Helen Golden’s dynamic background in fitness spans over 30 years. She shares her expertise and passion for wellness and fitness with people from from 2 to 82 years old, working with a broad spectrum of clients from those who may be battling ailments to elite Olympic athletes. Her certifications include Personal training, Pilates, Spinning, Yoga, TRX, group exercise and coaching. She is known for combining these various disciplines to create challenging, effective regimens customized for each client. When you work with her, expect to work with FOUR pillars: Longevity, fitness, Mother Nature, and all 4 season. Within each pillar there are 4 elements. EACH and EVERY element is incorporated to develop a well rounded wellness program.

Helen is incredible!
I started going to Helen about 6 weeks before my wedding. I had just broken my big toe and was limited on what I could do exercise wise. I was looking for extra guidance for exercise, and also someone to hold me accountable.
Helen was all of that, and more. She created a completely custom program for me. She designed a custom gym workout schedule, gave great nutrition advice, trained me 2-3x a week, and kept me on track. I really enjoyed our sessions together. She has such a positive, fun energy!
In just those 6 weeks, my body totally transformed. I lost weight, my muscles popped and toned, and my toe healed! I felt and looked great for my wedding!
I could not recommend Helen enough!

It had been a few years and a couple of babies later since the last time I had stepped foot into a gym, but having Helen as my trainer has been one of the best decisions for me to be able to stay on track and be consistent with working out, mostly because she just has a way of making you feel at ease and comfortable about wherever you are fitness wise and seems to be attuned to your strengths and weaknesses.

Helen is amazing! I met Helen when a member in our BNI chapter invited her to visit our chapter. I knew the moment she spoke about what she did and how much she loved helping others. I knew I needed to get with her. I have been doing a 12 week program with Helen. I cannot believe the difference. I have struggled the past 18 years with injuries and illness's that have prevented me from being at my best health. I was diagnosed with MS and suffered a medical induced stroke leaving me partially paralyzed on my left side. I also had an injury resulting in compartment syndrome that was not treated correctly leaving me to where I was on crutches and not able to walk correctly for 3 years. Helen has helped me become stronger, more flexible and I have built up my stamina in only 8 weeks. What I love about Helen is she works from the heart. She keeps me motivated, holds me accountable and is so knowledgable in her field. I will continue to work with Helen and hands down recommend her to anyone who is trying to get their health back on track.

I am 51 year old surgeon. As such my spinal and back health is key to my professional and personal life. I had 2 back operations back in 08 and 13. I did the traditional rehab but sort of plateaued and wanted my core to be stronger. I feel the functional fitness I get from working out with Helen has SIGNIFICANTLY improved my overall health and quality of life. I see this as part of living healthy longer. As long as she continues to train and teach I will be an ongoing loyal client.
