I'm from New York. I came out for the TriCom instructors program, lead by Utah Swat Officer Jared Wihongi, who also operates his worldwide recognized program out of Gym Jones. It's a fantastic program for Law Enforcement, Military, Emergency Service specialists, who have to deal with "special" circumstances. I've finally had the opportunity to make it out here, to SLC. The facility is GREAT! Lisa, one of the owners, is sweet person. They have great training equipment and offer a lot of high value training. If you're looking for a place to workout and train hard, train combatives, OR train martial arts (they have a great BJJ program for kids!) this is definitely the place for you! Now I'm not saying. "Trust me." However, please consider this as it is coming from a martial art and fitness school owner, as well.

Just a generally incredible place with a beautiful community. Maybe it's not for everyone because if you don't want to really work on yourself you won't last. But, if you're there to achieve results you WILL achieve results. They are process based and all about the result. Come here to do work.
