We first discovered this place when I asked at work where I should take my daughter for dance. My co-worker recommended them, not because she took her daughter there, but because of all the competitions she'd been to with her daughter, there was never a dance from Heart N Soul she didn't like. That was 14 years ago. Since that time, I have had two daughters there. Not only have I enjoyed watching them dance, but I have appreciated the attention the teachers pay to body mechanics, proper technique, and safety. I can ask my girls why a move is correct or wrong, and they can explain it to me and tell me the consequences of incorrect movement. I also love their approach to life lessons. I especially like how they handle critiquing. The teachers don't shy away from it, but they do it in a positive way, always encouraging the dancers to be better, try a little harder, and reach a little further. I really like this studio.

We love this dance studio! My daughter has danced here for two years now and has learned so much and more importantly LOVES her dance class and teacher. Julie does such a good job at holding the younger dancers attention during class and you can really tell that they all love her. We’ll be going to Heart N Soul for many more years I’m sure.

We switched our daughter from a previous studio to Heart N Soul 3 years ago and have never turned back. My daughter has grown in technical advancement beyond her wildest dreams! Heart N Soul has given my daughter exactly what she needs and more. They not only teach her the proper and safe technique, but teach her life lessons with moral core values that will make her the best version of herself as a dancer and human being. Diane sold me from the first conversation we had by just being real and down-to-earth. It feels like home going to the studio every day. My daughter (12yo) took dance at middle school for the first time and really enjoyed it. We decided to sign her up for dance outside of school and I'm so grateful we found this studio. The class is low pressure, she's with other girls her age and skill level, and they just get to enjoy dancing! No pressure to be on a team and compete, which is the perfect fit for my child.

There is something about the instructors' technique and attention to detail that creates absolutely exquisite and captivating dancers. We LOVE Heart N Soul dance studio! Both of my daughters have learned so so much! Within two years I have seen them improve with technique, ballet, rhythm, and tumbling. If you are looking for an all around studio with the option of competing at high levels this is your studio! I also love that my girls dance and compete with not feeling burnt out. They always love going!

Heart N Soul Dance has been amazing for my 13 year old daughter. She started dancing with them when she was about 8 years old and has been happy with everything ever since. She has learned and grown so much because of the teachers there. They truly care about their dancers and want them to become better and stronger dancers. They also spend many many hours outside of the studio thinking of ways to better help individual dancers that may struggle with certain things. They have so much knowledge of not only choreography, but how to use your body correctly so you can stay safe and avoid injury. She has made amazing lifelong friends there. I have loved them so much that I began working there as the office manager and love working with all the staff and the dancers. We love Heart N Soul!

My daughter and I love Heart N Soul Dance Studio. When we moved from Spanish Fork to Lehi, we were so sad to leave this studio.
