Amazing staff, really personal and caring. I really enjoyed my time there, unfortunately they didn't have the equipment I needed in a gym and canceling was the same price as their monthly charge. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for long term. The manager is exceptionally amazing and helpful even during my canceling. I wouldn't have canceled if they had a site in Richfield Utah

Staff is always friendly. Saunas are dirty and consistently stink. Sauna flooring, cycling machines, and cycling mats desperately need to be deep cleaned and replaced more often

Christine and Mya are amazing! They are incredibly friendly and professional - truly experts in fitness. Christine is a certified trainer and nutritionist, and will be able to help you find a solution that is tailored to your fitness needs. The studio is clean and well-run. I highly recommend coming here. I really love Orange Theory, but got tired of being constantly injured for $120+ per month. I have been trained by personal trainers since high school and have a deep knowledge of fitness and can say that Hotworx is a great overall solution for anyone who is looking to improve their fitness goals. Hotworx is a fraction of that cost for unlimited 24/7 access. Absolutely a steal in my opinion.

I have attempted to cancel my membership twice, and they make it very difficult to do so. Ive had multiple instances where I had questions about my account or freezes and none of the employees could answer my questions. As someone who manages a business that is membership based and works in customer service and sales, their policy’s are not flexible to help their customers what so ever. You would think after getting the same complaint for years, someone in corporate would do something to make consumers feel heard, to help hold better retention of membership for their business, on top of that no wonder there is such high turn over rate, the poor employees. I would hate to work for a business or own this type of franchise that has no regard for any key values in a business.
I understand as a business owner you have no control on the corporate policies that are part of the business its self. I think Hotworx is more concerned about paying the bills and making money than running a honest business, and honestly feel bad for the employees and owner.

We love Evan!! We haven’t been at HOTWORX for very long, but his customer service has been absolutely next level. He always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. The infrared saunas here are incredible—we love how they combine heat and exercise for an efficient, detoxifying workout that feels amazing. The variety of virtual workouts is fantastic, and the facility is always clean and well-maintained. Evan truly makes the experience even better with his friendly attitude and willingness to help with anything we need. Highly recommend HOTWORX for both the workouts and the amazing staff like Evan!

Signed up for a membership and was told I could get out of it after 5 months. I moved and the closest studios to me are too far away. I read online that I had to go in to cancel at the studio I signed up at. This studio is 30 minutes away from me now but I paid a babysitter and made a special trip to go up to the studio to cancel and was told I couldn’t because the employee working was training and the manager was out. While the employees were very kind and the manager was out due to an emergency illness in her family (which is very understandable) it’s very frustrating that the membership is structured in a way that makes it INCREDIBLY difficult to cancel, especially when a person in leadership isn’t working. Why let an employee work alone if they can’t carry out basic functions of the business? After calling again I have been told that I will have to drive up there again to cancel in person or wait to hear back from the manager to put in my SIXTY day cancelation, this means I will be charged longer than I planned.
I loved the workout and flexibility but if a studio ever opens up closer to me I WILL not be joining. Will be going back to orange theory to sign up for a membership with less rigid cancellation policies.

I cannot say enough good things about Hotworx!
I went to my first free class in January and signed up that night and have faithfully been going 4-5 times a week and I’m down 30 lbs!
I usually go during unstaffed hours but the times I’ve gone and met the staff, they’re all super sweet and helpful! If you’re thinking about taking the leap, I’m here to tell you to do it! It’s the best thing you’ll ever do!💖

It’s a fun concept and you can definitely learn some good moves but it’s pretty expensive. The tvs aren’t always working and they only have employees during the day so if you need help at night you’re SOL. I was going pretty consistent for awhile but since stopping and just doing home Pilates I’ve lost more weight. So not sure if it works as well as they lead you to believe.

I’ve been a member for about 5 months now AND I love coming! The sessions are set up to give you a good sweat. Love that there’s an area for you to do weights. The staff is always, always so welcoming, super nice and friendly. I tell my friends about it all the time :)
