I've had such a great experience with my time here at Core. I love the structure of the classes, just get in-do the planned workout-sweat-have fun doing it-boom Done!! The atmosphere at Core is welcoming and upbeat. All the trainers are fantastic to work with and are genuinely invested in helping you succeed, no matter what fitness level you're at. Losing weight and gaining muscle is what I'm striving for in the long run, but Core has more to offer than just that! Just to name a couple, how to properly set goals and be successful with turning them into habits. And the other, stress management and mood regulation can be improved with different forms of meditation.
Overall, I'm impressed with the pool of wisdom all the coaches have to offer and teach. Every time I leave the gym, I'm pumped and feel energized for the day! I don't think I want to live in a world where Core isn't a part of my daily routine now!

I had the privilege of joining my friend at CORE while I was in Utah for a visit this spring! It’s was absolutely a remarkable experience and such a joy! They welcomed me as one of their own & made my time there awesome. Totally wish I had them in my backyard! If you’ve ever thought about a personal trainer, these are your humans!! You won’t regret it for a second! Go book that appointment and make the change you’ve been dreaming of!!

I signed up with CORE Fitness 5 weeks ago. The CORE Fitness team are all amazing. They are always available to assist/coach/guide you on your journey. My coach left for a few days and the transition to a back-up coach was seamless. The trainers are amazing during class to make sure you understand what the exercise is and how to do it properly. If you have an injury they find alternative exercises so you still get a great workout. My coach contacts me everyday and through out the day. She keeps me on track of my goals and helps to adjust as I am trying to figure out why I am stuck. I would recommend CORE Fitness looking for an honest but real safety net of a group of people that are your cheerleaders to help you achieve your goals and how to have fun when they are kicking your butt.

So far so good. One Month in and I'm really happy with this program so far. I need the extra push and having a coach guide that encourages you plus small workout groups makes all the difference. They do make you work! No easy outs but everyone is super friendly and supportive and I feel like I get lots of attention. Definitely a great program. If you are in need of more focused attention, goal setting and follow through then this program will deliver on all.

I was never a gym girl, had no understanding of good eating habits, no ambition to work out and no accountability but core fitness has changed that! I have only been doing it for 3 weeks and have seen amazing improvements in fat loss, muscle gain, endurance, mood, the list goes on and on. The work outs and coaches are amazing and they always give you one on one support. The meal plans and the way they teach you about food has helped me so much. I do not feel like I am missing out on anything/ have to eliminate any foods I love which is why other diets have never stuck with me. Love the coaches and the program. I started with the six week challenge and started seeing results in the first 3 weeks. The coaches help keep you motivated and on track with your fitness and nutrition goals. They also take the guess work out of the workouts by having everything planned out for you. All you have to do is show up, ask questions and put in the work. It is a bit pricey, but worth every penny if you want to trasfirm your body and mind.

I started with core fitness about 1 month ago . I saw a Facebook post about a free 21 day plan that they where offering decided to try it out and I really enjoyed it . Ryan and his trainers are very nice and professional and helped me to start reaching my goals . Seeing what other gyms offer as far as price and one on ones core fitness it the way to go . They will work with you till the end . Very affordable and worth the money . As far as results I do have lasting results . Lost about 7 inches around my stomach .I feel better and a lot more motivated . There communication is on point . And have lasting good eating habits that I can carry on to the rest on my life as long as they are consistently applied to my daily life . It’s a really good jump start especially for those that had lost weight before and because of life or pregnancy it was been hard to loose it again . Thank you Ryan Lisa for everything you have done .

Ryan and his team are really great to work with. They are very positive and help to build confidence. I have really enjoyed the work outs other than waking up so early (my choice) the trainers are really great and I especially like the Yoga class. I have bulging discs in my lower back and this class has helped me stretch my muscles and alleviate some of my back pain. My wife and I can't afford to continue the program but if I could just pay a fee for the Yoga class I probably would!

I started at Core with the 42 day challenge and I did see awesome results from it! I recommend the challenge but after the challenge isn’t worth the money in my opinion. Ryan told me he believes in giving accountability, the workouts, and the diet as part of his program. It is about $200 a month and for workouts you get 3 a week (no more). For the accountability you get to meet with an accountability coach once a month (they call it a personal training session) where they go over your measurements, home workouts, and diet. They also check in weekly to make sure you’re on track. My coach completely quit checking in on me and that was pretty disappointing and discouraging. And the diet is basically them telling you to count your macros. The workouts with Carlin are a blast and if I could just pay for that I absolutely would! 5 stars for Carlin but the rest was pretty disappointing and not worth $200 a month.
