F45 is a great workout and I love the Cottonwood Canyons location! All the trainers I’ve worked with are great- good at explaining and motivating to push yourself harder. It’s conveniently located and great to do a hard 45 minute workout and be done.

F45 is the best gym I have ever been a member of. It is clean and organized. I love the variety of the exercises. They have 3,000 different routines and so you won’t ever repeat an exercise day. They have cardio days alternated with weight days. I got better results in 6 months at F45 than 2 1/2 years at my last gym. It is a great gym and a great program.

I absolutely love F45. I have gone 6 days a week for over two years now and I am obsessed. You always get an amazing workout. The trainers are amazing. The members are amazing and we are a family. The best part about F45 is that everything is ready for the workout when the get there. I used to hate going to vasa and having to set everything up myself. It is an amazing workout and environment. We are a family! Come join!!! Recommend 100/10.

I love F45! I’ve been going to this location since it opened fall of 2019. Some reviews expressed concern over the change of ownership and the changes during quarantine. I understand where they’re coming from - when I came back I was bummed to not see the same familiar faces doing the trainings; change can be hard. My experience is that the new faces are just as eager to help me with my goals as the previous ones. This location is still the best place in town to get a good, solid workout, and it’s still a fun, positive familial environment.

So I never went to this gym with the previous owners but I can’t imagine the trainers could be any better than Frank, and he works pretty much every class. I normally hate workout classes and I have a neck and shoulder injury so I was pretty skeptical, but I’m glad I gave it a shot because they keep you so busy and having fun you barely even realize you just got in a killer workout. Frank will also help you with any modifications you need for injuries.

The gym is clean, the trainers are really helpful (but not overbearing) with every skill level, literally nobody cares how much weight you’re doing so long as you’re working hard. The community and people there are super nice and Frank and the girls at the front desk are always friendly and thinking of fun new ways to keep you motivated to come and feel involved.

I would highly recommend this newer location to anyone, you won’t regret it!
