I love the flexibility of HOTWORX. I can go literally any time, day or night. My workouts can be anything I want them to be. Also the different workouts they offer make it so you don't just feel like you’re doing the same thing every single time.

I love it here, the place is always super clean and open 24/7 so I can choose to go when there isn’t anyone there .super peaceful. Always feel renewed when I walk out the door

Marisol was very helpful today with my issues on getting my wife into a class she called me back asap and made sure i was happy with my wife and her classes before signing up for the membership witch i will def. be doing due to her great customer service

I am not giving a 2 to Hot Worx, the classes are amazing, I have never felt better. However, I am giving a 2 to the Taylorsville location. On 01/18 I signed up for my very first class and it was extremely hard to get a hold of the front desk lady working that day. When I go to the gym she was no where to be found (the owner was texting and calling her) of course because I’m new I didn’t have a fob to get in so I did have to use a temp passcode to get in. The only thing the owner could say is “we clean a lot” I understand cleaning is happening, I think wording it that way makes you feel “uninvited”. When I finally got inside, still no front desk. I waited for another 5- 8 mins in the lobby while she was cleaning. In fact the lady was right where I was sitting and never looked up at me nor made eye contact with me to tell me she would be right with me. Once she finally came over, I did tell her “your boss has been trying to call you” and she just laughed and checked her phone. I personally felt a case of bad service. I got all signed up, got my free class, but again I have this poor taste in my mouth due to poor service. I kept trying to get in a different mind set, but I just couldn’t because even when she was showing me around she was very unenthusiastic. It was hard to feel negativity in a place that I should have felt positive. When my class ended, more cleaning. No where to be found. Waiting 5-8 mins after class, in fact someone had to grab her for me. No pep in the step. At this point I was so bugged I told her I’m signing up at home. So I did.

I have been going to hotworx for over 90 days.
In the past I have felt so self conscious going into gyms.
Hotworx literally changed my whole opinion about that.
This gym is not just a gym I have gained a love for fitness that I thought I would never get.
Hotworx is opened 24 hrs so you can go anytime that suites your schedule.
It’s small virtual classes.
I can express how much I enjoy this place highly recommended!!

As a complete newbie, the staff at Hotworx were very accommodating and patient with me as they showed me around the facilities, and answered my questions. The workout was amazing, the facility was very clean, and the regular members were awesome to workout with!
