I started HOTWORX in October of 2024, I have done the gym thing I have done outdoor running I have done biking, I have done classes. HOTWORX just hits right! You can come in and do a quick 15 minute HIIT cycle, row or blast session, or a 30 minute core session or a longer 40 minute iso, stretch, maybe a band workout or even a warrior. Ect. The infrared combined with the unique workouts is a great workout! You can go at your pace. There is also a free weights area that is not in a sauna. Bonus!!!! Open 24 hours for conscience, scheduling so you know you don’t have to wait for anyone! You’re in your own sauna so there is privacy, no awkward stares from weirdos! It’s the perfect place for a workout and an awesome owner and amazing staff! I give this place 10 stars!!!!

This place is 🔥! I was in the hunt for a place to improve my self and loose some lbs. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the choices these days with ads on insta and Facebook. I drive by this location daily I did some research on infra red heat benifits. I decided to give it a try, Azaria the manager is super nice. I was in a hurry when I came the first time I wanted to get in on the deal before it expired. She was super patient she gave me the tour and all. Then when I was able to go back for my first sesh she answered all my questions gave me tons of tips. Let me tell you I was hooked now she can’t get rid of me. I go 6 days a week rotating hitt and isometrics with the FX Zone which is a section with some free weights and other things. The bathrooms are always super clean they take really good care of their saunas as well.

I scheduled my initial trial at this location during regularly staffed hours but when I got there no one was working to let me in. I called the number on the door multiple times and ultimately did not end up getting to try out a workout after waiting around for over 20 minutes. This was a huge waste of my time and I definitely do not recommend coming here.

The place is spotless and welcoming. There are primarily women who work out here; hence I feel a lot safer. The place offers a variety of workouts for you to choose from. And also a weight room if you would like to do personal exercises. Always leave feeling great after a session.

I'm a mom of two and I really needed some me time!!! These workouts are so zen!!!the atmosphere is so peaceful, it's not over crowded like most gyms and you have your own personal hot box (sauna) to work out in!!! By your self!!! If you need to get closer to your self this is the place for you!!

I love it at Hotworx. It has been a game changer for excercise. I feel so much better and starting to lose weight again. I have also noticed a huge improvement with inflammation.
