As mid-70s active seniors, Wendy's training has helped my wife and I maintain the lifestyle we love. Water skiing, Snow skiing, biking, camping and traveling. Wendy's classes are energetic and fun and we are always glad that we went. Her prices are great and her new gym is first rate. I’m writing this review as someone who really dislikes working out. It usually just feels like a chore to me. Until I started Wendy’s group classes. I get in an amazing workout (that I can always feel the next day.) The hour flies by, and I actually have fun. I’m already seeing huge improvements in my strength, stamina, and balance. I think I’ve found a workout routine I might actually stick with. That’s a first for me. Thank you Wendy!

I have been an athlete for most of my life. I carefully study “certified trainers” whenever I join gyms. When you know, you know!

Not only is Wendy a terrific trainer. She’s experienced, committed and always on it. She’s knowledgeable and compassionate about her craft. She is very observant during sessions and tweaks subsequent workouts based on those observations. She is encouraging and knows how to pace individual sessions, as well as incremental increases in work, so that I improve and don’t get overwhelmed or discouraged. I love her enthusiasm, her energy and motivation.

Wendy is truly a rarity when it comes to personal trainers. Nutrition and flex 💪🏻 appeal! Best of both worlds in my book! 📕

Wendy is the best personal trainer ever. I had total knee replacement, 3 reconstructive foot surgeries on the same foot so I have severe mobility issues over 4 years. I had no strength and used wheelchairs, walkers, or a cane. I have been seeing her for 4 months and I no longer use my wheelchair at all. I only use my cane or walker only if I'm spending the day with my grandchildren at the amusement park. I also have lymphodemia and she helps with my nutrition so that my inflammation stays under control. I have been seeing a physical lymphodemia massage therapist for 1 1/2 years and in 4 months of strength training and her help with nutrition coaching, my therapist is talking about releasing me since I have been able to finally get my lymphodemia under control. She is a great motivator and a strong support system for strength training AND nutrion both. I have lost 3 inches just in my waist and 30 lbs in 4 months. I am so much stronger already, I cant wait until the 1 year mark to see where I am then. Great prices. And the sweetest women ever!! I recommend her to all!

Wendy is absolutely the best .She is an amazing trainer and coach .She is very knowledgeable and down to earth .She cares deeply and truly cares about everyone she trains you don’t find that anymore .i was hesitant to do her classes as i have medical issues ms and she tailored the workouts for me to make them where i could do them and still be a part of her classes she makes you feel welcomed and helps so much from bottom of my heart i trust her and her work I feel stronger and I’m getting healthier I owe a lot to her for believing in me and teaching me all she knows I will always be so grateful to her if wasn’t her believing in me and saying you can do this being right there every step of the way helping me I don’t think I be as strong and pushing self to do things or motivated her classes are fun everyone is so kind and it all make a big difference when you have a great trainer coach thank you Wendy for all you do and for always being you never change
