I am so happy to know her and work with her! I have been dealing with lyme disease and it got to the point whereI developed a very bad spinal injury and had been living in extreme chronic pain for more than 3 years. The things that Hillary has taught me have helped my pain dissipate and rebuild the muscles in my spine and body. Not only that, but the techniques she teaches regarding our myofascial and nervous system is really incredible and has also really helped my brain heal! I have taken several of her pilates and rolling classes and bought a kit after my first time because it helps me so much every day! Everything she has taught me is helping me heal in every way - physically and emotionally! You will probably hobble to see her, but then walk away lighter!

Im grateful for Hillarys knowledge and continuing education. I have been able to stay out of pain and gain mobility and strength. This is critical while I age and live an active lifestyle. She helps me recover from injury and stay in top form. I have improved my balance and ability to ride motorcycles and bicycles.
