouraging you to do your best with what your body will allow. It’s become a big family, lots of laughs and positive energy. All shapes and sizes of clients. You deserve to be good to yourself.

If I could give Club Pilates Holladay 6 stars, I would! I absolutely love it there! I am 26 weeks pregnant and coming in 2x/week throughout my pregnancy has been amazing. The instructors go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and comfortable during each class. They are quick to give me alternative exercises if needed and always check on me before, throughout, and after class. I'd like to give Brooke, Britney, Chance, Meg, and Emily a big shoutout because they always go the extra mile to make sure I have the best experience. Thanks so much Club Pilates Holladay team!

I’m so glad I discovered Club Pilates! The studio is always welcoming, clean, and well-organized, but what truly sets it apart are the instructors. They are absolutely the best—knowledgeable, encouraging, and always making sure you get the most out of each class. I've been taking classes at this studio since they opened. I'm a plus sized person and wasn't able to do some of the exercises when I started. The teachers helped me by giving me alternate exercises I could manage. I've never felt called out or embarrassed when i couldnt complete an exercise. The teachers have been very encouraging. I'm now stronger and more energized. Ive even lost weight. The receptionists and owner are also friendly and helpful. I love coming here!

I recently took an introductory class at Club Pilates Holladay, and I fell so in love right then that I immediately signed up for a membership. I had been very intimidated and nervous about going, as I've never done Pilates before, but everyone, from the people at the front desk to the instructors to my fellow classmates, has been nothing but warm, welcoming, and helpful. The studio is clean and modern and the instructors share their expertise while staying friendly and approachable. So glad I gave Club Pilates a shot!

Everyone there is so welcoming and friendly and the instructors are really caring and knowledgeable.
Brooke, Elena and Caleigh are FANTASTIC.
I love their classes, always challenging you and correcting you whenever necessary to make sure you get the best of your work out and don’t get any injuries.

I love Club Pilates Holladay SO MUCH!! The owners, employees and instructors are all so friendly, helpful and encouraging! I am brand new to Pilates and after only 3 weeks feel stronger and have gained so many new friends. I love walking in and being personally greeted by name. Instructors lead the class and you decide how much you want to push yourself. They always check to see if anyone has an injury or pain they need to be aware of so they can adjust and help you find a position that works for you. I’ve been recently injured so I really appreciate this. Instructors also have a higher or lower level for each exercise, so if something doesn’t feel right, do less. If you feel like you can do a little more, try it!! You are in control! The lights are low, only up to 12 people per class, work on your breathing and relax… AND sweat! 😅 It feels great!! If you’ve ever thought about joining but you’re nervous, don’t be! Sign up for an intro class (offered several times a week)… my sister introduced me to Pilates and went to my intro class which put me at ease, and I’d be happy to go to a class with you! 😄
