fit20 helps people of all ages win back their strength and vitality in 20 minutes per week. The fit20 training method was built on decades of scientific evidence, and by utilizing this science, fit20 has created the most efficient and effective way to improve your health and fitness. The movements are slow, and the resistance is optimized for each person. Together with a personal trainer, our members work towards maximum effort on six pieces of specialized equipment. Also, training at fit20 is by appointment only. This has made the transition into a socially-distant environment seamless and allows us to maintain the highest levels of safety and service possible. Dream Come True: My husband and I are getting fitter and stronger with just 20 minutes of exercise a week! Arms, chest, legs, abs and back all get worked to their personalized max. Our personal trainer, George, is a delightful family man who keeps us motivated to show up and do our best while making sure we don’t have any injuries. The results are amazing. If you’re short on time but want the benefits of a weekly workout I highly recommend this!

When I first came across Fit20, I thought it was a total fantasy! Fit in 20 minutes a week, if only! But after only a few workouts I truly knew this was the real deal. When I leave after my 20 minute workout I feel like I have been working out for hours, I am completely spent. This seems to be the way everyone feels too as I often chat with others as they leave. I have now been doing a once a week session for eight months and I completely love it. I never miss, in fact if I am traveling, I always schedule a make up session before I go. I am so much stronger I can hardly believe it. I can do way more lifting of heavy items in my daily life, I have tons more confidence in my abilities physically and I can see big changes in the muscles of my arms and legs. Everyone who works out here leaves with a smile on their faces, in part because of the awesome workout they got but also because it is such a friendly and positive atmosphere. Tanner is another gigantic reason everyone is smiling. He is the best coach, he’s funny, encouraging and totally engaging to be around! I have also made several new wonderful friends here and that’s a nice bonus! Come give Fit20 a try, you won’t be sorry, in fact it will probably change your life like it has mine and so many others!

This "chore" is just not one! Tanner is an amazing coach and even better than that he is an amazing human. He wants me to be better and it shows. This place is awesome!! Super clean! & I’ve never experienced such attention to detail and genuine care while getting a work out before! I have injuries in my wrist and elbow that have prevented me from getting a good upper body work out- but while I was at Fit20 they guided me every step of the way and made sure I got a safe and thorough work out in! If you have injuries, this is the place to work out :)

Fit20 listened to my fitness goals and catered my workout to fit me! Studio is very clean and refreshing feeling. Does not feel like a typical gym - because it isn’t. I worked out in my office clothing and shoes coming straight from work. I liked that I didn’t have change but still got a deep workout!
