Sitting on a piece of cardio equipment at a steady pace for long periods of time isn't for everyone. If you're one of those people who can't stand that, good news - I'm here to make cardio fun again. With a mix of boxing, strength training, and full-body workouts, you could potentially BURN more calories than you would on that piece of cardio equipment in the same amount of time. Whether it's through the Boxing Bootcamps or private sessions, you'll feel more alive and emotionally refreshed than what any treadmill or elliptical could offer!

Jon-Jon & Jorge are the best at what they do and make workouts fun! The mittwork is technically challenging and they take the time to ensure we are learning how to do it correctly in order to get the most out of our time there. The whole dripsweat crew is like family and welcomes new attendees graciously. It truly is a no judgement zone. I've seen major results in my time there!

Mitt boxing was hands down (I mean up!) one of my favorite boxing classes ever!! It was intense, energetic, and so much fun.

The first timer package at $30 is a BARGAIN. You get a private 45 min. tutorial and 1 boot camp class. I just bought a bundle to keep going back for more.
Here’s why:

As a woman, it feels empowering to learn how to throw punches and feel my body get stronger and more confident.

It was amazing to get that one-on-one feedback and accountability for every hit!

Jon Jon & Jorge are great instructors who pace the workouts perfectly for every skill level. I’ve been to a handful of small fitness boxing classes over the years, but it had been over a year since my last class.

If you are a little intimidated by the videos on Instagram, like I was, don’t be!! The private 45 min. tutorial set me off on the right foot. I was able to keep up with the routines they set for me and saw myself improving every round. I still have so much to learn that I saw other people doing and I’m excited for it!

Class sizes are kept small at the perfect size.

I have nothing but good things to say about Drip Sweat Boxing! Jon Jon & Jorge bring amazing energy to every class & are so knowledgeable about what they do. The workouts are absolutely killer but so fun at the same time because each class is a new challenge mentally & physically. I started with zero experience and they really helped me feel confident going in. Everyone is there to support each other so the vibe is awesome. Jon Jon is an amazing coach all around. He’s methodical with his training, caring about his clients and hard working. He never makes anyone in class feel intimidated and is always encouraging and kind. As a boxer myself I’m usually pretty strict with who I train with, but Jon Jon is exceptional. Drip Sweat is the perfect name for this place! Every time I leave class my shirt is drenched in sweat!
Great place for people new to boxing, even better place to improve speed and conditioning for experienced boxers.
BONUS: Everyone, from the trainers to the Drip Sweat community encourage one another to push harder and stay motivated throughout the entire class, I LOVE IT!

First time boxing and I can’t get enough of it. I’ve tried other boxing gyms since then and no where else compares to Drip Sweat. Been coming to drip 💧 sweat for a while now - I was one of the first members and absolutely fell in love with the coaches and training - 2 years later I still see Jon Jon to Keep me on my toes and get my cardio workout in weekly besides the boring stair master - great place and great people. Jon Jon is a true master of his craft. The understanding and confidence that he has is instilled in you by the time you walk out of your first appointment/class. The system that they have built here is genius and you will level up quickly with their guidance and direction. Not only are the instructors top notch but the energy of the group classes are high. Wow. That’s all I have to say! I have tried a variety of boxing classes, but DRIP SWEAT is next level! These classes are so fun but yet, so challenging. The trainers are amazing. All well-skilled and all are great teachers. They challenge you and help you feel so accomplished by the end of class, no matter what your skill level is. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
