The workouts are great, the coaches are awesome and the gym offers a great nutritional program. I've increased my work capacity more at this gym in the past 8 months than I ever did working out on my own at a regular gym. The results will come so long as you show up. If you're feeling a little intimidated, which is totally normal, you should know that the coaches are all about helping you succeed, and are not judging you on what you can't do.

Jake will work with you on technique in a very specific and effective way. He's great at identifying exactly what needs to be changed to get your positioning right. I'm still not perfect, but I've definitely improved on a few things with his help. He also encourages you to do what you can at your level even if takes longer to finish the workout. I've gotten a lot stronger working with him.

Theresa is a tiny blond ninja and she coaches Trim n Tone on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She is so fun that your workout will be tough yet enjoyable at the same time. Sometimes I really don't want to workout, but I'll come anyway because I know as soon as I get there, Theresa will make me glad I showed up.

Alan does the programming for the workouts, which are brutally fun. He will push you to get through your workout in a more austere style that is extremely effective. You'll think your work capacity is at one level, but he pushes you beyond that with his somewhat militant style. If he sees you begin to doubt yourself during your workout, he'll
remind you that you can get through it. When he tells you that you can do something, it's like you're having an epiphany and realizing that you really can do something for the first time.

I've only worked out with Liz once or twice, but it was a great experience. She stayed late trying to help me with my handstands, and was very patient. She is always friendly and easy to talk to. I've seen the work she does with the Bootcamp troops, and it's great seeing the changes her troops go through. She really cares about their success and always praises their wins.

Tyson is a mystery, and I think he might be a robot. I kid, of course. He can be quite serious, but he's also pretty funny and quick with a smile. He has tons of insight and information to give anyone who asks, and I absolutely love him for it! From time to time he writes great articles that go along with the ProCoach nutrition program. The content is loaded with information and motivation to self-reflect on what makes you tick.

The ProCosch nutritional focus in your fitness journey is probably the hardest to master, because you're working with a lot of psychological and emotional junk, and rebuilding your habits. You learn to shut off the negative voice in your head, and to look at yourself and your habits objectively. You then learn to work with your personal strengths and weaknesses in order to reach your optimal level of internal transformation. The results eventually reflect externally. The work you do is intended to set you up for life-long change.

Overall, you get a lot from these very different coaches and the program. They all bring their own unique personal touch to the gym, which creates a very unique fitness experience. You will gain inner strength, do a handstand, push yourself beyond your limits, have fun, and get stronger with these guys. You definitely won't regret signing up here. There are different membership options to suit many different needs, so if you're thinking about checking it out, then seriously, DO IT! :)

Awesome coaches and environment. I've done crossfit before, and this is the same crossfit that I love, BUT these guys go above and beyond--they have a personalized habit-building program where the coaches meet with you once a month to set some customized fitness, nutrition (or life!) goals, and follow-up happens as much as you want. They're willing to take the extra time to make sure you're reaching your goals.

Elevated CrossFit has made my road to health and fitness an awesome journey. I am a determined individual; yet the extra push from the designed workouts, caring and knowledgeable coaches, and wonderful CrossFitter community at ECF has made my experience that much richer.

With a background in physical education & coaching, I quickly understood that ECF knew what they were doing when I first walked into their box. The coaches know about exercise science, biomechanics, nutrition, sports medicine, and sport psychology. In addition, they all at least have taken the Level One CrossFit Certification Course.

Regardless of an athlete's ability level, the coaches at ECF take an interest in each person. They dedicate time to make sure each athlete is performing the skill or technique correctly, which ensures optimal lifting and safety.

I'm glad to be a part of the ECF community! ECF will always get 5 stars from me.
