This eos location is so nice, the equipment has tons of variety and the layout is easy to navigate. There are many good things to say about this gym but one of the greatest assets here is one of their employees named Josh ! I always see him here in the morning and he’s always the first to greet me and ask what’s on the agenda and offer tips. He is the type of guy to help you move, help you study for a math test, and of course give you a spot on bench when you need it. Josh is the GOAT !!!

I’ve had a really good experience at this EOS overall. Jackie at the front desk is always super helpful, and honestly the whole staff has been amazing every time I come in. The gym is really clean, the machines are in great shape, and I’ve never had to wait for equipment, which is a huge plus.

The only big downside — and the reason I can’t give it 5 stars — is the saunas. They’re honestly pretty bad. They never get hot, and I hear a lot of other members complaining about it too. It feels like something that should’ve been fixed a long time ago.

If the saunas actually worked the way they’re supposed to, this would easily be a 5-star gym. But because they’ve been an ongoing issue, I think a 3-star rating feels the most fair.

I love this gym, but since the first day I got my membership, I noticed that the women’s restrooms were dirty:( ALL OF THEM. I hoped it would improve over the next few days, but it hasn’t. I really like the equipment and the staff, but up to this day, I haven’t come in once and found a clean restroom, which feels unhygienic to me.🥲

I was so excited to join this gym. It is very close to home and it has so many machine that I was pumped about. I was already aware of there hidden fees because my son signed up not that long ago, but I still decided to sign up to do the 7 day free trial to make sure I'd really like it. When I got there at 7:30pm there was 1 person working the front and they told me I'd have to wait about 20 minutes to talk with somebody about enrollment. What is the point of signing up for the free trial when they really don't let you do it anyways. Pretty sure I won't sign up because of the inconvenience even though it would have been super convenient.

I wish I had looked into this place before I went on a tour. They will heavily heavily push you to join their personal training program but won’t really tell you the important details. I declined at least three times the personal training programs and once he finally stopped pressuring me the sales person was visibly irritated and I no longer felt like I was welcome as a potential new member. I told them I just wanted to be able to use the facility and didn’t need all the add ons. After I signed up for one of the packages I didn’t get any information or that I would be getting a barcode via email later on which I didn’t get I had to request…I had to research myself how to use the app and other things. Upon researching I found out this gym likes to scam people with their person training. If you sign up it IS A CONTRACT and you have to pay for the 4 months you signed and you cannot cancel. I also read it is VERY hard to cancel once your four months is up and they’ll pressure you into more and more and more! Mind you the personal training sessions are only 30 minutes for 34$!!! And you have to do a minimum of one a week, that’s $136 a month just to get access to an app with “new moves” and your trainer for a mere 30 minutes a week. On top of your membership fees. You cannot cancel your membership if you have a personal training contract either. Buyer beware. I canceled my membership the next day because I don’t feel like doing business with a shady company. If you do choose to go with this gym make sure you have a credit card on file instead of your bank account which they will pressure you for your bank account info. It makes it harder to dispute charges if you use a bank account. I read online that his company will continue to charge even after you have cancelled your membership. If you use a credit card you can dispute and chargeback easier. I tried to update my payment info on the membership portal and when I went to change it to a credit card it kept erroring out. Do not trust these people with direct access to your bank!!! Go somewhere more transparent and friendly. Attached is how you cancel your membership in case you have a hard time figuring that out.

Please don’t sign up for this gym. Their sales associates don’t seem to know what they’re doing and gave me completely incorrect information. When I signed up for the EOS in Springville, they told me there was a promotion for a cheaper monthly fee. I explained that I already had an EOS membership in Orem and had paid the yearly fee there, and the associate assured me I would not be charged another yearly fee.

Well, I was charged anyway.

I had to call three different times and repeatedly ask to speak with a manager because every time I talked to someone, they just told me I couldn’t get a refund and that nothing could be done. When I finally got the manager, he refunded me the cheaper yearly fee not the one I just got charged which of course was more expensive, and said I had to pay the more expensive one because “that’s their policy” and they must refund the oldest fee first. I was never told that when I signed up. I was told something completely different.

Overall, very frustrating and misleading experience.

Avoid this gym! I signed up only because I was given a certificate that stated 100% money back guarantee for the first 30 days. I naively believed that I truly had 30 days to try out this new gym. On day 27, I determined I wasn’t interested in keeping the membership so I asked in person for my membership to be cancelled. I was sent an email with instructions to cancel. Only the email showed that I would be charged next month’s membership fee AND the yearly fee. A phonecall the next day was made to try to cancel my account again. Still no change to my account despite the manager saying he was cancelling my account on his end. The following day I went back to the gym and talked with the same manager guy Aiden who had signed me up. He shared that I had been told misinformation the past two days. Supposedly only a few people have authority to cancel memberships and he is one of them. Yet a week later my account still shows it is active. I will file a complaint with the government if this is not cleared up by Monday (two weeks after my first attempt to cancel my account during the trial month).

TLDR: beware! The gym is easy to sign up for but near impossible to cancel

EOS is a SCAM, Parent Company is ABC Fitness Solutions, I cancelled the contract within the Cancellation Period and 2 months later am getting charged full fee's. Called ABC Fitness Solutions the parent company and they have my cancellation email on file but literally do no care, said I haven't cancelled??? HA! Good luck with that good thing I have it in writing! The customer support is through the parent company and deflect and deny, and tell you to talk to the fitness gym directly.

Called EOS Springville Directly after they finally answered, they're a joke and have offered ZERO HELP and denied and simply said they would "look into it"

DO NOT SIGN UP, THEY TAKE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND WILL CONTINUE CHARGING IT VIA ANY SHELL COMPANY THEY HAVE TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT.

They make you have a credit card on file, and a bank account directly on file so they can pull funds from your account regardless if you approve or not and especially if you even cancelled, 0 cares in the world do NOT trust this company to work ethically.

I used to be a big EoS fan but I feel like I have watched the company degrade more each year.
The gym itself is great and clean but any interaction I have with the corporation is miserable. So terrible that I am at the point of switching to a whole new gym just to avoid any interaction with company.
I can’t bring anyone in on my guess pass without them being hounded by 3 different employees to sign 2 different wavers in 2 different locations, give them a TON of personal information included their address and trying to be sold an EoS membership.
Not to mention when I signed up at the new gym they tried to get me to sign the waiver for my friend (without explaining that) so they could open his account for him. I’m sure that can’t be legal.
It feels now like they would do anything to bolster their numbers and are willing to take advantage of their members anyway possible for another dollar or reported sale.

Hey so they do have a nice facility. Of course there is going to be some issues starting up. But im going to warn you they have hidden fees. The 9.99 is a lie as they have a yearly charge not including the personal training they try and push. It doesn’t help that this gym has multiple fake reviews that Im sure are botted. Feel free to sign up but the charges hidden in the documentation is incredibly unsavory and predatory. Feel free to check their complaints on the better business bureau if you need help in resolving issues with them.

They canceled my personal training TEN MINUTES before the session — by text 💀 not even a call. Just “hey nvm.” Okay cool. So I text back like “alright just cancel my whole training thing then.” And they go, “You can’t cancel by text. You have to come in person to do that.” I’m sorry WHAT?? You literally just canceled mine by text 😭

Monday: I pull up in person. Wait 15 minutes. “No one’s available.”
Tuesday: Same thing. No one available.
Wednesday: There’s a manager that day, but apparently they can’t cancel it either and tell me to come back the day on my personal training session. They also warn me that if I don’t show up, they’ll charge me anyway. Love that.
Thursday: I lie and say my session’s that day (it was actually Friday) — and
suddenly it’s done in 2 minutes. Wild. In total, I wasted over an hour trying to do something that should’ve taken five minutes.

So yeah, they can cancel by text, but you can’t. Interesting policy. You’ll get cardio just from running back and forth trying to find someone who can actually do their job. Peak efficiency.

F Tier Gym:
D1-level disorganization. Hall-of-Fame communication failure. Customer service straight outta The Office. They offered me complimentary sessions for the inconvenience but I declined. I wouldn’t take the personal training even if it came with free protein shakes, a gym bag, and therapy for the stress they caused 💅

Great place to get your gains and leave feeling accomplished! The atmosphere is friendly and low-pressure — people mind their own business, which makes it perfect for beginners. The staff can be a little pushy with sales, but it’s understandable since they’re doing their job. Overall, highly recommend this gym! It’s clean, not overcrowded, and a great environment to focus on your workout.

The gym is great. It just opened and they're getting some things finished up still. The only annoying things I've experienced are that the cold plunge isn't functioning which is why I signed up for the higher tier and the really pressed me for referrals saying it was "required" when I sign up. I refer people all the time but I don't want to be forced to refer. If your product or service is good, I'll refer.

It took about 45 minutes to sign up when I was ready to sign up and pay when walking in. It could've taken 10 minutes. They wasted my time that day

I had a free personal trainer lesson with my membership. I took it and worked with a trainer named Caitlin. She was amazing. I gave her a brief idea of what I was looking for with exercises and she taught me a half dozen exercises focusing on my chest and shoulders. She was super informative and supportive. It honestly made visiting EOS such a positive experience. If your membership comes with a free personal trainer session take it if only just to learn!

Very nice facilities, but I bought a premier membership on Monday and went in to use it today (Friday) only to find that the sales guy had messed it up. He told me I was getting the top one, apparently charged me for the middle one, but the app said I had the bottom/basic and would only give me that access.

When I tried to get it straightened out, they needed to cancel the membership and start a whole new one, but I had come to work out, not to pay for anything, so I didn't have my credit card, and they just said, "Well, you'll need to come back another time to get that fixed."

Wasted 40 minutes of my morning. Canceled the whole thing.

The gym itself is great, I love that they have a sauna. I only joined because of the cold plunge and sauna, but the cold plunge isn’t even working yet. Hopefully they have it ready soon. My only complaint is how loud they play the music, when I work out I like to listen to my own stuff, but they play there radio so loud, that I can’t even hear mine.

My wife and I were so excited for this gym to open. We had been looking forward to it for a long time and even purchased our passes back in July during a promotional sale. Even though the opening date kept getting delayed, we stayed eager.

When it finally came time to go to the office and confirm our memberships, I met with KIRSTEN. My wife is currently expecting our first baby, and when Kirsten offered a bundle that included macro counting and four personal training sessions for $20, I thought it was a steal. I asked if I could purchase it for my wife since she was interested in having her macros counted postpartum. I signed the paperwork and paid the $20.

A couple of weeks later, I noticed a $63 charge on my card from EOS. I went into the Springville location to ask about it, and after speaking with a few people, I was told it was for personal training that I had signed up for. I had no idea what they were talking about — I thought I had already paid the $20.

Turns out, that $20 actually enrolled me in an eight-week personal training program, with one session per week, and a biweekly charge of $63. Altogether, it's going to cost me a little over $500.

I was even willing to pay a cancellation fee, but they told me that's not even an option.
When I brought this up with multiple people who all claimed to be managers, they said I had been emailed a contract and had three days to cancel. I was never informed of this at the time I signed up.

They rely on people not checking their emails or reading the fine print in their contracts.

If I had known there was a contract, a cancellation window, or that the program would total $500, I would never have signed anything. We were just excited about an affordable new gym finally opening nearby. We committed early — and they took advantage of that.

They’ll try to upsell you on anything and bury the important details in the process. I used to do door-to-door sales and had a lot of respect for the profession. Now, after this experience, I find it hard to even listen to sales pitches anymore.
I hope nobody else gets caught in a situation like this, and I hope the staff becomes more transparent going forward.

Also, both my wife’s and my accounts were charged $29.90, and nobody could explain why. They said it would be refunded — we’ll see if that actually happens.

So, read your contracts. Check your card statements.
The gym itself is nice — but be careful.

Didn't have the bad experience with signup that some of the one-star reviews mention; I knew I just wanted the cheapest membership, and the guy didn't even try to fight me on it. (Good thing too; that would have really annoyed me, and may even have been a deal-breaker.)

Nice new equipment, but I went there on the second day they were open, and the clip for the treadmill's emergency stop had already been broken. I mentioned it to an employee walking by, and she brought someone in maintenance over to look at it before I was even done my workout; nice prompt response!

My only real reason to not give a full five stars was that there's not a place to change in private in the locker room. Other gyms I've been to always have somewhere more private than the middle of the locker room to change, and I'm confused why this one wouldn't.

Walked in and it was baking hot. Went over to the cardio machines and it was even hotter there. Told front desk and they said “I don’t know. You can work out int the backyard section.”

I went to the weights and I hear people talking about how hot it is.

Went back to the desk and asked someone else about the temp and they said they felt warm as well and would tell management. Next day the gym was still boiling hot. All you have to do is drop the thermostat.

Just went today and they have done a great job with this gym. I really hope that they don’t oversell memberships and keep it clean. I’ve been with EOS for a couple years now and I’m hoping that this location will maintain the cleanliness better than Orem. Opening:
The gym officially opened today, 10/15/2025 at 1pm. I started coming weeks ago for personal training. However, with the opening of a gym there are many issues that pop up and interfere. So I did have my first session cancelled (after I'd left work and arrived there already), there were times I was left sitting there waiting for 20 or so minutes. I would be told something and the next week it would be something completely different. Each time I came in I didn't know what to expect.

Personal trainers:
However today was the grand opening and the energy was high and positive. My personal trainer today was Mylie and I must say she is GREAT. She was adaptive, flexible, and very present through out the entire workout! (Unlike so many other trainers I've had at various gyms over the years.) She stayed focused on me the entire time (instead of looking around and 'checking out'). She was great!
I also worked with Carston (spelling?) last time. I loved how he really made me understand -to another level- why the form for a particular exercise is important and to check in with where I was feeling things. (Mylie did that, too!). They were both great with giving me modifier's to exercises that worked with my body's injuries (torn meniscus) and advancing age (arthritis, joint weakness).

Closing review:
I look forward to the upcoming year at this beautiful new gym! Infrared sauna, cold and hot dip Jacuzzis, I didn't see a pool. No hot steam room, but both men's and women's locker rooms have their own regular sauna as well. There's an outdoor free weight exercise area in the back. A movie cardio room (one of the newer Star Wars movie was playing today). LOTS of equipment and green field spaces, recovery room with space for stretching, too. And more! Everything was the newest tech as well.
My only real complaint is that to use the amenities (recovery room machines, cold and hot plunge/infrared sauna) it's required you use your phone to scan a barcode. I never bring my phone to workout because I don't want to keep track of it while I work out. (I have a habit of leaving it God knows where.)

Like the other reviews here, the validation enrollment for the gym membership was an awful experience. I expected it to be a quick 30 second encounter but had to wait 15 mins before meeting with someone. After verifying my account, the person helping me sent me over to someone else and they then proceeded to waste my time and make me late to class as they sold me on the personal training that I didn’t want and that I refused multiple times.

After bringing over a personal trainer and pressuring me, I reluctantly gave in and have now regretted saying yes. Whatever you do, do not get the personal trainer. I went in to cancel a few days later and they were doing everything to try and convince me and still didn’t let me cancel. They said I had to go to my first session when all the systems in the gym were “set up and running”. I don’t buy it.

I signed up to be notified of when I could sign up, I wanted the early deals.

When they called me to let me know I could sign up, I pulled out my credit card to sign up but they required that I go into the enrollment center. I told them that I wanted to sign up for the top tier membership and that I was ready to pay. They still asked me to come in. I scheduled an appointment for later that week for 1pm on a Friday, the first day it was open.

I got there at 12:55 and checked in and did not get called back till about 1:40. I just told the guy that I wanted to highest tier membership and that I was busy and needed to get back to work. He proceeded to try and sell me on what I already wanted to buy, it was super annoying. He was nice about it but just was not listening when I said that I didn’t need to be sold, I had my info ready to pay. 30 minutes later I was signed up and left.

Fast forward to last week they called me and said that I needed to come in to “validate my membership.” I told the guy on the phone that I could just validate the info over the phone and he said I needed to schedule an appointment to go back to the enrollment center.

I get there and the “validation” took 15 seconds and then they spent 20 minutes trying to sell me personal training. I told them like 5 times that I don’t need personal training. Once they finally gave up the dude just said “ok fine yeah you’re good to go then”

Again, super pumped for the gym to open. It looks awesome but the enrollment center is awful.

The representative that helped us had us write down some referrals, we said we didn't want them contacted, they agreed and we took the paper with us. Then the representative contacted the individuals on our paper which means they must have taken a picture of the information we did not want shared. Highly disappointed and angry.
