Alexei is the epitome of a yogi. She builds your momentum up in the beginning with an energetic sequence. She ignites the strength in you with her composed guidance. At the end of the class, she provides supportive and restorative positions for you to soak in the physical push you explored in the beginning. She provides the ultimate balance of poses to receive the full benefits of yoga. I believe that she succeeds in the full dynamic and teaching of vinyasa with the restorative yoga flow. Love her class!!

Signed up for a class with my friend, we were running a little late but still got to our class 3 minutes before it started, just to be told that they gave away our spots and the class was full. Even though we had paid and booked the class. Whatβs the point of reserving a spot if itβs going to be given away? Doesnβt make much sense to me. Really liked CorePower at first but the last two experiences have been really problematic and going to look into other studios.

Excellent teachers, clean facilities, convenient location and lots of classes options. The environment is warm and welcoming and because the teachers often check you in for class it feels very inclusive. I credit CPY with my love of yoga!

Core Power Yoga of Utah has 3 studios in Salt Lake City. All of their studios are crammed to fit as many people as possible without any consideration for taller or bigger people or for different mat sizes. If you are over 5β10β beware the yoga mat spaces at this studio are small small small. This restricts yogis from practicing yoga poses to the fullest. It makes the classes here at Core Power Salt Lake City miserable and restrictive to only small people. Please consider not everyone is 5β7β and 120 pounds.

CorePower has many great instructors across locations in the Salt Lake valley. Parinaz, in particular, is incredible. She has a unique way of inspiring her students by example and by a continual focus on the importance of mindfulness, breath, resilience, and overall form/technicality. Youβll be a changed person after one class.

Great experience at the Foothill location in SLC! The studio is clean and offers great amenities to the students. The yoga rooms are fun and inviting and spacious. I was welcomed every time coming in and staff was informative if I had questions. The instructors are great and I enjoyed every class I took on the free intro week deal! The heat/humidity is perfect, you will get an amazing sweat and challenge in each class. Definitely coming back and the membership price is worth it. Especially with the variety of class times. Highly recommend!

During a full class in studio 2, I felt like we were packed like sardines. I constantly had to readjust to not hit into my neighbors which made it hard to enjoy the practice. I feel as though myself and others are paying a lot to have this kind of experience.

Arguably the best yoga studio in Utah (all locations). Unfortunately theyβre also all very difficult to access, parking issues, major traffic hot spots, and all 25 min away from me. The moment thereβs one near Draper/Sandy Iβll be back.

I give five stars in general and a shout out to the teacher named Chris who is always giving good customer service. Some of the teachers on Sunday weren't great (lazy and not helpful; left me stuck outside in the cold in shorts because I came literally one minute late and totally ignored me as if taking 10 seconds to open the door would be a big deal). But generally speaking, the staff are super helpful, the hot yoga is nice and hot, and great instruction.

zero stars! I have attempted to reach any kind of support 5-6 times. No one answers the phones, no one returns messages or phone calls, no one returns emails. This is absolutely ridiculous! I am being charged $129 per month on a membership I did not authorize, and it doesn't even show up on my online account.

The multiple locations are great when i'm in a hurry, I know that I can rotate around because they'll all be great, but this one is closest to my house so I tend to frequent it the most. I always love the classes!

I visited this studio while traveling and had a great experience. I took Erinβs hot power fusion class, and it was one of the best classes Iβve taken at any corepower. Erin was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and motivating. The studio was clean, and the location is very convenient with plenty of parking and healthy food options nearby. Iβd definitely recommend visiting this studio.

CorePower is THE best!! I had done hot yoga in the past but never felt like I was getting a complete, βkick your buttβ, style workout until coming to CorePower! Every class is challenging! Whether you want to tone the heat down and add weights to your yoga practice, or crank the heat way up and hold postures youβll feel so accomplished when you complete your class. This specific location is awesome because itβs right on Footill Dr and has underground parking which is a major plus in these Salt Lake City winters!!

This is MY favorite CPY studio in SLC not only because this is the first studio where I started 2 years ago, but because I love the location (even though it is tucked away in the Foothill Plaza -on the second floor), as soon as I walk in- I feel like I have entered into my zen space. I love the set up and all of the instructors are extremely welcoming! A big shout out to Lexi- not only is she the coolest studio manager, but she is also an amazing coach, Sarah, Nichole, Steph, Erin, Sanni, Jedd, they're ALL 5 stars!

I was really nervous to go back to yoga after 'being out of the game' for so long. I came and was so incredibly at ease... yet worked hard :). The teachers remember your names, ask about your needs (and pay attention to them), they adjust you gently, urge you to listen to your body, and always end with a lavender wet towel. There is no 'yoga ego' here. I am absolutely blown away.
All the teachers are incredible. I particularly love Bonny. She teaches many of the yoga 1 classes and does a variety of sun salutations, balances, twists, gentle back bends, etc. She always offers multiple variations for challenging poses. I leave her class balanced and proud... which is nice for someone about as flexible as a two by four. Today she specifically helped me with gorilla and it made a huge difference. I wish she taught more!
