One of the best things about working with David is that he doesn’t just guide you through workouts—he teaches you how to truly understand training. He empowers you to think critically about your own programming, progression, and recovery. Because of that, even after stepping away from coaching for a while, I’m able to train on my own with confidence, knowing exactly what I’m doing.
I worked with David for about 3 years, and during that time we went through so much together—my first powerlifting journey, my first ever bulk, my first experience with rehab and prehab, and even my pregnancy. Towards the end of my pregnancy, I had to pause training with David, but I’m currently building back my strength and working on losing the weight I gained after delivery.
I feel really lucky that I had the chance to learn from David. He’s not just a great coach—he’s someone who truly empowers his clients for long-term success. I’m really looking forward to working with him again soon.

I highly reccomend David as a personal trainer! I had no idea how to workout or what to even eat but he helped me to figure out both! I weighed 178 starting out with David I worked with him for 6 months, our time ended what felt like way fast. I kept working on using everything he taught me and now I’m at 123 pounds. I saw a ton of progress, it definitely took time for me to lose weight and see the results I wanted but I stuck to David’s workout plan and just stayed patient and got where I wanted to be!! Now I continue working out using everything David taught me. It really helped change my life in the best way possible and I owe it all to David!!!!

Really great experience. I was able to make so much progress in the gym and my physique. David is a great coach and will help you reach your fitness goals. I thought I was at my limit in the gym but with his help he gave me a good workout plan and that has helped me grow. Also with helping me with my form and technique in workouts. Also with my nutrition and guiding me on how I should be eating, like my calorie and protein intake. Applying that to my day to day training has really helped me make more progress than I had in a long time. The great thing about this is that it was all through online. People don’t think that online coaching is as effective, but if you have someone who know what they are doing and is giving you guidance, it will truly be as effective as in person. It is definitely worth it and anyone who is thinking about online coaching, David is definitely the best coach if you are considering online coaching.

I started training with David 6 months after having my second child. After having a baby I was struggling to lose weight, probably all the sweet cravings I was giving into🙃 David was my third trainer I went through in a time span of 3 months and I was about ready to give up. The first day, he put me straight to a program and talked to me about my diet. He’s a huge advocate in eat what you want, but in healthy proportions. I insisted on losing weight but David was advocating building muscle. Ultimately he let me do what I wanted and helped me get to my weight loss goal. Once that was achieved I hated it and decided to build muscle. My training journey has been full of ups and downs but David always has a solution or finds one. He is constantly seeking to improve himself everyday in order to be a better coach. He cares about his clients and coaches us physically and promotes building your mindset. 20/10 will forever recommend.

I’ve been training with David for almost a year and a half and I’ve seen amazing progress. I started training with him at a little over 250 and we just hit 232. Aside from weight loss progress I’ve seen a significant amount of muscle mass increase and I overall just feel a lot better. He has been the only trainer that’s helped me navigate better ways to lift due to me being pretty tall and not being able to do certain exercises the “normal way”. David also actively listens to me and gives me great motivating advice during every session. I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a long term trainer!

David has a serious on-the-ball approach to coaching. From the beginning when I was just looking to improve my workouts generally to my shift into powerlifting, he's really helped me with ensuring my technique and recovery approach are well developed.
Before David, I had a shaky 200 bench and 290 squat. Now, I took first in one competition and look forward to the next!

David is an awesome trainer. He is 100% committed to his clients success. He knows what he is doing. If you are thinking of working with a trainer ( which I highly recommend), David is the guy you want. I have trained with him for two years. My goals when I started were pretty generic. Just want to stay in shape and be toned. Working with David I have seen significant changes. I have developed considerable strength, as well as muscle definition and overall improved health. Over the two years I have trained with David my goals have continued to change and grow. I learned I could do more. I am lifting more weight and accomplishing things I would have never thought I could do. I am 75 years old and have developed good technique that has allowed me to reach several personal goals like deadlifts, 90 degree weighted squats, and even unassisted pull-ups. I am considerably stronger, have good balance and flexibility. I have 100% faith in David’s commitment and knowledge. I plan to continue my training with David. Training has now become a priority. It’s not something I do when I have time. I make the time. Thank you to David.

DAVID IS THE BEST!!! When I started with his coaching I was at 173lbs and I’m now sitting at 146lbs. He truly knows what he’s doing and has so much knowledge when it comes to exercise & nutrition. David is a phenomenal trainer! I trained with him for 6 months when I was pregnant and came back a year later to train another 6 months with him. David made sure to keep me safe and helped me learn how to think like a lifter. He helped me know how to eat according to my goals and how to have energy during my lifts. Coach David was my trainer for about 6-12 months (I moved and changed gyms after that). In that time David was able to correct some huge points in my technique.
I have suffered some serious injuries from the military, its caused some chronic pain in my knees and back and shoulders. David showed me a whole bunch of stuff so that I no longer make it worse when I lift. I have continued to use everything he showed me.
I highly recommend Coach David. He knows his science and absolutely has the ability to help recovering injuries, beginning lifters AND advanced lifters.

I worked with David towards my fitness goals for a little over a year. During that time not only did I achieve what I wanted but I was taught more than I asked for in the best way. David taught me about nutrition, he worked closely with my schedule and my limits and we were able to find a happy in between that produced results.
