I wasn't sure if I would like this type of gym setting but I got hooked pretty fast. I love the trainers- they are so great at motivating me and helping me to get the most out of every session. The workouts are tough but I am so much stronger than when I started! Sam and Donovan are always updating equipment and keep the gym super clean- it's obvious that they love their work.

I love coming to Freedom Fitness, the trainers are very professional and knowledgeable. I went through two knee replacements and they helped me with modifications pre and post surgery that helped me heal much faster. Easily the greatest workout group around! I’ve been with FFBC for over a decade, and would recommend them to anyone! They are great at meeting you at your level with alternates for every exercise and advances for when things appear “easy”. The groups are accepting and encouraging; negativity and judgmental attitudes are not welcome. FFBC is one of my favorite places filled with my favorite people. I’ve been going here for years. First off, the workouts are great! They are trainer led and can be adjusted for your fitness level and they are different every day. And at only 30 minutes, they are easy to fit in to a schedule. And you can definitely get a great workout in only 30 minutes. What makes FFBC special is the community that Sam, the trainers and the other members have created. It’s a supportive and friendly and makes me want to come back every day.

I began attending FFBC in 2018.
Donnovan and Sam are very motivating but also stresses the importance of going at your own speed and knowing your limits. They are always making sure, you have the right posture, so you are using the right muscles and you are not going to hurt yourself.
Always willing to modify the workout, in order to fit your limitations. There is never any pressure to push beyond a safe limit. The workout is only 30 minutes, but the workout sequence keeps your heart rate up and is an efficient way to get cardio and muscle building benefits.
The workouts are fun and I would recommend FFBC to anyone wanting to improve their overall well-being and working towards building a healthier body.

Freedom fitness isn’t the first gym like this that I’ve gone to. But it’s definitely the best!

You can feel the family atmosphere from the owners Donovan and Sam but it doesn’t stop there. In the short time I’ve trained there, I feel the support of other team members who have been there longer. Everyone wants the best for each other and you can feel that energy.

It’s amazing how much you can accomplish in 30 minutes when the right types of exercises are put together and the right type of energy is put forth.

I’ve been trying out their 6 week challenge and loving it. They have really good 30 minute workouts with good coaching and direction which helps for a intense workout that makes me feel amazing at the end of it. I have been going to Freedom Fitness Bootcamp for little over a year now and I have loved every second of it! I am always excited to go every morning and it is definitely my favorite part of my day! Been with FFBC for about 6 months. Really love it! Sam, Donovan, Bailey, & Megan are great to work out with; knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I was a bit nervous coming into the gym during COVID, but Sam & Donovan have done a great job in keeping everything spotless and emphasizing safety. Everyone has their own space to workout. Masks are worn by the instructors. Everything is sanitized after each workout. Love it. In addition, Sam and Donovan went out of their way to set up an online environment for people that would prefer to workout at home. We get fresh videos every week and it's great if you can't physically make it to the gym. Highly recommend these guys!

You've never met two owners more dedicated to their customers. Customers isnt even the right word, because they genuinely connect and make friends with everyone that steps through the doors. I have also worked with them for years outside of freedom fitness, and they really are the most loyal people. I was invited by some friends to attend a transformation challenge. Yes I knew I was out of shape and I am also not happy with regular Gyms where you are on your own (without guidance) or having an expensive baby sitter of a personal trainer. Anyways, I accepted the transformation challenge, but I was worried that a chronic plantar fasciitis would prevent me to do my workouts (since a doctor told me I should rest, also because of the pain, I was walking way less than I should). Well, when I started I noticed that the pain on my foot was very manageable. After the 8th week on the challenge, the pain was 95% GONE. Guess what, I was having that pain for 18 months. I've been wearing arch support shoes for a while and they help, but they don't operate miracles. Attending the gym in the morning, getting my body stronger, having a better balance, that is what did the trick. 3 months in and I'm now proud to say that 100% of my pain is gone (no pain killers, meds, or procedures). This is only one of the benefits among many others that I can tell.

The environment is AWESOME. The trainers professionalism and knowledge is AWESOME. Every day is a different workout. My day is much better and productive after I do my morning workout. People who attend there are AWESOME. I'm really happy. If I could, the only thing I would change is to move the gym closer to my house :) .

This is not a fancy place with a bunch of people trying to sell you things you don't need. This is an effective place where you will have a professional trainer looking after you, helping you so you do the exercises safely, without the feel (and co$t) of being watched by a baby sitter personal trainer.

I love this place it challanges you . Every workout is different i love that. You leave with feeling like you have accomplished your goals. The trainers are all awesome.
