Hands down, Spencer at EVO is the best yet for Cache Valley to help train baseball players to perform and improve their game skills beyond what you could imagine. I've been taking my son there for two years now. It was the best decision I've ever made for my son to learn how to pitch and hit.

I'm thankful for Evo training center for hosting monster mash. I'm a powerlifter who competed and when I arrived I was impressed with how clean and big the gym is. I wish I were closer to Logan because I'd buy a membership in a heartbeat.

Absolutely love this place!! My son has been baseball training with Spenser for a few months now. It has completely changed his game. Spenser uses a positive teaching method that instills confidence while also honing his skills. A person would pay so much more money for this level of training anywhere else. To sum it all up, I would say “Incredible value, incredible teacher, incredible results!!”

Doctor Anderson was amazing! The guy definitely knows what he is doing and he was so personable. He explained things to me very well. It was the best chiropractic/personal training experience of my life. I got a personal tour of the beautiful facility. It looks as though there’s something for the whole family to enjoy to be healthy.

Dr. Trev is the best! My mom has been getting therapeutic massages and seeing a chiropractor for most of her life. At 86 years young, she said that she received the best treatment and massage she had ever had. I think she may have had a few laughs with Dr. Trev too! Thank you EVO! We ❤️ you!

Love Valiathlete and EVO! My optional gymnast have attended to keep up their strength while we wait for our new facilty to open. The girls are feeling stronger already. The plans are laid out and well thought out. The trainers push the girls so they see progress but are on top of their form so they are safe. You really can't beat the price for a team personal trainer. I HIGHLY recommend using them if you want to give your athletes an edge.

EVO Training Center has been amazing. My child and his baseball team have been coming for the last couple weeks training with Spencer and the improvement is night and day difference. Spencer is amazing and so patient with all the kids.
The facility is clean, large and well organized for training of all kids. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. 10/10!

Spenser and Maja are experts in their fields. They are very detailed and focused on creating a plan for the individual, not just adding the individual to the plan. My son has seen great results and improvement in his physical and baseball abilities.
