This gym is INCREDIBLE! I cannot stand how busy the big gyms get. Hardbodiez has tons of equipment and space so I am confident I can always get my full workout in and stay focused. The culture is really great- I met a powerlifting group here, personally worked with a trainer who helped me prep for a body building competition, and the owner is always around to help or say hi! Any equipment you could think of, networking with like-minded people, showers, cardio upstairs- this is the gym you’ve been looking for!

When I switched gyms I instantly knew Hardbodiez was where I wanted to be. I knew my commute would increase but I have not regretted my decision one bit. I train primarily with a group of powerlifters but HB caters to bodybuilding & really pretty much everyone. They have just about every specialty bar & piece of equipment you could ask for. Lots of cardio machines that looks out over the gym which provides an extra level of entertainment while getting your cardio session in. Most importantly the members are friendly & welcoming. It also helps that the owners are solid people too. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I love it. It is a smaller gym but has all the weights you could ever want and need and it’s never very busy so you can always use the equipment when you need it. The only thing I wish they had was a preacher curl spot for ezbar or barbells

I love this gym. Had all of the equipment like a big box gym but you don’t have to fight to get to the machine you want. Johnny and Lacy are the gym owners and they are awesome! The first day I couldn’t get into the gym I texted Johnny and he got it figured out immediately. Feels like a little family gym! Five stars!

BEST GYM EVER. I’ve been coming to hard bodiez for 9 months now. It is seriously the best gym. The gym is super clean and nice all of the time. It has all of the machines and weights that I need to do my workouts. It has a very welcoming environment and the people here are awesome too. It is a very nice size and is not usually crowded so I never have to wait for machines. The posing rooms and snack bar are a very nice touch as well. This gym is so luxurious and it makes coming to the gym something that I look forward to every day. It’s the dopest gym around. I recommend this gym to everybody.

The move to the larger new location nextdoor is amazing! This was a great gym before but now it’s off the charts! There is probably 3x the space and a lot of nice new equipment. The 24/7 access and location are so convenient. Thanks for always changing and upgrading.

The best gym in the valley. My wife and I started going to this gym to get away from the commerical atmosphere and I couldn’t be more thankful. We found a great gym and a community of great friends. Everyone is always supporting one another.

In the training side of things, it’s open access 24/7 for members. Always clean, weights are always re-racked and we have every piece of equipment needed for every fitness goal you may have. I personally am more into powerlifting and it has every bar, platform, bench, rack and piece of equipment you need to train main lifts and accessory lifts. That’s hard to find in a gym that’s not specifically for powerlifting.

Love HardBodiez and i recommend it to everyone that asks where to train!

Hardbodiez gym is one of the best gyms I have ever been to.

I purchased a daypass (holiday) online and drove to the gym. There I got greeted by the owner Johnny. He was very welcoming and I immediately felt like I was training there since forever. All the other members were friendly too. Johnny trained too and you can see the passion he has for his gym.

The equipment was top tier and only from the best brands. It’s a small gym, but has everything you will ever need.

I will proudly wear the hardbodiez t-shirt in Austria and tell my mates about this gym.

I am definitely going to visit the gym again, if I ever come back to SLC.

Great gym to get in an absolutely FILTHY PUMP! Owner John is super chill and helped me get in late night on a Sunday. The day pass might do better coming down from the $20 but that wouldn’t hold me back because I’m serious about training, just a suggestion for others

Love working out here. Smaller gym, less crowded. I’ve been to the bigger gyms before and they’re way too crowded. Haven’t been this excited for the gym in over 20 years. Love coming here. The owner is pretty rad too!!
