I tried hot yoga for the first time , loved it...that studio's classes didn't fit my schedule, so I researched more options and found HotWorx! I am obsessed with it! I love it so much and this is coming from someone who doesn't like to sweat....and there are so many options, you can't get bored!! I usually have a sauna all to myself, sometimes a 2nd person comes, which is cool, because then I try harder. I have lost 10 pounds....feel great! If you aren't someone into the gym scene and prefer more privacy and you love hot yoga, pilates etc...this is for you! They also have hot cycling, rowing, etc...which I also do!

Absolutely obsessed. Hotworx is such a great concept! I love that you work out in a private sauna (but they are big enough to bring 2 friends), and I love the infrared benefits. I always feel like I got in a great workout even if it was only 15 minutes. And the prices are super good, especially since it's unlimited access and 24/7. Definitely worth checking out!!!

I will always remember the day I signed up for HOTWORX in Orem right as they were opening. Dave, Emily, and Samantha quickly became some of the best things that ever happened to me—the most encouraging friends I could have asked for.

When I started my journey, I was facing major health challenges and had 100 lbs to lose due to those health issues. From day one, their always clean and welcoming studio, along with their incredible team, made me feel appreciated and supported. No matter what, I was always greeted with smiles, encouragement, and genuine care. They checked in on me, celebrated even my smallest victories, and made sure I never felt alone in my journey.

Because of them, I experienced a drastic improvement in my health and a life-changing transformation in my weight. Their encouragement gave me the push I needed to show up six days a week without fail—something I never thought I’d be able to do. Today, I am free of some of those health challenges and down 95 of the 100 lbs I set out to lose!

I absolutely LOVE hotworx! Not only have I noticed the weightloss I’ve noticed I’m happier, more motivated, my skin is clearer, the list goes ON! Sam and Brynna (the girls who work here) are AMAZING! They’re always so happy to see me and make me feel so proud for coming! This is the first gym I’ve actually wanted to come to because it makes me feel so good about myself!!! I love it here and will continue to come as often as I can 🫶 if you have gym anxiety this is the place for you! Make sure you read the contract. If you have a baby or have any life event like suddenly moving it’s $100 to cancel or you can pay monthly to “pause”. It’s definitely the typical “I got you” with no understanding or clear explanation on the contract side. Go elsewhere

Love it here! Private workout space in the sauna, open anytime, optional instruction so I get a great workout instead of flailing around aimlessly, and I actually sweat and see progress. “1-star for attention. My wife and I really enjoyed going to Hot Worx. Staff is friendly, location is clean, and it’s a great business. We went almost every week (even more than once a week) for 4-5 months. It shouldn’t replace a weight training workout (unless you also use their available weight section) but it is fun to go stretch or do light cardio in their infrared saunas when it’s cold and depressing in the winter. We will never go back though which is unfortunate because we would love to. They have a contract policy that requires you to sign up for an initially discounted price + pay for their special mats and towels. But! The price then increases and locks you into an agreement that requires a 60-day notice before you cancel. I totally understand why this is in place. They don’t want people just signing up only to cancel the next month, taking advantage of promotions, and making for inconsistent revenue. It’s smart to have the contract. But it’s an expensive monthly cost and if you are paying for two people it adds up. I could see myself returning every winter if they offered a monthly subscription (that I can cancel anytime). In the long run Hot Worx would make a lot more money from customers like myself who don’t want a 4-5 month contract and just want to enjoy the sauna every winter for a few months.”

Edit: Hot Worx called personally and informed me that they do offer a 1, 3, or 6 month paid in full option. Glad to know that’s there (I wasn’t told that originally). I could see the current pricing of $199 for 3 months being perfect for the winter and they also offer discounted memberships for spouses. Much better then $60/month + $30/month (for your spouse) + a multi-month contract.

I signed up recently for a membership. And can I say the staff there is amazing!! They are so kind and so helpful. sometimes going into a gym can be intimidating and you can feel nervous. I did not feel that at all here. They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. They are really thorough with showing you the gym and the saunas and how to use them. After running marathons for over a decade I felt burned out but wanted to keep doing something for fitness. I saw an acquaintance who looked more toned than I had ever seen! I asked her what she was doing and she told me Hotworx.

I have loved doing these workouts and sweating out my toxins! They kick my butt and it feels so great! I despise running in the heat but there is something so cleansing and amazing about working out in these saunas!

I also love that I burn so many calories in a shorter amount of time. The other day I didn't have much time and came and did a quick 15 minute HIT session and it felt so great!

I also love that it's not like a gym where everyone just watches everyone. :) You basically have your own little sauna room with your own coach on the TV. It's also so fun to come with my sister in law and do the workouts together! It's low key and the staff is great!

I love this place! I’ve been a member since they opened last summer, and it’s been worth every penny. I see results fast, especially when I’m constant. I’ve never loved paying for gym membership in the past because I didn’t go enough, but I look forward to going to HOTWORX as much as possible! I’m obsessed. The staff is amazing, extremely welcoming, kind, and assertive. They don’t fake care, they actually care which is huge. Especially in Utah. I have never felt more comfortable at a gym! Not busy at all! Usually I’m the only one in the sauna. It’s helped me so much both mentally and physically! Also super easy to fit into your schedule! They switch up the classes too which keeps you engaged. If you ever just wanna detox and not workout you can do that too. I was never a gym goer until here! I love it! Here in Orem they also care to keep it super clean, it’s always spotless! Every time I leave I 100% leave in such a better mood! So worth it!!
