I am an above the knee amputee and I trained with Thomas 5 (ish) years ago and he pushed my and we got results. He is really knowledgeable in different ways to modify the workout to what you need. I am currently training with him again after have a baby. I wasn't able to wear my prosthetic for about 4 months and I had lost my balance and my good leg was turned out from balancing on one leg. We are seeing results with my balance, stamina, and building muscle!

I’m great at yo-yo diets, but I finally realized they were doing more harm than good. I needed a long term solution. I needed an eating plan that was a lifestyle.
I started working out with Thomas and signed up for the food program. One on one consultations, accountability, healthy suggestions, and tracking tools got me down 15 pounds in only eight weeks.
The biggest eye opener was seeing for myself how many calories I could still eat and still lose weight.
I’m happy to weigh in and see how many pounds of muscle I’ve gained and how many pounds of fat I’ve lost. I plan to keep working out with Thomas and eating better as long as I can.

I decided it was time to get rid of some stubborn Corona weight. I signed up for Fine Tuned Coaching’s nutrition plan and lost 8 pounds in a little over 8 weeks.
-Thomas set up my calories, protein, carbs, and fat based on my workouts.
-I tracked all my food in a nutrition app.
-Thomas did weekly phone and in person consultations and gave great food alternatives to my high calorie favorites.
In the end, I had to continue a couple weeks on my own to get to my desired weight, but I learned a lot in the process.
-I saw each day how many calories I was overeating.
-I overate in the first four weeks and that’s what kept me from getting to my desired weight in the 8 weeks.
-I learned what triggered my bad eating.
-I discovered the importance of protein.
I recommend the nutrition plan to everyone. I couldn’t do it on my own, and 8 weeks of working with Thomas has educated me for a lifetime.

Thomas has always been an advocate to help anyone with goals. He is very knowledgeable, keeps you motivated, all while having fun.
I definitely saw results not only in my body but in actually sticking with specific workout routines he had set out for me.

Fine Tuned Coaching helped change my workout life. Bored with getting on the treadmill and putting in my “time” at the gym, I knew my workouts could be more efficient and effective if I worked with a personal trainer.
Fine Tuned Coaching made exercise fun. My trainer Thomas has helped me improve my balance by strengthening my weak spots and has taught me proper form so my knees and shoulders no longer hurt.
Along with the help of my personal trainer, I’ve trained for a week-long backpacking trip, a long-distance bike trip, and am looking forward to my next endurance adventure.
