We love DTA. My son started cheerleading as a Junior in High School this year. He loves to do partner stunting. It was easy to become a part of the DTA family and to purchase the open gym classes where he can practice that partner stunting. I really enjoy this location. The viewing area has newly installed desks so I can work on my computer while I watch or my toddler can color. The gym is also so large and my daughter really loves her teachers. I also have a little toddler who I took out of classes because I felt like she was misbehaving too much, and the teachers all still love her and say hi to her and make her feel special even though she isn’t currently taking classes.

DTA Tumbling is the complete package. Excellent facility along with some of the most caring instructors you could imagine showing individual care to make sure each kid is taken care of.

My 3.5 year old is having issues trusting other adults outside our family. They were so sweet about his behavior and after we realized we need to revisit Tumbling down the road... they ended up taking care of us. Something they didn't have to do, but the nature of this company is clearly kindness, honesty and good faith.

I cant wait to get my Son back when he's more comfortable and mature regarding these activities.

My kids love DTA tumbling, and the instructors are always very nice and supportive. My only complaint is that the lobby temperature is always 80° or above, so it's really hard to sit and watch the kids tumble when my other kids are red in the face and sweating, and the adults are all grumpy and sweaty, too. We love it here! The prices are GREAT, the staff is amazing, and the owner is always trying to get feedback and improve/offer more in every way she can. DTA offers a huge variety of classes including tumbling and cheer-based classes.

My daughters do all-star cheer and over the years I’ve brought them here to do different tumbling and stunting classes to help improve their skills. They really focus on perfecting technique before moving up and as a mom of very competitive athletes, I can’t stress enough how important this is!!

Tuesday and Wednesday nights they also offer open-gym which has also been so fun for my girls to be able to go to for tumbling and stunting.

**Signing up for the first time can be pretty confusing, but I promise it’s worth it! My recommendation would be to either call and LEAVE A VOICEMAIL or to email them. They will ALWAYS respond and are extremely helpful!

We typically go to the DTA in Lehi (which we LOVE), but we came to the Lindon location for a makeup class and it was just as good as Lehi- only bigger! My son has been taking Parkour classes and he LOVES it! Such a cool experience for kids, especially boys, looking to harness all that energy into something “cool”. My daughter has been taking tumbling classes with DTA too and we have been so impressed with the program. All of the DTA staff are very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They respond promptly to emails, and work hard to help identify a time that fits your schedule. I appreciate how they are so organized with their classes, assessments, and registration. They offer make up classes, which is great for the price you pay. My daughter loves the 1:1 coaching she gets even when in a small group. It’s also very clear what the kids are expected to master before moving on to the next level. We love DTA in Lindon! The facility is fantastic and huge and the coaches are amazing! The coaches my daughter has take such care of her and want her to be successful and I can see that as her mom. She loves tumbling and can’t wait to go every week! She has improved her skills a lot since being at DTA. I’m very grateful we were recommended to DTA by our friend Kristen who also works at DTA :) Talking with DTA via email is great too! The customer service is wonderful! We are new to DTA and we are so impressed with this program, our little dancer has only been to an handful of classes and she was welcomed with open arms she can't wait to go each week. They were very supportive in her participating in the showcase even being so new to the program and she was so proud of herself when it was finished, and now my son cant wait to enroll for summer. As a parent i was worried about moving into an activity in general that can have more injury and I am in awe of the skill and awareness these coaches have to spot and protect these kids as much as possible in the correct way. I know we are just in a beginning stage but I feel so comfortable knowing that as my kids progresses they will be coached in the best way possible.

I cannot say enough good things about DTA and all the coaches! We have been going to DTA for just over a year now and absolutely love it! We have done classes from Ninja to Tumbling to Partner Stunting. We have had amazing experiences with all the classes and coaches. The coaches really care about the students and are so good at adapting to the students different learning styles. Communication is amazing between students and coaches as well as coaches or office staff and parents. The atmosphere in the gym is so postive and uplifting. We love DTA! 🩵🤍

Oh my heck! We LOVE DTA!!!! We moved over to the lindon location after hearing amazing things from friends and family and we have not been disappointed. I have seen amazing improvement in my 5 yr old daughter. She loves her coach Lauren, and it is literally her fav day of the week. They have a structured plan on what skills need to be passed off to move to the next level and I love that. Pass off the skills, move up! Easy as that. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been there what age you are- pass of the skills move up. We love it here. Go here. :)

We have taken tumbling at other places and have been there years without feeling like my kids progressed. We have been with DTA for just a couple months and can't believe the amount my daughter has improved. The DTA coaches are the best! They are so encouraging and always cheering on their students. We have tried a few different tumbling gyms in the area, and DTA has been our favorite hands down! What has really made our experience great is the excellent coaching staff. They are very talented and fun and invested in teaching the correct techniques. My daughter takes tumbling and my son has been loving the ninja (parkour) class. Plus the new facility in Lindon is very nice and clean with plenty of room for all of the classes. We love DTA!

We have really loved our experience at the Lindon location, of DTA. Coming from another tumbling gym, we really have liked how they pay attention to the small details and really mastering a skill. I like how technical it is, and they have really helped clean up my daughters back hand springs. I highly recommend this gym.

Highly recommend for tumbling in north Utah county! We have boys and girls of all ages, and have tried many different studios. This one has the best facilities, great teachers, and our kids not only are progressing better than anywhere else, but have a ton of fun. We have lots of options as parents of tumblers, but this one is worth it!

DTA is fantastic. My girls have gone for years now and they always progress the most here over other places I have tried. Their structure of the classes always have them working on a drill or skill. They never are standing in a line which I love. Very professional and the coaches are very skilled!

Such great experience for kids (and parents) at DTA. All the coaches are so patient, encouraging, and you can tell they love doing what they do. Abby does an amazing job at being such an involved and hands-on owner. Great communication any time I had questions no matter how silly they may have been.

The newer Lindon location is nice and big for the athletes. My only critique is for the parents viewing area. Can be hard to see kids through the windows with the glare and gets a bit chilly, so bring a coat in the winter especially. 🥶

DTA is the perfect place to take your child at any skill level. Such a positive and fun atmosphere.

Our 3 year old daughter tumbled at DTA for about five months and loved every minute of it! It truly was the highlight of her weeks. We just recently moved and are missing our DTA family so much! Our daughter still talks about her coaches and what she learned in class. Taylor and Sloane are amazing, my daughter was obsessed with them and always left their class feeling so confident and happy! Words can’t explain the coaching atmosphere at this location. If you are looking for coaches that are patient, motivative and that will push your kids to be their best self- DTA is for you. Open gyms are also a big hit here and the spacious gym accommodates everyone attending very well. I would also add that the lobby space gives parents/friends a good view of all the spring floors (I love watching people tumble). Employees at the front desk are always so cheerful and actually WANT to help you! By far the most all-round organized gym I’ve attended.

Two of my children have been going to DTA here in Lindon since it opened. I have been so impressed with how much my children have improved. I love how the curriculum is very clear.
