My kids have loved going to Elevate. My daughter is in the aerial silks class and her teacher, Eliza is absolutely amazing! My son is in the ninja class. It has really helped build his confidence. The front desk is always so easy to communicate with and quick to respond with questions or concerns.

TLDR: Fun class, mandatory shirts are horrendously over priced
Our boys have loved coming to class here. They have a good variety of obstacles and the instructors are friendly. The boys usually come home having a good workout. However, I strongly agree with others that call out points of improvement. The bleachers suck. Super uncomfortable for any amount of time. Then the most grievous offense is the $35 charge for the low quality mandatory t-shirt. That pissed me off so much I almost told my wife to cancel the entire thing. It is an absolute joke. Just feels like a spit in the face after having signed up for a membership.

Such an amazing place, my son is in the ninja class and it’s a great gym with lots of things to train with. Everyone has been super nice to communicate with.
The bleachers really aren’t that bad. Considering people sit on bleachers for over an hour at football games and don’t complain lol.

Our son loves the class here they do seem to keep them engaged during class. However I don't think its a great value. The price is high, 65 bucks a month. And then the mandatory $35 shirt is straight up highway robbery.
I also agree with the review about the bleachers. Having to sit on those while waiting gets old fast. For what you pay, I don't think you get much for it.

We have had a phenomenal onboarding experience at Elevate. They offer free trial classes. Communication is absolutely seamless. Their facility is large and clean, class sizes are small and the coaches are so happy! We cannot recommend our experience at Elevate enough.

I like the classes ok, but I feel like they should mentioned the price of "the first time package" (I was trying to buy a T-shirt 4.50), they asked me if it was the first time, I said yes, thinking they would give me something for being our first time, noooooo, it turns out that they sell you a package for almost 40 DLLs, totally unnecessary, especially when they don't mentioned the cost until you are asked to put your card in! This package should be included as a first time class since the monthly payment is not the cheapest. The teenagers did ok during their class, but I would love if they were a little more engaged, most of all the prices for the first time package are crazy!!
Update: I sent an email to the email provided under this comment and didn't get a response BUT I did get my transaction voided (They told me I couldn't take my kid off the class since it was passed the 15, and I was gonna get charge again for next month).

I wouldn't go here unless we had homeschool funds paying for it, if I'm being totally honest. Ninja class felt like overpriced babysitting that was the same thing every week. My kids both got bored in less than a month. The teenagers teaching seemed barely engaged. I don't care since we used homeschool funds, but I'd be really displeased if I had paid out of pocket.
They require you to buy an overpriced t-shirt and ninja head band, which is super unnecessary given how low effort their ninja class is on their part.
For being a place with a bunch of moms bringing their kids, it's surprising to me they have no decent seating where pregnant moms can sit comfortably. It was miserable sitting on the bleachers, even with bringing cushions. A small investment in reasonably comfortable seating, even a few sofas, would make sense given the demographic frequenting their facility.
I really wanted to like this place, and had heard good things, but it really fell flat for me. They could be doing such a cool program with the equipment they have there, and the ninja class really wastes that potential due to low effort. It seems they invest a lot more in their other classes and ninja class is just treated as an easy way to make money without putting much into it. My kids didn't learn any new skills, mostly the teenagers in charge just said to do something and didn't give guidance or even explanation on what it was. It was frustrating to my kids that the other kids in the class behaved disruptively every week, but nothing was done to manage that behavior. Their parents were there the whole time and should have been asked to take their kids home or address their poor behavior, if the teenager running the class understandably didn't know how to manage it.

My son takes ninja classes here and loves it! It has boosted his mental confidence, agility, and body awareness, which have helped with his performance in other sports like soccer and basketball. The instructors are supportive and fun. I highly recommend Elevate for any parent looking to help their child grow both physically and mentally!

My daughter is 2 years old and a total handful. The teacher was really patient with her and helped us navigate our way through her first class with ease. I really appreciate that because my little one is an only child and sometimes just wants to do her own thing. I really think this is going to be a great experience for her all together.

My kids have been at Elevate over a year. And I should have taken them out way sooner. They have a different coach almost every week. We will get a text morning of gymnastics that there is no coach and they have to cancel class. They are not learning anything. In over a year I think I have seen them try a cartwheel once. Every time I call it goes to voicemail. Very disappointed

My daughter attended here for a little more than a year and I would say it was all too long. The coaching is very unstructured, the communication is sub par at best. The office staff is constantly unpleasant. You can call during any business hour and you will always go to voicemail and within the minute get a text saying “sorry we missed you call how can we help “ response while someone is sitting at the front desk. The recitals are very plain and has a recreational center feel to it more than an actual elite center. There is no real benefit to coming here. They are on average 10$ more a month for shorter class times, less availability and poor communication. It is really worth the extra drive to city center, Lehi or anywhere.

While the classes seem to be enjoyable for kids, there are some noticeable issues with the studio’s overall management and environment. Classes often start late, and coaching can feel unstructured, with limited feedback or guidance for improvement. Additionally, there appears to be a preference for certain students, which can make others feel left out or overlooked.
The facility itself could be cleaner, as the floors often filthy. Communication could also be improved, as the app is unreliable, and calls frequently go unanswered. Altogether, there’s room for improvement to make this a more professional and welcoming experience for all families.

We have enrolled 3 of our children here in 3 different classes. The only teacher that is worth anything is the silk teacher, if she leaves this place doesn't have any good staff. Coaches are uninvolved and have a hard time getting and keeping many kids engaged. They are constantly short staffed and do not have coaches for classes, causing them to start 15 minutes late on average. If you bring up any concerns, management seems to be very defensive and emotional against taking any criticism.

BEWARE THE DROP POLICY! My daughter was ready to quit so we submitted a "drop request" halfway through October. Elevate is still charging us for November because apparently they need a full month's notice to drop class. Super super scummy business practices! Haven't had this much trouble trying to quit something since Planet Fitness! (If you know, you know.) We will be talking to our other child enrolled here and likely pulling him out as well.

I wasn't super impressed with the birthday party. We chose this for our sons 6th birthday party bc last year he did a gymnastics party at a competing studio in the area. They were booked this year, so we figured how different can it be at the same price. They ask how many kids will attend supposedly so they have enough staff to support but there was only one young girl (possibly a teenager) there checking everyone in but no one to help the kids. There was no structured activity. The kids just ran around. They had fun so I gave it 3 stars but the other studio actually gives lessons and sets up obstacle courses. Which actually brings my next frustration, the equipment wasn't set up at all. Things were on their sides or shoved against the wall. The "coach" didn't help at all with the kids who wanted to do things like climb the rope. One of my guests helped with the kids. There's no table cloth. No set up. I brought paper plates and Napkins (the other studio at least provides paper products and table cloths). I set everything up myself. I asked about a Pinata and got a bit of an attitude back. So I just said forget it. I gave 3 stars bc the kids had fun and bc she did let us take our time leaving but probably wouldn't book another party here again.

I did ninja for a month for my two kids. They charge ridiculous set up fees, you need to buy a ninja Tshirt which is $38! They prorate your first month so you don’t get the full 20% discount. Their teachers just tell the kids to do obstacle circles and don’t really interact and they have water breaks like 4x in a class. My kids liked it but you’d be better off just taking your kids to a park. Hated the office staff. Their chats are really hard to communicate with. It was an all around bad experience and stupid expensive for what you get. They changed the class times 1/2 way through the month and I couldn’t make it to classes so I tried to cancel but you have to let them know the month before you drop. Such a waste but they’ll give you tokens for makeup which I couldn’t use because I wasn’t going to take my kids out there at different times. Just know what you’re getting into.

I just did a trial ninja class with my 2 boys and sweet pea class for my daughter. I was very disappointed in the coaches. It felt like the rarely helped them and just pointed at stuff telling them WHAT to do instead of HOW to do it. My son broke down crying because he didn't know how to do a somersault or cartwheel or pull himself up on a bar yet they expected him to just get it. I wanted to put him in the class for him to learn skills instead of being pointed at where to go and feel frustrated or injure himself.
The same goes for the 3P Sweet Pea class. The coach would give verbal instructions to my daughter who didn't understand anything she was told to do. The coach sent her to her "Station" where she just sat there clueless.
The office staff was very understanding, but there is no way I am going to pay what they are asking for that type of coaching.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for four months and they keep charging me but I am unable to remove my card from my online account without adding a new one. I’ve messaged them three times with my online account letting them know that we moved in are no longer going to the facility we haven’t been there once in the past four months and they keep charging my card.
*They have answered my response on here with a lie, I have no emails from them in my portal. That’s a lie I have emails about payments being taken, days they were closed and a parade they did. So they saw my request and ignored it and went on as normal. There is no where in the portal about cancelling. I looked everywhere in there and it isn’t in there. Even if I had to let them know before the 15th in order to cancel that means I should have been charged once then stopped not 4 times.

This is the best gymnastics program we have been in. We tried two other places in Utah County and neither were anywhere as welcoming and high quality as Elevated. Pricing is the same level as others in the area but this is the first place we've gone that doesn't make it feel like a business. We have tried a few different classes over the past year and a half and all were top notch. Both my kids are now in the ninja program and adore Coach Ryan Rose. He is an excellent coach who makes them feel good about themselves while still pushing them to improve. If we need to do a makeup class (it is really easy to excuse absences and schedule makeups all online) then they insist Ryan has to be teaching it. The front office is easy to work with and other coaches have all been great. The facilities are clean. There is a variety of equipment and the kids are working on new skills all the time. Class sizes are small and each kid gets a lot of attention. Elevated cares about the kids and it shows. I recommend this gym to everyone, even when they live closer to other gyms we tried!

Update: I think I was not the only one with this feedback so the owner did have a more experienced employee come in to coach the coaches (lol) to try to improve the class. I think he helped things quite a bit. He had more enthusiasm for the job, implemented more discipline and was better at working with children. But I still felt that my son wasn't really learning any skills. He was in the class for 2 months and there's nothing he really learned how to do. They didn't bring my son's skill level up to that of the other kids' there.
I don't know, maybe I am missing the point of this class, or maybe it's just not the right class for us. They do have a lot of fun equipment and it will get your kids' energy out.
Although the gym looks fancy, the Ninja Zone class is basically an expensive way for little boys to run around. My 6 year old is in the beginner ninja zone class and I'm not AT ALL impressed.
All the "coaches" my son has had are 16 year old girls who are bored and obviously don't want to be there. They aren't teaching the kids discipline or form, they basically just point them to different areas of the gym and say, "run on that" "jump on that" "do a somersault" etc. My son has no experience with gymnastics or anything which is why I put him in the lowest level class. But I was expecting him to be taught some skills and form, not go run around wildly with little purpose. He is constantly getting discouraged because he can't do the somersaults etc. that he is being asked to do, but no matter how much I hint to the teacher that he needs instruction, she just doesn't show him.
I was hoping this would teach my son some confidence and get him some athletic skills. NOT HERE. Don't recommend.

I’m giving this 2 star because I’m split between the friendliness of the staff and the quality of their work. Everyone here is great with children and are able to adapt their teaching styles to the age group nicely. But the teaching portion isn’t there. My child isn’t taught how to properly perform various gymnastic moves. She isn’t taught when she’s not pointing her toes, how to properly do a back bend, etc. They set up stations and each child spends a couple minutes at that station. The coaches try to help, but it’s extremely limited and doesn’t seem to be bettering the students. Unfortunately my child hasn’t taken gymnastics anywhere else yet, but if I can teach better with no experience, than I’m not sure what they are doing. I like their friendliness, but I’m not paying $75 each month for my child to not not really progress in her gymnastic skills.

They are really running a tight and professional program at elevate. My kids have really boosted their confidence and coordination. My son is deathly afraid of heights and in just a few lessons he has done things that I never thought I’d see him do. One thing I do find annoying is all the little fees they throw on top last minute. I had a full expectation to pay the monthly fee, but then I had to suddenly pay a $30 annual fee and a separate fee for my sons ninja costume. If those fees had all been included in the monthly cost (net same cost) it would’ve been fine but it often feels like a company is gouging you when they throw on fees unexpectedly.

My girls got a workout and are making the skills that they have stronger and new ones that they are learning. The staff was very nice and made sure we had everything. When the class was done they asked how it went.

We tried out the gymnastics class and my little guy did the ninja class. We came back the next day and did our tumbling class. They kids loved all the classes so much they begged me to let them do two classes. We ended up in tumbling and ninja class and we are so impressed by the facility and the awesome coaches. So happy eagle mountain has this awesome gym now!
