Janessa is wonderful to work with. I started in October of 2023 and so far have lost 16lbs and inches all over. I love how she encourages me and not shames me when I have set backs or get discouraged. She is available for questions and clarification and explains things in a way that makes it easier to understand so I can be successful and reach my goals. She is knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. I feel like she cares about my progress and is cheering me on. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to work with her. She works you and pushes you to do more and reach your goals. I’m so glad I found her!

Couldn’t recommend a better personal trainer! I never really took my health seriously until I decided to give it a real shot with Janessa. I did a 3 month fat loss program and was shocked with my results! Not only did I reach my goals faster than I thought, but Janessa made the process super simple and enjoyable. Now that I’m finished with the program my whole mindset on nutrition and exercise has completely changed and I now know how to better take care of my body on my own. 6 stars!!

I can't even begin to express how grateful I am to Janessa. I had been trying to lose weight on my own for several years and was beginning to feel that it was a lost cause. It was so frustrating to feel like I was killing myself trying to eat healthy/ exercise and my weight always stayed the same. Janessa didn't just tell me what food choices to make, she educated me on why the choices I was making weren't working and helped me look at food in a whole new way. She educated me on exercise and how I could change things based on my own personal fitness goals. She's very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and took the time to make sure I was educated so I could continue making healthy choices on my own. Her prices are beyond reasonable for the level of attentiveness, expertise, and compassion I was shown. She made me feel like my fitness goals were every bit as important to her as they were to me and I still can't believe how quickly and relatively easily they were attained with her help. I started seeing and feeling differences in my body 2 weeks into working with FX Fitness and Nutrition. I’ve been strength training for over 7 years and “dieting” on and off my whole life. I have never seen progress as quickly and felt as good as I have since I started working with Janessa. She completely meets you where you are at and takes all of your individual concerns into consideration when creating your plan. She’s the best cheerleader and is so knowledgeable in body composition, you will feel completely taken care of when you meet with her.

I’ve known Janessa for years now (back when she trained UVU students) I love how much she loves helping others. She genuinely cares about you and is not about pushing expensive plans or any other money grabs, she focuses on the individuals mental as well as physical hurdles and I’ve lost more weight following her Sage expertise than with any other diet/plan! I have even done the Intermountain Weigh To Health year long program and Janessa’s program has yielded better result!
Her in-person workouts are TOUGH but motivating and her workout plans are so great and not too time consuming. I have learned so much with her and hope to keep seeing amazing results!! I am 22lbs down so far!!!

One session with Janessa and you can tell she knows what she’s talking about. When I first started with Janessa, we had a couple of sessions over the phone and I saw results even from just speaking with her.
