Bright, new, fully kitted out and with excellent staff, the Durable Human Gym is conveniently located for anyone in Spanish Fork, Springville, Mapleton and Orem. It offers cardio training with kettle bells that is fun and not too taxing. The staff are well trained, supportive and very helpful and it offers reasonable subscription prices set up as monthly payments. Can't recommend this gym enough especially as the first class is free.

This place is awesome! The classes here are just what I need, because working out on my own just doesn't work for me. The trainers are great and motivate me to work out really hard while being really positive and encouraging. I show up and get a great workout without having to think about what to work on next, and the group camaraderie is really nice. I get three one-hour workouts each week that to me are just as good as one-on-one personal training, but at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend this place!

This is the best gym I have ever been to! I get excited to attend every class that I sign up for. Everyone should have an opportunity to try them out. Give it 90 days, you will not be disappointed!

This was the best workout I've had in a very long time! I'm a type 1 diabetic and he did a great job of pushing me while giving me time to make sure my blood sugar levels were ok. Also the gym is the most colorful gym I've seen in a great way the workout area is very clean and colorful my mood got better just getting in the door and I felt the best I ever have after my workout 10/10 suggest to anyone who needs personal training or who needs to get a good solid workout in

I love the classes here! I’m 7 months post partum and haven’t worked out much since being pregnant so I love that I can show up and not worry about what I’m going to do or if I might hurt myself. All the instructors are awesome and I really love the kettlebell class in particular. I already feel stronger and can’t wait to see more progress!

Joined a demo class, and even though I was a beginner with ✨0✨ muscles and no experience in the gym, Aaron was really nice and non judgmental and made me feel like I could do it! I came away with sore muscles (but in the good way that made you want to work out more), definitely give it a try.
