I've always been active, but needed to spice up my workout routine to help build strength as I'm losing muscle during menopause! I decided to try working with a personal trainer to meet my goals. Had my first one on one session with Keaton and loved it. We went over my goals then had my first 30 minute full body workout personalized to fit me. The exercises were challenging - and I felt great afterwards! A bit sore in the places I needed to be the next day - loved it so I know I did something ;) Excited to do my weekly sessions and start seeing some improvements!

I can’t say enough good things about Descover Strength! Training here just twice a week for 30 minutes has been a total game-changer. Every session is a full-body burnout that absolutely kicks my butt in the best way.

The trainers make sure my form is perfect to prevent injury, and I honestly feel like a celebrity walking in — they greet me by name and make me feel like the star of the show. Rickey is so positive and encouraging, while Keaton is incredibly knowledgeable and always finds ways to push me and increase my strength.

Before this, I was mainly a runner training for ultra trail races. The past 4 months with Descover Strength completely transformed me. Just a few weeks ago, I ran a 19-mile trail race and felt stronger than ever — by far my best race yet. The whole time I kept thinking how powerful and supported my body felt, thanks to Rickey and Keaton’s training.

On top of race performance, I’ve noticed huge improvements in everyday health. The neck and shoulder pain I used to deal with has eased, my lower back pain was resolved with stretches Rickey taught me, and overall I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Descover Strength has truly changed the way I train and feel in my own body — I’m hooked!

I want to be fit but I have a hectic schedule juggling a career and a family. I thought as my kids grew older, I would have more time for me, but that hasn’t happened. On top of that, I have a lot of injuries, leaving me unsure of where to safely start. Discover Strength has a program run by caring professionals that guide me through two 30 minute workouts each week that are tailored to me. After three weeks, I am already feeling stronger and love the environment! Because all visits are either one on one with a trainer or in small groups of two or three, the gym is never crowded, you never have to wait for equipment and it is always low key, without lots of gawking and people standing around. I am really in and out in 30 minutes. I would recommend Discover Strength every time!

Hands down best workout I have ever had with a personal trainer!!! Over the last 10 years I have tried different gyms, workouts, and personal trainers. By far and without question, Sophie and the team at discover strength in Draper have given me the best workout I have ever received. They are professional and respectful and know how to boost your morale when you feel like you can’t give anything more. This isn’t the gym you go to if you want to film your tik tok videos, this is the gym you go to in order to build true strength. If you hate being around “gym brats and gym bros” than you should give these guys a chance. They make you feel welcome and like you are the only one that matters in the room.

The trainers at this place are very motivating and fun to be around. Everyone knows your name and pushes you to be your best. I do HVAC for a living and I can fix furnaces and air conditioners, but I don’t know how to effectively work out. That’s why I’m coming here, letting the professionals do what they’re trained for. I'm a Personal Trainer with my degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Science from the University of Utah. One thing I always tell my coaches is even Coaches need Coaches. During my session with Jeff, he broke down the science behind their methods in a bite size and comprehensible way without me feeling like he was "dumbing it down." I've been having issues with my shoulder and ankle for 3 years. Jeff was able to adjust the variables on the spot during each movement to ensure I wasn't exacerbating the issue, while still giving me a great workout. This is speaking from experience of multiple surgeries and hours of being bored to tears doing Physical Therapy when I should've been doing something like this to reDiscover my Strength. I highly recommend this place for a science based approach to reaching your goals.

I was a little skeptical at first about what 30 minutes 2X per week could do but the design of these workouts really takes you to that same 'I've really done something' feeling in a short timeframe. I also appreciate the support of the 1:1 approach, allowing you to push yourself safely and personalizing the approach toward your goals. Jeff did a fantastic job assessing and adjusting to my goals and specific circumstances. It isn't cheap but I have to say I like the idea of paying for results rather than just paying for a membership like so many people do.

I am so obsessed with Discover Strength! The gym is clean and has a nice atmosphere. The team is super friendly, knowledgeable and are totally chill with me bringing 3 young tag alongs 😬 In just 5 sessions I have slimmed and toned so much, I get compliments all the time. No one believes I am a mother of 5 🥳 Speaking of being a busy mom of 5, their program only requires 30min twice a week!! Soooo doable.

I never thought I could do strength training again because of injuries, but the trainers have been awesome at helping me work towards my goals without aggravating my injuries. In fact their program goes perfectly hand in hand with my physical therapy and I actually feel soooo much stronger!

Thirty minutes twice a week is perfect to fit into my busy schedule. Working with a trainer makes these two workouts super effective and efficient. I’ve seen incredible results after just eight sessions. I’m following a macro diet and the body fat is melting right off. First, the trainers are required to be educated, carry advanced certifications only obtainable by holding a bachelor's or masters degrees. Second, they only prescribe exercise that is backed by scientific research on how to safely and effectively grow lean muscle tissue. Lastly, they cater to busy professionals who value training only twice per week for 30 minutes at a time.

I promise you, you need this in your life. Every doctor, every PT, every exercise scholar, and every fitness enthusiast who tries this fitness concept will agree that this is your solution for health improvement.

By the way, if you have any injury or illness that may prevent you from trying it, they can work around anything you have going on... why? Because they are actually educated and prepared for you.

I tried a 1 on 1 session at Discover Strength and would definitely recommend it to anyone with a busy schedule. They take care of everything for you (except the actual lifting) by choosing the exercises, adjusting the machine settings, changing weight, etc. For me it can be intimidating trying a new gym, but Jeff took the time to understand my health goals and explain how their process works. It's totally worth the cost when you consider the time and attention that's given directly to you.

Must try! My experience was so great. I’ve worked out most of my life and this was by far the best workout I’ve ever done. My trainer, Ali, was great! She asked me questions about my goals and what I wanted out of a workout. I’ve tried lots of different workouts and trainers before. Discover Strength is by far the best one! You’re in and out in 30 minutes and you get a full body workout designed for you personally. I thought I needed to train 4-6 days a week to maintain my muscle, you don’t! Just twice a week! If you haven’t already tried a workout here, do it now!
