I cancelled my membership long ago in FRONT OF EOS STAFF, everything been confirmed that membership will definitely be cancelled for sure. And yet here I am keep getting call from money collector. The worst part !? I don't even live in , Utah anymore!!! How can I get charged for the place and service that I m not even there to use.

I was thinking between Vasa and this one. Went in to try it out. They have 7-day free trial. Turns out not really. The guy who gives you a tour and explains everything is definitely just a salesperson. And not a very good listener. Started asking about my goals and what not. I told him I don’t need a thorough tour because a gym as a gym and I don’t need him to ask me about my goals, etc. But it was just like talking to a wall. Rephrasing the questions, he kept asking the same things. Then it turned out the 7-day trial is not a 7-day trial. I was told that I have today and tomorrow. And then I need to decide if I wanna sign up or not (he was really pushing to signing up today). When I told him it was false advertisement, he started talking about some deal ending tomorrow and that’s why the 7-day trial is only till tomorrow. To me, sounded like bull crap. The gym itself is nice enough. The swimming pool area actually looks a tiny bit more refreshed than the one in Vasa. But I have enough surprises in my life, and I don’t need more surprises here. And this 7-day trial thing, which is not a 7-day trial is a dealbreaker because I don’t like being lied to. I’ll stick with Vasa.

EōS provides a great community for fitness. The gym is well maintained and has enough space even during peak hours. Anticipate a short wait if you need a machine, but parking is good and there's a nearby bus stop. The staff are awesome. My trainer, stretch tech, and everyone else I've met are kind.

I had canceled my membership back in May of 2024. I have had reoccurring charges sense then I have had multiple calls and refunds. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else I've had to hire a lawyer to handle this matter as EOS thinks it's okay to keep charging a closed account. EOS is probably the best gym in Orem, I’ve been to vasa and others but the vibe at EOS is pretty unmatched. The desk actually cares to great you when you come in and out. They’re all pretty nice, and try to help as much as they can. The sauna is great, the tank and pressure boots save me after every leg day. Massage chairs are a must after every workout haha. Definitely would recommend!!!

what a cool place! i go with my brother because he has the buddy pass. great amenities and amazing staff. eve was very helpful and super cool and stuff. can't wait to come back with my bro and get my gym on! the toilet bowl is squeaky clean as well! the equipment is 10/10 and the atmosphere is even better.

Aaron Wood is the best manager of all time. I love every single worker here. I've tried every single gym in a 15 mile radius and this is the best by far. My favorite gym! They have a wide variety of equipment with plenty of dumbbells and several machines for the most common exercises. My favorite part is definitely the staff though! I’ve had the chance to get to know a lot of them, including management, and they are the reason I go back. Gyms can be scary because you feel like everyone is judging you but, I honestly haven’t felt that here! Which I can’t say about other gyms in Utah that I have been to.

I would give more stars but they have a promotion where you get 3 referral you get a year for free. I got 3 in the matter of 2 weeks and spoke with multiple people mainly Taylor the manager about the free year they said they are waiting on their higher ups but after 5 months of nothing i cancelled my membership. Don’t promise something and not give it. Very disappointed sad to go love the atmosphere but if they can’t keep their word I just can’t stay.

I will literally never go back to EOS. I used to have a membership about a year ago, and I loved going to this gym, and I thought it was great. I canceled my membership originally because I had stopped going and lost motivation. Recently me a friend and I were talking about going back to the gym, and she wanted me to sign up for her gym, but I wanted to show her EOS first. We saw online that we could do a 7-day trial, so I thought that would be perfect. We were on a time crunch, so we just wanted to stop by. Upon going to EOS, we were told that we needed to take a tour. We sat and waited for 20 minutes until someone finally came. The person giving us a tour wasn't just one of the workers; he was a salesman for the gym (I think his last name was Perez). The whole point was to get me and my friend sat in chairs at his desk as he tried to convince us to sign up for a membership when we had already told him we wanted to leave and take time to think about it (also so that I could go and see my friends gym) He proceeded to bring another salesman over, named Tucker, and he basically argued with us and manipulated us and kept backing us into a corner so that we'd sign up. I straight up told him "no, we don't want to sign up today", and he told me that if we didn't, we'd have to pay $150 to sign up next time we went, but if we signed up today, it'd be $1. We probably told him no in 3 different ways, and he kept being pushy. We repeated that we were on a time crunch and that we needed to leave, and he kept talking his way around it. Eventually, we signed up just so we could get out of there. We are both canceling the memberships we signed up for. I was, and I am still angry. I felt manipulated and that they were intentionally making us feel pressured and uncomfortable just so we would sign up. Neither of us will ever go back. I used to recommend EOS to people, and I will no longer be doing that.

Great employees great big gym the only problem is you get a free 7day trial after you sign up they will call you and schedule an appointment to meet at the gym and they will give you a tour of the gym and then sit down with you for hours talking non stop about there memberships and personal trainers and talk you in to a membership when I only wants a free 7 day trial and they where like oh we can drop the price down to a dollar and still no I work as a cashier at dollar tree working 5 days a week and would have barely no time anyways but I just wanted to try it for free for 7 days and not get a dam membership as they were pressuring me into a membership as of right now I’ll continue to workout at the Lehi legacy center for $3.50 a day and it’s only 5 minutes away from my house not as much to do but less people and I love it
