Easy Does It

I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with Val on a couple of pop-up mat Pilates events at my retail boutique. I cannot say enough good things about working with her. She was so easy to communicate with, had wonderful ideas about how to infuse some extra fun into the event, and taught such great classes (with killer playlists too). Her approach to fitness is welcoming and accessible, but she challenges you to push yourself and progress. The feedback from the attendees was stellar and having the event at my location definitely increased the day’s sales. She is a great asset to the community here in Salt Lake and I can’t wait to work with her again.

I've been seeing Val for almost 4 years now and I'll probably never stop! I was really nervous to start personal training, but she met me where I was at and made everything really comfortable. She pushes me just the right amount and makes working out enjoyable. One of her strengths as a trainer is being able to tailor your workout to your needs and wants: If your goal is to get super toned and in shape, Val can absolutely help you get there. If you're like me and lift weights to feel better and stronger but aren't so worried about transforming your physical appearance, she will meet you there too. Can't recommend her enough!

I have been looking for a mat Pilates class and let me tell you this is IT! Val is so educated on form and movement giving hands on adjustments which is so so vital in Pilates. The studio was absolutely stunning and I can’t wait to go back again 🤍

I’ve had multiple trainers in the past, but none have made as big of an impact as Val. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and has taught me so much about health and fitness—especially the importance of balanced nutrition and proper form. Since training with her, I’ve gained more muscle and definition than I ever thought possible. What truly sets Val apart is how well she curates workouts specifically for each person’s needs and goals. She knows exactly how to push you while making sure you’re staying safe and motivated. Awesome trainer and great, clean facilities and equipment. Val is more knowledgeable about anatomy, nutrition, and fitness in general than any trainer I’ve ever had. Val was my personal trainer and now favorite Pilates instructor! I love that she does both, now I get the best of both worlds. This gym is supper clean every time I come in. I love the environment and the fact that she takes the time to help you with your form both in weight training and in mat Pilates! Training with Val has been a game changer. I used to be afraid of weight training, but she helped me build confidence and now I feel totally comfortable at the gym. I’ve noticed a big improvement not just how I look but how i feel. Her pilates classes are amazing. She gives you a solid, effective workout. She’s also super detailed with form and provides guidance to help you move safely. What I love most is she makes you feel comfortable no matter your level or where you’re working out. Can’t recommend her enough!!
