F45 Sandy is absolutely unmatched!
If you're looking for a gym that delivers results and feels like family, F45 Sandy is it. From the moment you walk in, the energy is contagious — and that’s thanks in large part to the amazing gym manager, Jonnie. She sets the tone for the entire studio: high energy, supportive, and relentlessly positive.
Every class is fast-paced, challenging, and expertly programmed to push you without overwhelming you. The workouts combine strength, cardio, and functional training in a way that keeps your body guessing and your motivation high.
The coaches here are top-tier — always present, encouraging, and knowledgeable. They make sure you're moving safely and effectively, and they genuinely care about your progress.
Jonnie goes above and beyond to create a welcoming, no-ego space where people at all fitness levels can thrive. You feel seen, supported, and celebrated — every single session.
I've never felt stronger, more energized, or more excited to show up to a gym. F45 Sandy is a game-changer, most of the regulars have become dear friends whom I look forward to connecting with daily, and I’ve been a member since day 1.

I appreciate f45 the most on my worst days…when the last thing I want to do is work out, when my bed or tv seem like a much better option. That’s when I know all I have to do is make it to the class and I’ll be greeted by people, both coaches and classmates, who know my name and will encourage me to be my best. I love that all I have to do is show up and someone will boss me around showing me what I should do to stay in shape for cardio and strength training. As a woman who hadn’t lifted a lot of weights, effective strength training was nearly impossible on my own. I can’t say at 49 that I’ve never looked better…my skin is never going to be as smooth as it was when I was 20, but I am stronger than I’ve ever been. F45 has been fantastic for my physical and mental health. I love the workouts and I love the people!

Amazing coaches and members! They create such a great vibe especially if you’re into early morning workouts, there is no better way to start the day! Great music, workouts that go by super fast, and great coaches to help with form. Highly recommend, especially for those who need an outlet to fall in love (or back in love) with fitness again, this is the place! ❤️

Love F45 and love the F45 studio in Sandy! Always a great workout, by the end of the week I have worked out every muscle group. I can never push myself like this on my own, and I love having everything laid out for me and told exactly what to do and for how long. I don't have to make it up as I go, this is planned out every day and it absolutely works. I have been a member for 4 years now and have not only reached my goals but surpassed them!! Everyone is so nice, very welcoming and not intimidating, and all the trainers are amazing!! Would absolutely recommend to everyone!!!

I’ve been going F45 for a few years now but I’m new to the Sandy location and travel a lot for work meaning I get to experience a lot of F45’s. The Sandy F45 is top notch, above and beyond and everything else in between. Jonnie puts her heart and soul into running the studio and it shows. The studio is consistently CLEAN and each coach is beyond kind, friendly and helpful. The community is incredible and I look forward to every single class (which is something I thought I would never say as I used to not like working out). I love this studio and the community so much, thank you Sandy F45 for being incredible!

Love this place! Perfect for busy people to get a killer work out in half the time it would take at a traditional gym. Shout out to coach Jonnie and the rest of the staff!

We are from Fort Worth Texas . While on vacation, we worked with this awesome crew. Coach Jin was probably one of the best coaches we’ve ever had. I improved my form and my weight . everyonewas friendly and inviting and we got a great work out.

Workouts are fine, but they seem to be on a rotation the trainer doesn't control. Most trainers function more like DJs than instructors. They play the music painfully loud and give like no instruction or correction during the workout. It's not like you could hear them if they did, but all the instruction is up front, and then they check their phones while they blast your eardrums. I feel bad for the business's neighbors.

I use to hate going to the gym. It was so tedious coming up with my own workouts and I couldn’t get the motivation to go. Jump to now, and I can’t get enough of F45 in Sandy. I went to a different one before and it was fine. Once I got to Sandy it felt like home pretty quickly! The coaches get to know you and push you, in a healthy way, to pick up some heavier weights or encourage you to do a little extra burnout after the class. The community there is so enjoyable and you can feel that in class. I drive from Utah valley to go to this location because of how wonderful the gym is. The people there genuinely care about you. It can feel like some gyms just want your money but this is the farthest from that. I will always recommend this place!

Trainers are awesome! Classes are varied and interesting but you need to be careful that you don’t hurt yourself. The Sandy studio is small and the amenities could be higher quality such as the phone/jacket storage area. Most folks attend with someone else and the 7 am class is usually packed. Highly recommend a class pass pack instead of a full membership for anyone who isn’t at the top of their fitness game and wants to ease into it.

I love, love, love F45 Sandy. The trainers are awesome and so are the other members of the gym. I always get a great workout and the trainers do a great job of pushing me. If you are looking for a great workout that only lasts 45 minutes, look no further.

I’ve been going to F45 for a little over a year and transitioned to this location a few months back (after my previous one closed). I can honestly say the experiences between the two locations are completely different but in a good way! At Sandy, you feel appreciated and welcomed. Management is engaged and encouraging; they’re continually looking for feedback on how to improve. The coaches are all knowledgeable in the what and why of certain movements and are always willing to assist in any type of variations if necessary due to injury or fatigue. Highly, highly recommend giving this location a shot for yourself!

Great coaches and community here. I love the 45min high intensityconcept. Every day there is a different upper body, lower body or hybrid workout with stations that always change. You don't get bored because it's always challenging and changing.

Love this place. It's so refreshing to get up, come over, and not even have to think about what my workout will be. It's all planned out for you. (And in a much better way than I could ever do) I've noticed that because they change workouts all the time, I feel stronger as a whole with a lot more energy.

I had been running and rowing for 2 years, like a hamster under a heatlamp, at Orange Theory, and was getting pretty bored. I was excited to hear about F45 and was an early member at the Sandy location. First, be prepared to work. The exercises are varied and interesting and you'll get an intense workout unlike anything else you'll experience independently. Cam and his team are awesome, I noticed the one low review and felt compelled to post; reading the post it's clear he needs professional help, and not the kind you get at the gym. I guarantee you'll get the best workout ever, with great coaches, for a good value, while meeting some fun people.

I love going to the gym and I love group workouts the best. I push myself so much more in these settings so I when I stumbled upon a Groupon that would allow me to try F45, I was excited to go and see what all of the hype was about. I usually go to another gym that is considered a competitor of F45.
I wanted to sign up online to reserve a spot in class, but I didn’t want to compromise my Groupon deal, so I decided to try calling the gym. The number online was the owner of the studio’s number. I tried calling at least 3 times leaving voicemails during the week before the class. No response. I decided to just go to the class.
It was a Sunday class and I assumed it would not be full. I got to the class 15 minutes early to make sure I could fill out paperwork or learn about the formatting. There is no waiting area and no front desk, which is fine, but also hard to come in as a newbie. The coach of my class came over and briefly talked with me as she was also trying to get ready for class and check people in. The class was packed (surprising to everyone,) but the nice coach was able to fit both me and another person in. It worked out well. The workout itself was good and I can see what draws people to F45.
Overall, good workout and nice coaching, but the lack of communication prior to and after is not impressive. I still have not heard any follow up from the gym since going.

I would love to recommend these guys... BUT... here's the problem. They're more focused on taking money rather than helping people.
I signed up for a free week to check these guys out. I was working out at another local coaching gym but was looking for something closer to me. (My other gym was actually more expensive monthly as well and I figured a $30 savings was another good reason for a change). I was injured at the World Toughest Mudder in November of 2017 with a Sterno clavicle joint injury... Ugghhh I haven't ever heard of it either... but I continued to work out hard through the injury hoping that i would strengthen the muscles around it and it would just get better... After working with a great chiropractor for 10 months no weekly and working out 5 days a week the injury just wasn't getting better as he had hoped it would and he sent me to Tosh. My PT evaluated and strictly prohibited and further workouts. so I communicated this to Cameron after I had signed up for the free week plus paid to extend it to a 2 week and then he put my "account" on hold... This was the first time he called it that... It wasn't communicated to me from the beginning that I was signing up for a month to month membership. This was all verbally and very quickly discussed over the phone... Cameron is a pretty good talker. I thought I was just extending a free week into a two week deal for a few dollars and it was not fully explained (in a way that I understood) to me that I was going to be responsible for $120 a month membership (which I had absolutely no problem with... Remember that would be saving me $30 a month from my other gym) especially since about a week after I signed up for the free membership that I called and told him I wasn't going to be able to attend at all until further notice from my PT. I'm a business owner myself and I understand what it takes to get a business off the ground... Honestly and integrity is key. Cameron and Calvin won't refund 2 months worth of Bank charges that I was unaware of until today...They debited $240 from me and I haven't even stepped foot inside their gym. Don't make the mistake i did... Get some paperwork, and be very careful you clearly understand everything before you give them your bank info.

Great place to workout! It's pretty new so there aren't a lot of reviews, but the trainers are good and the owner is great. It's a fairly low pressure environment too so you won't feel terribly awkward going in for your first time. They'll make sure you push yourself without being overbearing.
If you want to lose weight and get tone, this is the place.

The beginning of this summer, I attempted to put on some pants I had worn the summer before. To prove to my boyfriend I was getting fat. He kept saying I wasn't getting fatter (what a great guy!)
The snaps were about two inches apart and there was NO way I would have been able to do them up.
That is until one month of F45!
This morning I decided to "try" them on and they fit! I can't believe it!
The scale hasn't moved much. I'm only down 2lbs, but these pants that I am currently wearing do not lie!
I am so glad my boyfriend and I joined F45 Sandy! One of the best decisions we could have made :)
