I’ve enjoyed the workouts at Club Pilates — the classes are great and the instructors are good. However, I’m very disappointed with the management and communication. I requested to transfer my membership from the Millcreek location to Saratoga Springs almost three weeks ago. The staff initially told me it was possible, but no one followed up. Because of this delay, my classes are now expiring and I wasn’t able to use them this month. I really hope the management improves their communication and support for members in the future.

I joined a membership, I told them that I was getting a knee replacement done to cancel my membership after I had gone four times and that I would let them know when I would come back and join again. Well, they froze my account instead of canceling it. I went back in on the 16th of Oct because I wanted to make sure that there was no problems and they said yes it was canceled. Then I get a text message stating that they were having issues with canceling my membership so I called over there and she told me no she was just frozen. We can’t cancel it because you signed some document OK in the meantime they took $45 out of my account without my permission and then October 22. They took another 15 out never gave me a reason why still don’t have a reason why I call the manager, manager said that she would take it up to the higher-ups that never happened because they still haven’t called me. I’ll give them till Friday that would be tomorrow to call me and then I’ll have to do other things

Pilates has helped my posture so much. I went from looking like a ? to looking like an ! Club Pilates has the best environment. The instructors are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They have the best equipment like reformer beds, Pilates chairs, spring boards, TRX, bosu, step boxes, foam rollers, Pilates balls, magic circle, mats, bands, gliders & trigger point balls. So the workouts are never the same. If you have ever wondered if you should try Club Pilates, stop wondering and just start doing it. You'll love it!

I have been a member for 4 months. When I began I was very weak from rheumatoid arthritis. I’m thankful to Club Pilates and the many knowledgeable trainers they have on staff. Today I am a new person, more energy, more strength, and more confidence. Make the change for better health. Join…we are worth it!!!

I attended one intro class and told them I might be interested in drop in classes. They have continued to call and text me even though I have told them I am not interested. I will never be going to a club Pilates class again because of this behavior.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE - I signed up all excited to meet with the trainer I’d chatted with extensively on the phone AND with the full intention of joining/buying a package if the initial session was a good fit - factors of good pricing, proximity of being close to my house. I made a an appointment, confirmed online, spoke to the gal that would be working me 1 on that 1st appointment. I even replied to a text or two that seemed to be a programming error that said “hey let’s schedule this!” I replied kindly that I already had. But after 22 texts that said the same thing in 1 week including in the Sunday after thanksgiving- in addition I got a phonecall from a trainer on that Sunday as well. I could go on and on about phone messages and calls I answered & I’m earnest tried to stress please stop, alls good, im signed up, im coming - yesterday a customer service front desk attendant was indignant at my constructive criticism AND assistant said I’m just doing my job, it comes from corporate. Expect this badgering. Read the review below mine. I wish I had. Funny that we used the same word without .AI. All the shady business practices have been
revealed up front ladies! Pay attention!!! Go elsewhere! Seriously! . *** in response to the rebuttal from the owner below - “for the record” THAT IS THE STUDIO PHONE NUMBER.,TODAY 9:00 am I have another to add. - that MAKES for 23 TEXT MESSAGES.

It’s 3:30 pm on a Monday it says they should be open until 8:30 pm tonight. I came to talk to them about a extra fee they want to charge me. My insurance will pay for 2 sessions a week with them, which I am happy with. They want me to put down an additional $100.00 cash on top of that. I don’t feel I should pay a copayment at a type of establishment. The other places ( I am not going to name them) do not charge a fee). On top of it I was bombarded with text messages not only from the one I went to but from other Pilates stores. I entered STOP in the text message and it stopped all of them. Looks like I need to find a whole other Pilates group

I gave them 1 star due to the badgering nature of their sales tactics. Aggressive calling and texting, calling me on a Sunday at 9am is ridiculous. It was very unprofessional, if your club is so good then you shouldn’t have to harass people to sign up. 17 text messages and 11 missed calls is very excessive. The instructor and the intro class were great, I would give her 5 stars. I would not sign up for a membership because they are too overbearing and pushy.

Disclaimer: Never taken a class here, the other reviews say how great the instructors are- but the short version is they won't stop calling me, despite having talked to me twice, and leaving the conversation with "i will reach back out if/when I'm ready" so- don't give out your contact info unless you want to be spammed.
Long version: Their website says they offer 1 free class- I have done pilates quite a few times and I'm looking for a studio to call home, so i gave them my info and was going to try it out. The free class is a 30 min intro class- so I left the page bc i was looking for a harder class to do with a friend that week (she was going to try it with me too).
Next day i get 2 calls and a vm. I call back and talk to a gal who tells me that in the free intro class they offer special promotions if you sign up that day. The promotion? $100 off the $150 SIGN UP CHARGE... so no discounted membership for the first month or anything like that... full price + $50 to sign up (and that's the "deal"). They also don't offer class bundles (like a 10-pack) I said ok, I'll think about it.
Over the next few days I get like 5 calls and 2 more vms. Finally I pick up again and say "hey I've already talked to you, I'm not ready to sign up" (I ended up buying a pack of yoga classes instead, I was thinking once i use those up, maybe I'll consider again).
Next day, another call
Next day another call
Today, another.
I asked them to stop calling and because of this I won't be joining this studio- it's just left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm a nice person and really don't like being put in situations that make me feel rude. Which is a shame, because the other reviewers really seem to enjoy the classes. My Advice? Don't give away your contact info unless you're willing to commit or don't mind constant calls.

Visiting the Club Pilates Marmalade studio was my first experience with pilates in general and specifically Club Pilates. I was not disappointed. More than that, I was hooked! When signing up initially they don't inform you of all the membership options (even on the calendar they give you). Only the more expensive ones. When cancelling the membership they required a 30 day cancellation notice and no way around it. Even if it's 29 days. Some instructors are really nice and others aren't so much. Overall I don't think I'll be returning or recommending.

What a joke of a business and studio. Booked a class 30 minutes before I arrived and was told I can't join because I need to test with 2 instructors to join their level 2 class. Nobody contacted me to tell me this. I stayed a few minutes to speak to the manager who apologized and he issued a refund, but this does not make up for the waste of my time. I watched the level 2 class as it was going and it is not an advanced class at all, I've done Pilates for over a year and their advanced class is the same as my 1.5 class at a different Pilates studio that does not require people to test. Waste of time and unprofessional. Go to a private studio and not a chain where their conduct and business are unprofressional. The one star I am giving is for the front desk employee who was very nice and because I can't go any lower.
Updating in response to the manager's comment: I arrived right on time and the class hadn't started, people were grabbing weights when I entered and I was introduced to the instructor prior to the start of class. Please do not makeup excuses when apologizing. Also please refrain from using language like "sorry you missed" to put the blame back on to the customer when there was also negligence on the business end which the manager apologized for on the phone and confirmed that normally an employee would call or get in contact to relay this message... which I never received because I booked 30 minutes prior to the class - which in itself is an issue. If 30 minutes is not enough time for your studio to get its ducks in a row prior to class, then the option to book a class within a certain time should not be made available. Highly unprofessional. Once again, if I needed to arrive earlier to test in order to join, this should've been made clear or an employee should've contacted but no notice was given prior to the class. Nowhere in the confirmation email does it state that if this is a first-timer entering level 2, they should arrive earlier to test or prior approval would be needed.

Trying several different exercise classes, genres, etc, this is the one that has made the most difference in my body. I have been a member of several different studios and Millcreek Club Pilates has the best instructors, the best schedule availability, and the most class variation weekly. After two major knee surgeries and years of issue, this has been a god sent in helping me gain the mobility back that I need to just do daily activities. This studio is great in working with you and making your needs heard

I joined Pilates to stay strong in my core as I get older but there are so many more benefits. According to my FitBit, I am sleeping sounder and my clothes look better on me even though I haven't lost weight. I've never been athletic and it took me a few months to get used to it. But the instructors are great and skilled at individualizing every class to fit your body and fitness level. There is a 12 hour cancellation policy but the one time I woke up sick I called them as soon as I knew I couldn't make it and they made an exception.

I have been going to Club Pilates in Millcreek for 4 months now and I could not be more happy with my experience. This exercise form of Pilates on a Reformer is joyful, challenging, and result producing; my core feels stronger and my posture is better than via any other exercise and my lower extremity joints are not stressed and painful with the movements. Additionally, the staff is excellent. Everyone is kind and supportive and all questions are always answered promptly abt membership as well as as the schedules or classes. I am so impressed with this site and its staff.
The instructors all really know how to guide, and coach during the class.

I was really excited to try this studio....however thier marketing campaign s very obnoxious and relentless. I signed up for a complimentary class, thought that would be the end of contact until I came to class. No. They called more than 5 times,
texted me 6 times, all in the pretense of wanting to know my fitness goals prior to class? My goals are to try pilates....i thought that was obvious? I already filled out questionnaire, and fully intended on chatting with instructor prior to my class. Even a doctor doesn't ask for a pre consultation? I am a busy mom and my fitness is a time of excape and self love. There is absolutely no reason to need to disrupt my day with constant texts and calls when I will have to go over it with the instructor prior to class? I can't imagine you want to promote giving the instructor a print out of my health concerns and then what... tell them not to talk to me at class? Just totally unnecessary. I've never stepped foot in your studio and you've contacted me more than a dozen times before i even take one class? Overkill. Relax. I have worked and been around yoga studios for over 20 years, and have never ever contacted a new student more than 2 times prior to thier first class. Due to how you have handled my complimentary class and overkill communication I won't be trying your studio.

The instructors are great and the different levels of classes are great as well. However, there are a couple of reasons I will never return to a club Pilates.
1. They have a 24 hour cancellation policy, which is inconvenient when you have a back injury and never know if you will be up to a class when you wake up in the morning.
2. Good luck cancelling your membership if you choose to do so. There is a form you have to fill out, but the form is not on the website or app. They have to email it to you. It took them almost a month after I requested the form and then it didn’t submit for some reason. So 2 months and almost $400 later after requesting to cancel my membership, it was finally done. I can’t afford this and was cancelling because I need to have back surgery, and then decided to go to xcel after my surgery because I can get unlimited Pilates with no cancellation penalty for $80/ month, plus $80/month gym membership. I contacted the owner to resolve this issue and request a refund and was called a liar regarding my reason to cancel my membership, which I don’t need a reason to cancel anyway. She then deleted our text exchanges and blocked me.
So, if you want to pay an insane amount of money for Pilates and lose money when something comes up within 24 hours, and risk losing more money when you try to cancel your membership, then you should sign up for club Pilates in Millcreek.

Hello to all interested in this location my suggestion is to look elsewhere if you are a person that exercises in the morning. I went to this location because my friend mentioned that she went to a location in Lehi and loved it. So I tried my first class had a great experience and went for a membership. Little did I know what a waste of value the membership would be. I had to wait a month in advance to get any available morning classes. There is a waitlist and it is 2-10 people. Once shackled into the membership I thought I would just be able to pay the $100 early cancellation fee but no. The fees schedule makes it so you pay a full three months and the cancellation fee. I expressed that there was zero availability and throwing $109 waiting for classes to open up was not feasible. So the opportunity to waste over $300 is easy with this location.
I was told I should just have the classes after three months because the $ about with the cancellation fee and the waiver you sign to cancel which says you agree to pay an extra month in addition to the fee is what you receive. Well that would only work if there was early morning availability.
So disappointing. I got lucky when I first signed up and wish I hadn't sign up for the membership when I started to schedule. I could imagine that a week out or two is plausible. This harms the relationship with new time goers and there are fees in addition to your first month start up.
You will be nickeled and dimed if you don't check in advance before the membership sign up. you must check your time slots carefully and hope you don't end up in the same situation as me.

I recently took my first reformer class at Club Pilates in Millcreek. I do HIIT, yoga, and cycling on a regular basis, but I found the class challenging a great augmentation to my regimen. I'll definitely return!
Going to a new place and trying a new type of workout can be intimidating, but the instructor (Sarah) made me feel right at home and showed me the basics of the reformer and the other props.
The studio is impeccably clean, everyone is wearing masks, they have clear barriers between the reformers, and everyone is very socially distanced from one another.
I would definitely recommend Club Pilates Millcreek.

When the club closed the end of March due to Covid, without any notice, I found myself with club fees continued to be taken from my credit card in April. I contacted the owner by e-mail and asked for my money back. I was given a credit and assured it would be applied to my classes when they reopened. When they did reopen members were required to wear a mask during class. I love Pilates and I wanted to continue doing Pilates without a mask since proper breathing is a key part of Pilates. I was able to find a Club Pilates in Bountiful that offered classes with and without masks, so I requested a transfer. This is when the problem began. The owner refused to return my credit to me so I could use it to pay my fees at the new location. I had every intention to return to the Millcreek location when masks were not required, but when she refused the refund I changed my mind. Be careful when you give this location your credit card. Her greed might have gotten her an extra $199.00 but it lost a faithful member that would have given many more months/years of income and possible referrals. Not very good customer service and not a very wise business decision on her part.

Since coming under new management this place is a disaster. Don't try to call, you won't get anyone on the phone. Once you sign up you can't leave without paying crazy fees. All the owner cares about is money. Anyway to make money, even at the cost of her employees and customers. Your just a number, not a person, so walk away. I hate leaving negative reviews but this place has questionable business practices and I couldn't stay quiet. For full disclosure I now go to Club Pilates in Bountiful and love it! The same teachers but the owners and GM care and understand when life happens.

Beautiful studio with clean and new equipment. I absolutely love the reformer beds. Kind and very knowledgeable instructors who discreetly inquire about injuries or physical restrictions in order to help individuals adapt certain exercises. I initially went needing physical therapy after a difficult pregnancy and postpartum recovery. It's changed my life and I've never felt so strong. I've found muscles in my body that I didn't know existed. Plantar faciatis gone and back pain only returns if I skip sessions. My only regret is that I didn't start pilates earlier in life. You have to be consistent in going though to see major results. For me at least 2-3 times a week.

Levels are designed to support the "earning of progression." This keeps a class of up to 12 people on reformers Safe. Also; I'm not a beginner and I can take the level 1 and get an adequate workout! If pilates ever seems easy-the chances you are not using the right muscles etc is extremely high!

Solid joint but only four stars because classes are 50 minutes!!!! It will be great when they add more rigorous classs. The Pilates at 1 to 1.5 levels are great for beginners. If you have never worked out with a reformer, this is an excellent place to learn. Clean studio and very friendly staff.
