Hotworx is the best workout. Whether it’s a supplement to your regular workout or the only thing you do, it’s seriously the best workout. Also, I wasn’t sure id enjoy working out in a hot sauna but honestly, working out on in the infrared sauna is amazing. My shoulder pain is gone, you feel amazing getting out, etc. I can’t recommend this place enough! The owners are pretty awesome too!

I started with Hotworx up in Midvale and moved to St. George and was SO excited to find out they were opening a studio down here. Hotworx is my happy place. I joined because I love to sweat and I always feel so much better after every workout! My favs are hot cycle, hot blast, hot stretch and hot iso!!! Staff are amazing and super friendly. The owners are awesome and super responsive. I always feel like I’m walking into a judge free and welcome environment. I have never had an issue booking classes that work for my schedule. I work crazy hours so HOTWORX has been a lifesaver for me to be able to do heated workouts.

I’m a little bit obsesesed with Hotworx. I didn’t think I’d enjoy sweating so much. My body craves the gym now and I really enjoy it. I love that the workouts have virtual instructors, I have to modify a lot of things due to previous injuries. No one is there to be judgmental. If I have a sauna to myself (it happens once in a while!) or I come with friends, we’ve even taken our own workouts in. I really enjoy that flexibility! The cardio classes are 15 minutes, I can do almost anything for 15 minutes! I’ve noticed less joint pain, less arthritis pain, and healthier skin. It’s been great!

Hotworx is such a great concept! I love that you work out in a private sauna (but they are big enough to bring 2 friends), and I love the infrared benefits. I always feel like I got in a great workout even if it was only 15 minutes. And the prices are super good, especially since it's unlimited access and 24/7. Definitely worth checking out!!!
