CFNL should consider renaming to CrossFit New Family, because it really is a family. There are athletes of EVERY level, but we're all just trying to do the same thing. Saturdays are the best, because we usually get into small teams to try to get through a workout together. From my first day here I felt welcomed and like everyone around me actually cared that I was there. The coaches are top notch. Everyday I go I feel challenged but safe. I regularly get personalized instruction and individual coaching, and even nutrition advice. In the past few months I've dropped 2 inches at my waist (~15 lbs), hit several workout goals, increased my flexibility and endurance.. and I've had a great time doing it! Come hang out and get sweaty with us at CFamNL.

Best gym by far. I was new to Crossfit when I joined and the welcomed me with open arms. They taught me everything and was patient along the way as I learned. Very welcoming environment. Couldn't recommend them enough!

The coaches are incredible! You can find gyms all over the valley with comparable equipment and workouts BUT the coaches/mentors at CFNL are the key to your success. I am extremely grateful to Dillon for his knowledge and patience in working within my ability and while helping me get stronger physically and emotionally AND to vet the best coaches. As a life long gym-o-phobe I was very hesitant to try crossfit and the whole group work out thing. After being at CrossFit New Life for 22 months I can honestly say that I am very glad that this is the gym I started at. The coaches and members of CrossFit New Life have made me comfortable in achieving my daily workouts and long term goals. This gym is truly more than a place to workout.

This cross fit is the best wokout experience. The trainers and the WOD's have really challenged me. There is a feeling of acceptance of every level of fitness or age as long as you work hard. Its well organized and the time goes by fast becasue we are constantly doing something. Dillon really wants to help people improve and helps to set challenging goals. I have almost reached a year and I have lost 25 pounds and got much stronger. I even worked through a previous knee injury and can now do much more.

I have been attending this gym for over 3 years and the commitment and support from the coaches is unlike any I have experienced. I would attend this gym even if I lived an hour away just so I could continue to have the same amount of support and sense of community that I receive from this place. If you are looking for somewhere to get healthy and strong this is the place to go. I have been going for over 3 years and have really noticed a change in my appearance and mindset. I can’t do all the movements because of injuries but Dillon will modify it so I get the best workout without making me feel like I am not part of the class. It is like a family that you are excited to spend time with!

Around 3 years ago, I finally talked myself into trying Crossfit and walked into this gym. I was so intimidated but was convinced by a coworker. I quickly found my favorite place to be! The first two weeks were spent in a one-on-one setting learning the basics of movements and introducing me to the Crossfit lingo. Ever since then, it's been a place where I've grown in so many different aspects of my life. My confidence has grown, my fitness has grown, and my understanding of nutrition and movement have grown. The coaches and the other members are incredibly supportive and on days where I'm not motivated to work out, they've all become the reason I show up to the gym anyway. If your'e looking for a place to get a workout in, but also hang out with a great group of people, then this is your place!

CrossFit New Life is more than a gym. It's a community, a family (CFamNL), and a place to better yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. I can honestly say I get excited to go work out each day. I've been going a little over 2 years now, and have seen a lot of improvement in myself not only physically, but as a person. I have gained great friendships and self confidence. The coaches are wonderful, attentive, and genuinely caring. They strive to better you, and help you in any way possible. This gym is my oasis, my safe space, and the best place to be. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for something more than just a typical gym.

Best CrossFit in Salt Lake! I have tried most of the gyms in the valley, and CFNL is by far the best. Dillon is a great coach and had done a lot to create a fun welcoming environment. The workouts are hard, and they go a bit longer than most other gyms. The warm-ups are very effective, and I like that a lot of time and attention is paid to the warm-up. The coaching is really incredible. The fundamentals class that Dillon and Justin put together is top notch. They really spend the time with you to make sure you know the fundamentals of the core movements. Also the community is really strong at CFNL, if feels like everyone is friends and very encouraging to new people.

CrossFit New Life is by far the best gym/form of fitness I've tried. The community is very welcoming and quickly becomes family as everyone encourages one another to push themselves through each workout. The coaches are very experienced and personable, and they are quick to make adjustments or recommendations so that you have the best experience possible.

There are few things in life that people really look forward to doing every day, but training at CrossFit New Life easily becomes one of those few. It's like every morning is Christmas and I get to open presents by improving my overall health and developing important functional skills. It is all-encompassing in that proper mechanics (the way you move), nutrition, and life balance become more important than ever before and their effects on your training and everyday life become apparent.

If you enjoy being healthy and having a supportive community to help you keep going (especially when things get tough and you feel like quitting), CrossFit New Life is definitely the place to be!

CFNL exceeded all expectations. I was nervous about crossfit but they truly are a family and are so welcoming! I ended up having major health problems a few months after I joined and Dillon (the owner) stopped the membership no questions asked and has been honestly concerned and caring about my health improvement. Why I love Crossfit New Life:
-I don't have to plan my workouts. All I have to do is show up!
-The group setting helps me push myself. It gives you a place to celebrate your achievements with others..
-I'm never bored. The workouts always challenge me and keep me engaged.
-I've increased my confidence and self perception of myself. Feeling strong is rewarding!
-Dillon and Justin are great coaches. They're knowledgeable, kind and fun.
-The community is great! Going to the gym is fun with friends.
-It's more affordable than the other CrossFit gyms in SLC.

I've been going for a year and a half, the longest gym membership I've ever held. My mile time has drastically decreased (I hate running), I've achieved milestones (strict pull-ups, double unders) and I've always felt welcomed and challenged.

I've been doing Crossfit for 3 years, and I was visiting family for the holidays (from Denver). I texted Noah (which was listed on the website) the day before about bringing girlfriend, mom, and sister (which have minimum to no gym experience) he responded promptly about a class the next day for free. He and the gym was extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. Even learned a few new things even with my current experiences. Everybody had a great time, learned a lot and appreciate the great instructions. Best part on my trip. Thank you.

I've been coming to CrossFit New Life for the past several months and my results have been great. Noah and Becky are great trainers and the atmosphere is amazing. I compete in triathlons and the strength training has helped me get faster on the swim and bike. If you're unsure about signing up, come to the FREE class every Saturday at 9:30 AM.

Members range from teenagers to people my parents age and so do the abilities, but the great thing about New Life is they scale the workout based on your ability.
