I have trained at Cory's Karate for most of my life and have had many friends and family members train here as well. It is a wonderful place with incredible teachers and students. It's a great environment for learning martial arts and other life skills. The tournaments and belt tests are always fun and impressive and. I love how everyone is always cheering each other on!

My kids have gone here for 5 years. From ages 6-17. The senseis are great. The curriculum is great. There is a wonderful family feel. The kids get trained on controlling their power regulating emotions being respectful and they get trained on weapons under strict instruction as they develop.

I think what I love most is the leadership opportunities. Starting at green belt each student gets a chance to be a junior teacher. This reminds them of all the skills they have learned and is an incredible opportunity.

By the time students hit black belt they are competent to teach entire classes of students (with a lot of support). The junior teachers also ensure kids get one on one attention and teaching and also it keeps the costs low. This is the most affordable karate program I have ever seen.

Can’t say enough can’t be grateful enough for the wonderful supportive teaching and the beautiful community they have built with this dojo. I highly recommend you give it a try. They usually will give you a class or 2 free to try it out!

I’ve been training here for over 15 years. Sensei Fisher is so willing to help, very invested in the wellbeing of her students, and highly motivational for all of us to improve. It’s very family centered with great camaraderie and friendship. Sensei Fisher wants us not just to become good Martial artists, but good people.
