Hotworx has become my go to workout spot over the last six months. The gym is always clean and the staff is so nice and friendly. I was so surprised when the entire staff learned my name. HOTWORX has truly changed my life.

Since joining, I’ve lost over 100 pounds and more than 18 pant sizes — but what’s even more incredible is how much better I feel overall. My mental clarity and energy are always at their best when I’m consistently using the infrared saunas.

I love that the workouts are simple enough for anyone to do, yet still incredibly effective and fulfilling, even when I only have a short amount of time. The variety of workouts keeps things interesting, and I can always find something that fits how I’m feeling that day — from gentler, modified sessions to more challenging, high-intensity options.

It’s also the little things that make such a big difference — being able to shower right after my workout, rent mats and towels if I forget mine, and grab something from the vending machine stocked with drinks and protein options. The FX Zone is great for extra strength or muscle work, too.

The owner and staff are absolutely outstanding — always welcoming, motivating, and ready to help. HOTWORX has become more than just a place to work out for me — it’s truly become part of my healthy lifestyle.

I absolutely love this place! It is great for a workout on your schedule and timeframe. I thought the video instructors would bother me, but I enjoy them. The infrared sauna always leaves me feeling better than when I came in. Be prepared for A LOT of sweat. I recommend for everyone, there are plenty of scaling options.

Absolutely LOVE this place! I hadn’t been much of a gym person in the past (not very knowledgeable or comfortable in those spaces) but this place is SO accessible and welcoming! The infrared saunas are a MIRACLE for my chronic joint pain and instability, the 24/7 availability means it’s accessible all the time, and the virtual instructors provide guidance with easier and harder modifications in a semi private and completely judgement free space! To say nothing of the incredibly warm, welcoming, and encouraging environment that Khara has cultivated at THIS location! I’ve never loved a gym so much—it’s been a life changer!

I’ve been coming here for a few weeks and it’s been great. I look forward to going to work out. I love that it’s 24/7 and workout are not outlandish or impossible. It’s super convenient and the staff is amazing! And safety is considered, not just anyone can walk in, it gives you a peace of mind when your working out. Any time I have questions they are happy to answer them. The owner is incredible she’s got years of experience and she’s very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and how to go about helping people. I cancelled all of my other membership because I feel like this place is a one stop shop for me. I think everyone should give it a shot it’s worth your time mentally and physically.

I’ve been with HOTWORKX in North Salt lake since it first opened and it’s been great! It’s always clean, and I leave the gym feeling amazing after my heated workouts. The owner here is very professional and helped me get all set up on all the equipment so I was getting the best workout. If you aren’t interested in busy crowded gyms, I encourage you try HOTWORKX, the concept of this gym is genius!

This is Anna Draper- I do not have a Gmail account, so I am using my sisters. This place is top notch. When I leave there, I leave relaxed and know my workout was really good. Great location, clean and organized, wonderful instructor guided workouts with the addition of a weight room. HOTWORX has all the amenities I was looking for with a flexible schedule.
