Awesome trainer and group weight lifting classes. Everything is coordinated and you have spotters to help. The βpush to failureβ motto is great, and while I donβt necessarily love weight lifting, itβs growing on me!ππͺπ¦΅π

Definitely come to this gym if you have the chance! Justin is incredible to work with and his nutrition plan is on point too. I've been to several other gyms but have not been able to achieve the same results as I have here. Definitely come here if you're looking for results.

I've been working out with Justin since 2016, and it's definitely become part of my daily routine. If I can't go for whatever reason, I really miss it. The older I get the more I understand that for me it's about 80% mental health. The physical benefits are a bonus. Highly recommend.

Justin is the best, I have tried using other trainers for years but getting the knowledge and someone that is dedicated as well as shows up to appointments was something that I didn't think existed. I was referred by a friend and was immediately impressed with his approach as well as how personable he is. I have been going for almost 2 years now, and he has never missed a session. I have never looked as good nor felt this well and its all because of Justin, he is one of the coolest guys I know

I've had 4 personal trainers since moving here in 1996. Justin is by far the best I have had. Expert knowledge, loads of patience, and the best motivator I've seen in long time. He has also surrounded himself with some very dedicated and knowledgeable people that assist(e.g. Andy) when he needs some time off. I've worked out with Justin since his days at 24 hour fitness, going back to 2010/11.

First of all, the trainer Justin is terrific. He emphasizes on the importance of technique and doing the reps the right way and motivates us to get better. He also provides a comprehensive meal plan based on your goals. The gym itself is very good with all the equipment available. There are well structured and organized sessions all day where you can signup. Each session has a limit of 10 people, so the gym is never crowded and you can workout in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Justin is a great trainer. Technique is super important, and he will make sure you do the workout correctly and stay positive. A lot of gyms prefer people not showing up, they make more money when they have a lot of members who don't come and don't wear down the equipment. Justin, on the other hand, encourages you to be there and really wants you to be successful. That alone should get people to look into this place.

I've tried CrossFit, I've worked out at the gym by myself, and I can say without reservation you will get a better workout in an hour with Justin Walker than you will doing anything else. He is amazing. He emphasizes technique, and trains in a universally positive and motivating way. Once you start training here you won't go anywhere else.
