I was in town visiting at hit a couple of the classes. I love everything about this place. The vibe is laid back, the instructors are top-notch, the workout was tough but worth it, and the studio itself is gorgeous. Lots of windows and light, the doors open, an amazing, brisk breeze flowing through. Oh, by the way, Pilates will alter your life. Do it, sign up. I promise you will get to know your body, and you will be strong! Life-altering! β€οΈ

I really enjoyed taking group Pilates reformer classes at Good Movement whilst temporarily in the Park City area for work. All the instructors and even the fellow students were super welcoming; it felt like I was welcomed into the community immediately. The studio itself is beautiful and the equipment is well maintained. Iβd particularly recommend Hollee and Juliaβs classes.

I scheduled a private session for a small bachelorette party and we all had a great time and workout! Although our group had a variety of experience, the class was a good balance for all of us. The staff and owner were also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

I have taken classes or private lessons with Lindsey, Brianne, Kristen, David, RJ and Becky over the past few months. All were fantastic instructors! The classes are challenging and so much fun. My strength has improved and so has my balance. I also love they have an app to book and track your classes. I only wish I had started years ago.

Love this gym! I especially love the new class Cardio-U taught by Gretchen Kingry! Love her energy, love the playlist, the class is challenging in the best way because you feel like youβre getting the best calorie burn, and sheβs a super motivating coach! 10/10 recommend!!!

This studio has become a βhome away from homeβ in recent weeks/months as I commit to Pilates to try and improve posture, ease of movement and an increasingly recalcitrant back. The instructors are excellent, there is a surfeit of equipment, he reformers are in good condition, and the cleaning protocols consistent. Itβs a fine studio on every level!

This is absolutely the best Pilates studio I have ever been to! The instructors and owner are phenomenal! They are very skilled in Pilates practice and just great people all around! The small group classes they get to know you individually and your body/any injuries etc and work with you to help modify to what feels best on that day. Not only is it my favorite place for fitness, but the community vibe is truly special and is a total Gem for the Park City area. Also, I highly recommend coming here if you are overcoming any injury - my husband previously had 2 back surgeries and continued pain after... and he healed his chronic back/disc/nerve pain through a mix of private classes and group glasses at Good Movement Studio. The studio has honestly improved both of our lives and I cannot recommend it enough!!

This is my favorite Pilates studio in Park City. What sets it apart are highly trained, highly focused instructors who pay attention to their clients. Even in group classes, they are vigilant, correcting form to ensure safety and that the right muscles are engaged. I have really benefited from my two days a week at Good Movement. Love this place!

I love Good Movement - their focus on form and correct posture combined with a really great workout keeps me coming back (and keeps my back injury under control). The instructors are amazing with classes that are never the same. In my view, this is by far the best studio around.

I went to my first class after moving here, and it was great! I felt like I could ask questions, but also got a great workout! I am nice and sore. π People were all friendly, laid back, and I look forward to returning! I am trying to rehab a spine injury, and the beginner class was good to workout safely with nothing to risky or crazy.

I live in Alaska currently, but visit family here a couple times a year; and though life is hectic when I am home, I try to get in for reformer classes as often as I can. It is a wonderful facility with superb instructors. I always leave feeling refreshed and jazzed for the rest of the day.

Studio Pilates Park City is such a hidden gem, it's a beautiful natural light whitewashed studio in the heart of Park City. I like the intimate setting of small reformer classes as well as a full tower area for privates. The instructors and team that run it have great energy, the overall vibe is un-intimidating, welcoming, and positive. The instructors are all passionate, professional, and have specialties that span all needs and levels. I have always been a loyal client to Brooke Benton, who is in my opinion the best pilates instructor i've found. She keeps it challenging and interesting, employing all kinds of props, new techniques, great explanations, modifications, and personalized tips on form.

Studio Pilates is simply a magnificent studio. I take private classes there and every instructor pays attention to my unique needs. I also look forward to having a sub as he/she is always wonderful and I get a different workout. I go every week and highly recommend the studio. Everyone is a true professional. The physician who recommended that I do Pilates even goes there. It doesnβt get any better than that.

Studio Pilates Park City is awesome! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I started doing pilates after having two ACL surgeries in five years. After my second surgery my physical therapist suggested pilates as a training option to keep my knee strong. And all I have to say is WOW! I am hooked. My knee feels great and I am back outside doing the things I love.
