High Mountain CrossFit is an amazing gym! All of the coaches bring high energy, positivity, and genuine care into every class. They take the time to check in, give feedback, and push me to get better each day. I’ve been going regularly 3 times a week for the past 3 months and have already seen noticeable improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness. The atmosphere is always supportive and motivating—it feels like a real community. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to challenge themselves and see results!

DROP-INs: This is a phenomenal gym to drop- in to with an amazing community. Very chill, easy check-in process, great coaches, and PHENOMENAL workout view with the mountains in the back drop. Also, great recovery snack and drink options for fuel. Above all: great workouts. I live Out of state and have dropped in a couple times and will be back

I loved my time at high mountain! I did one month of personal training with Jess 6 months out of ACL reconstruction surgery and Jess did a great job at personalizing my workouts for my recovery and goals. I am so happy to feel empowered in the gym and in my body again. Kelly was also great being flexible with programming so I could overcome financial barriers. These people truly care and are passionate about helping others live healthier and happier lives. Thank you!!

Joining High Mountain is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!! After turning 40 it finally occurred to me that I’m not getting any younger and that if I don’t build/retain my strength I’d eventually be unable to do my job as it is pretty physically demanding.
I’ve never used a gym in my life so I assumed I’d need to work with a trainer so I get the most out of my gym time and didn’t hurt myself. I can also admit that I am NOT self motivated and need to be held accountable 😂 High Mountain has helped address these issues. I love working out in a group with a coach always present. There’s an amazing ‘we’re all in this together’ attitude at every workout and every coach is fantastic. They are invested in everyone’s success and WANT to see us meet personal goals, whatever they may be.
I’ve turned into a ‘typical’ CrossFitter meaning I’m a junkie, I don’t shut up about it and I recommend it to everyone I know 😋 besides the physical benefits the mental shift I’ve experienced has been mind blowing and I want everyone I care about to have the same experience I have!

This is one of the best CrossFit gyms I have been a member of. The true, friendly, supportive CF environment along with excellent coaching. Nick is the best trainer we have ever had-- he has a method that builds strength and conditioning that lasts, and never gets boring. We love HMCF!
